Our style is a documentry style, we catch all that happens and how the day unfolds. There will be moments that are directed such as the time set aside for Bride and Groom stylized shots, most of the day we capture the day as it unfolds as this is the real story a couple will want to remember for the rest of their lives. We will catch the in-between moment shots and the unplanned moments in your day that will add to the memory of your day forever.
Husband and wife team Chathuri and Michael are the creative forces behind Neluka Photography. Chathuri finds passion in photography for its ability to capture moments words alone cannot describe. She and Michael hope to depict your story and create memories that will last a lifetime. Their work reflect a photojournalistic style.
Services offered
Once you make the decision to have us be a part of your day we will meet and discuss your day on multiple occasions before your wedding, as we want to get to know you and your story. Knowing you will assist us in being able to tell your story in a way that is unique to you. We want the feeling to be that we are storytelling for friends, that is how much we want to know you.
Once the wedding is done and we have had time to perfect your story through the images of the day we will meet and experience your images for the first time with you. Should you decide to invest in an album we will go through the layout with you and we will ensure it tells your story.
We do also offer a time for album upgrades (size, pages, style, etc) as well as giving you the ability to invest in other products should you decide on other items.
At the end of the process, we will have told your story in a way that is only you and in a way that each time you look back at your images you will be transported into that time everytime.

Hello Everyone,
I consider what I do an honour. I get to work side by side with my best friend day in and day out as we storytell for our clients. I consider what we do as one of the most important jobs, in that we are invited to our clients space to tell their story and deliver portraits that they will hold close to their hearts forever.
We know this day will live inside you always and know how important it is to have family share in this time with you and we will tell your story by documenting each moment. From key moments to the moments you didn't even know were happening, we will deliver memories that will be cherished and celebrated for a lifetime.

Hello hello,
Since we are about to become friends, you can call me Chats. I'm a Toronto based photographer. I'm eclectic at heart and my style is a marriage of photojournalistic and sylized. I get to be a fly on the wall to capture those big emotional moments and stylized in the portrait section of your day. Since we will be friends my only chore on the day is to preserve your memories and encapsulate your visual legacy. To document those bits and pieces of real moments that will have you saying "do you remember when?" to "wow, we did it" as you flip through your memories. The stylized section to promt "damn we look good here" as they are not just some image in a album but to truley encapsulate your day. My approach is simple so there won't be a large team of paprazzi running your day. I will be there by your side when it matters.
There is nothing more precious than your memories cause when all is said and done that is all that remains. I offer digitals for the archival process and easy sharing as we live in a digital time. Nothing trumps the album as when you recieve your album and are able to physically flip through the pages and you see the value that was placed in your memories.
DO I do all of this all by myself you ask? No! The wind beneath my wings is my best friend who is my husband first and business partner second. He is the fuel that runs this engine.
I'm a proud OCAD graduate so you know my roots are in the arts. Coffee is almost a hobby and in our spare time we love traveling as it enriches our life. I believe you have to live your life simply and add dashes of eclectic touches to add variety.
