Based in Calgary and Cochrane, Paisley Photography specializes in wedding photography. Chantal is the lead photographer, and her husband is the second photographer. The duo's work reflects a photojournalistic style. They are passionate about photography and strive to capture all the candid moments of your special day. WedLoft, Beloved Darling, Mountain Side Bride, and Storyboard Wedding have all featured Paisley Photography's work.
Experience
Chantal's fascination with photography is a result of growing up watching her grandmother constantly take photos of everything around her. She is self-taught and utilizes natural light in her images. Chantal also has a background in interior design.
Services offered
Paisley Photography offers wedding packages, which include a USB or client gallery of edited images, a hard cover coffee table book, and shared rights to the photos. A second shooter is used to ensure all the great moments of your special day are captured. The business is covered by liability insurance. Additional services include the following: -

How they work
This husband-and-wife team covers weddings together. Photos are delivered within eight weeks of the wedding day. Couples will receive 700-900 edited, unwatermarked images on a disc. Other services In addition to weddings, Paisley Photography also offers photography for other events. Photography sessions are also available for the following: -

Chantal is an amazing photographer with a wonderful personality. We met for the first time a couple months before our wedding for an engagement shoot and she put my husband and I at ease right away. She will make you laugh and feel like an old friend as she takes the most beautiful photos. We were blown away by the engagement photos and knew we made the right choice in wedding photographer. The wedding photos as well were incredible, and we love them all. We just recently met with Chantal again for our maternity photos and as usual she did not disappoint. She has become a friend and we're so glad to have her to capture our most cherished memories.

Chantal and Jay were amazing for both our engagement and wedding photos. They are both lovely, easy to deal with, and flexible, and made us feel at ease in front of the camera. What amazed me the most was how quickly we received our excellent photos - they even had a DAY OF slideshow that our guests could view during the reception. It's really difficult to pick a photographer but we were very happy with the value and quality of the service.

Highly Recommend!!
My husband and I were so lucky to have Paisley Photography for our wedding in 2020. Chantal and Jason did a stellar job capturing our day and were there supporting us throughout the entire journey including planning a wedding during a pandemic. They made us feel at ease and it really was so effortless working with them - truly a wonderful experience. It felt like we had a friend behind the camera (thanks for making it so easy Chantal!). The photos turned out amazing and they did a such a great job at capturing the moments on our day from the grand moments of the day to the small glances and smiles between me and my husband. I would highly recommend Paisley Photography and the wonderful work that Chantal does!

Perfect Dress, Perfect Day, Perfect Photographer
Do you want a photographer that can capture the moments that mean the most, that focuses on you two and the moment and not all the filters and effects, that works with natural light, making the most of every moment and location, that doesn't awkwardly pose you? THEN THIS IS YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER.
Chantal (and her amazing husband and co-photographer, Jason) was absolutely amazing. From the moment we met, we knew that they would capture exactly what we wanted. Chantal has the eye for making each photo spectacular. Using the weather and background to not only make you stand out but make your love and passion shine through.
Chantal went above and beyond making us feel comfortable and confident...especially me - I have never felt comfortable having my picture taken and tend to criticise each and every photo of me but looking at the sneak peek I am THRILLED with every. single. one.
When we dropped the ball with transportation, they drove us for our pre-ceremony photos (who does that - AMAZING PHOTOGRAPHERS).
There are not enough words to express how happy we are with having Chantal and Jason capture our day. If we could relive it, we would hire them 1000x times again.

Amazing photographer
Chantal & Jason are amazing!!! What a nice couple and they work so well together. I already knew how happy I was going to be about my wedding pictures just by looking at their business page. They definitely know how to catch the perfect moments on your day.

My experience was incredible!
I was so incredibly happy with our photography done by Paisley Photography. We had a collection of over 1300 images that we could use after the wedding was done. Also, Chantal did our engagement photos as part of our package. She took so much time and the quality of those pictures were equally as nice. I am so grateful for everything Chantal and Jason did to capture our special day. She even helped keep me calm when things didn't go as expected on the day. I would recommend Paisley Photography to anyone. Excellent quality of photos and we even received a beautiful album of our wedding day as a memory and keepsake from Chantal. They only problem I have now, is deciding which pictures of 1300 I like the best. Hahaha :)

We absolutely loved working with Chantal and Jason! They were fun, creative, and super accommodating. We were unsure of photo locations so I asked Chantal to scout it out for us. She found the perfect spots to add diversity to pictures, fall colours and our beautiful city. They provided a sneak peak of our wedding photos at the reception and our guests just LOVED that! most importantly, Chantal and Jason made us feel comfortable in front of the camera and the pictures prove it. I would without a doubt hire Paisley again in the future!

Chantal was absolutely amazing. She did our engagement pictures and our wedding day pictures. People ask me, all the time what’s one thing your happy you did on your wedding. It wasn’t the dress, the flowers, the food but hands down it was booking Paisley Photography for my wedding.
She’s professional, funny, easy going, and incredibly talented. She made my husband and I look absolutely stunning.
