Best Photographer! A dream to work with and incredible photos!

Anastasia is an incredible photographer! Her photos are amazing, she is so professional, and is a dream to work with. My husband and I are both quite shy and were nervous to be having our photos taken professionally for the first time. We did an engagement shoot with Anastasia and by the end, every worry I had about wedding photos was gone. She was so kind and really helped put us at ease throughout the process. Anastasia is an incredible photographer! Her photos are amazing, she is so professional, and is a dream to work with. My husband and I are both quite shy and were nervous to be having our photos taken professionally for the first time. We did an engagement shoot with Anastasia and by the end, every worry I had about wedding photos was gone. She was so kind and really helped put us at ease throughout the process. We were looking for some extra guidance since we had no idea how to pose and she walked us through everything, making it feel more comfortable then I thought would be possible. You can see how skilled she is not only through the final photos, but also in how adaptive she is during her shoots to make sure she is using a space the best way and capturing the best angles and lighting.

Leading up to the wedding, Anastasia helped us pick a great first look location and was so easy to work with. She sent a great schedule template with recommended timelines that was very helpful for setting up the outline of the day. But she was also very flexible when we said we would rather skip some sections and have more time to focus on others. On the day she captured exactly what we were looking for!

During the wedding day, Anastasia was so calm and supportive. It makes such a big difference having a photographer that you are comfortable with, as they are there with you for the entire day. Our wedding party and parents also commented on how great Anastasia was to work with. When we got our photos back after the wedding, we were so incredibly happy with how they turned out! She captured the day perfectly and looking through the photos makes us feel like we are right back there on the wedding day. I love that the colouring feels very true to the day and she really captured the authentic emotions that everyone was feeling. It is exactly the style we were looking for, and she really delivered! I would absolutely recommend Anastasia to anyone looking for a photographer!

Photography made fun

We used Olive Photography for our engagement pictures and we loved Anastasia so much we used her for our wedding as well! She is so easy to work with and made having our picture taken all day long not awkward at all. Anastasia is so sweet! My brother is getting married next year and I want her to be the photographer for them as well!

We recently had our engagement shoot with Anastasia of Olive Photography and I have nothing but great things to say. From the beginning, she was a great communicator. There was a miscommunication (on our part, not hers) about the date for our engagement shoot and she went out of her way to make sure we were able to make it work.

We recently had our engagement shoot with Anastasia of Olive Photography and I have nothing but great things to say. From the beginning, she was a great communicator. The engagement shoot itself was fantastic. Before we even got our photos back, we were both convinced we made the right choice for our wedding based on her personality alone. Anastasia is an incredibly warm person who clearly sees beauty everywhere. She just immediately puts you at ease, which is wonderful if you are not a person who is naturally comfortable in front of the camera, because that feeling does come through in the photos.

We received the photos back ahead of schedule, and they were perfect. We both love them and have received lots of compliments from our family/friends. We are so excited to have her booked for our wedding next year.

If look at her gallery and like her style, you should reach out to her ASAP. If you’re lucky enough to be able to book her as your photographer I’m absolutely convinced you won’t regret it.

Anastasia is the full package. Professional, friendly, talented, flexible, and all around the type of person you want following you around, on what could be a very chaotic day.

She is kind and supportive, there is so much going on and you are the center of attention. Anastasia is calm, relaxed, and rolls with the day so that you do not feel overwhelmed.

Fun, Talented, Professional

I am so glad we chose Olive Photography for our wedding photos! She is a master of making people feel comfortable and capturing all of the special moments. We had a small wedding and she ensured to get candid photos of all of our guests. Anastasia is full of enthusiasm and positive energy! Everyone was talking about how great she was and how they would work with her if they need professional photos done, before we even shared any pictures! She is professional, and offers a wonderful service for prints. We got our wedding photos back in record time. Well worth the money and I hope we have the opportunity to have her capture more of our important moments again someday! The hardest part is picking which of all the wonderful photos to display in our home! :)

During our search for photographers, we were looking for someone who could capture all of the moments of our day through candid documentation as well as assemble group shots and romantic portraits. Anastasia strikes a perfect balance.

As soon as she arrived at our home where the bride and bridesmaids were getting ready, she got right down to work moving furniture and finding the best light for setting up detail shots of us getting ready and my mom zipping me into my dress. Throughout the day—which I will add was the hottest day this summer—she put our family members, bridal party, and guests at ease...

Anastasia’s style is primarily documentarian, which means we got so many beautiful candid moments of us and our guests. She unobtrusively moved around throughout the day capturing multiple angles of the ceremony and the reception. She managed to get a photograph of every guest at our 75-person wedding.

Finally, we were nervous about our 8-hour photography timeline with speeches and dinner running late. Anastasia stayed longer to capture the father-daughter dance and we are forever grateful. Thank you for preserving these memories in the best way possible.

Beautiful photos!

We had an overall great experience with Anastasia!

The photos were beautiful- we were really happy with the moments that were captured and the overall quality of the photos. Our family was also really pleased with the photos and we’ve received so many compliments from friends and family!

The Photobook ordering process was quite seamless and the end product was fantastic. The delivery time for the engagement & wedding photos and photobooks was exceptional (especially as compared to friends who have spent similar or more on photography).

Additionally, Anastasia was extremely responsive which we appreciated.
