Services Offered
Our enthusiastic photographers are talented with using verbal cues and fun activities to help you feel comfortable in front of the camera. With engagement sessions, you and your partner can work with your photographer before the big day to gain an understanding of their approach and techniques. With an array of packages, they can accommodate your unique needs and budget. Depending on which service you choose, your talented photographer can provide anywhere from two to ten hours of coverage. For more intimate occasions, the founder Pala offers an elopement package as well as a destination wedding package. Pala's Photos & Kickassery can provide your final images in standard, matted, or canvas prints, and digital files.

Every wedding needs a Pala
Please please please book with Pala. The photos were incredible, the experience was magical, and she goes above and beyond. She is a dream to have at your wedding, she poses you, laughs with you, dances with you, and captures the entire vibe of your wedding. We had Pala come with us to Italy for our wedding and it was perfect. It was the best choice we made (other than getting married haha).

The Best Lady Around!
Pala is an absolute gem to work with! We had done a couple photoshoots previously and had a great time. She was an absolute blast at our wedding, we had fun, she had fun. Highly recommend Pala if you can book with her!

So much fun and amazing photos!!
As a photographer myself I had really high standards for who would take our wedding photos and so I knew Pala would be the perfect person for the job. Her work is fantastic and her style of vibrant, true to life colors was gorgeous and exactly what I wanted. She is also just an amazing, funny and wonderful human and it was so lovely to have her with us on our big day. She did such a great job making everyone laugh and keeping things organized during family photos. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding photographer.

Very Disappointed
We were so excited to hire Pala when we first started planning our wedding. Her portfolio is gorgeous, she seemed incredible to work with and very fun and personable. She has lots of amazing reviews, I didn't expect things to go so wrong with her.
We came from out of town to do our engagement photos with her in Kelowna and she seemed overworked and tired. When we did get our photos back, they were not composed well (photos were not framed nicely, our feet were cut out of frame, a lot of space above our heads, etc.) and they look like they were all put through one filter.
We asked for more photos and Pala responded by saying that she can't afford to pay her editor to send us more of our photos. She did eventually send a few more that she edited herself but I still didn't like them. out of the 100+ photos that we got, there were only about 12 that we liked.
During the shoot she spoke a lot about how she wants to retire by the time she's 30 and how many shoots she's been doing. She was overworked and her quality showed that. What I received did not reflect what she shows in her portfolio.
She had also mentioned that she does not get along with any videographer in Kelowna except one. She recommended a brand new videographer with 3 weddings under his belt that she never actually worked with. We were disappointed at the lack of professionalism we saw and the lack of quality in our photos. Although the reviews are true that she's very personable and good at direction, we did not trust her to take photos of our wedding.

The most magical and perfect day captured by Pala!
We first hired Pala for family pictures which turned out incredible and more than I expected! Our experience with her was so fun and amazing the first time that we knew she was the one we wanted to capture our wedding. We hired her for our elopement and we were not disappointed! The day was everything we dreamed of and more, and she caught it all on camera and for that I am forever grateful! She is the best!!!!!

Spectacular heli-wedding photographer!
We had a fantastic experience with Pala as our photographer for our heli-wedding in Revelstoke. She was on point during the planning process and great at helping to sort out the day-of itinerary. Pala is assertive and has great energy which led to SPECTACULAR photos. We would highly recommend taking advantage of her video products too.

Engagement and Wedding Photos
Pala did our engagement photos and they were so amazing that we hired her again for our wedding. She is so easy going and fun to work with. She captures the necessities as well as even more epic candid shots that turn out to be your absolute favourites. She made the experience so fun that I actually want to do more photo shoots with her just for the heck of it!

Great to work with!
We highly recommend Pala! As a new photographer myself, it was lovely to work with someone who knows the ins and outs of the business and who prides herself in her work! She shot our engagement photos, as well as our wedding and she was a great addition to our day! She made us feel super comfortable infront of the camera, and captured us and our families perfectly. These are photos we will cherish forever!

Photographer
I’m an extremely extroverted wedding photographer living in Kelowna who loves life and all things adventure. I grew up in Pemberton, north of Whistler, BC. My home is deep in the bush, during the winter you need 4×4 to get there.
If I’m not in the mountains horseback, then I’m definitely on a snowboard. My down-time is spent hiking, paddling, and fishing with my pup and my better half.
I’m an early riser and a go-getter. My passion for food is both a blessing and a curse; so is my deep love for great beer. I’ll listen to anything, but rock'n'roll has my soul. Usually, I’m listening to podcasts or a book on the topic that interests me that week.
I absolutely love to learn things and meet people. I truly want to know everything there is to know about you and be your friend for a long time coming.
