  Every wedding needs a Pala

  Please please please book with Pala. The photos were incredible, the experience was magical, and she goes above and beyond. She is a dream to have at your wedding, she poses you, laughs with you, dances with you, and captures the entire vibe of your wedding. We had Pala come with us to Italy for our wedding and it was perfect. It was the best choice we made (other than getting married haha).

  Please please please book with Pala. The photos were incredible, the experience was magical, and she goes above and beyond. She is a dream to have at your wedding, she poses you, laughs with you, dances with you, and captures the entire vibe of your wedding. We had Pala come with us to Italy for our wedding and it was perfect. It was the best choice we made (other than getting married haha).

  The best photographer ever!

  I honestly cannot say enough good things about Pala! Not only is she incredibly talented she has the most amazing, fun energy too! My husband and I first met her when she was photographing our friend’s wedding and immediately loved her energy and knew she had to be our photographer too! We got our engagement photos done by her and we were nervous since it was our first time in front of a camera but being photographed by Pala was such a blast, we couldn’t believe how much fun it could be to have our photos taken and it shows in the photos. She was incredibly helpful with creating a timeline for our wedding day and recommending locations for our ceremony and overall made the whole process so much easier. When our wedding came around we were so excited to see her again, it was like seeing an old friend again! Everyone at our wedding had so many great things to say about her. She was also super efficient and sent us a few sneak peeks of our photos the same night! And the photos she took are breathtaking, she was able to capture every single moment of our day. We are so grateful to have met her and feel like we have made a life long friend! If you are looking for a photographer who is not only incredibly talented but can make everyone laugh and have a great time then you need to book with Pala!

  The Best Lady Around!

  Pala is an absolute gem to work with! We had done a couple photoshoots previously and had a great time. She was an absolute blast at our wedding, we had fun, she had fun. Highly recommend Pala if you can book with her!

  So much fun and amazing photos!!

  As a photographer myself I had really high standards for who would take our wedding photos and so I knew Pala would be the perfect person for the job. Her work is fantastic and her style of vibrant, true to life colors was gorgeous and exactly what I wanted. She is also just an amazing, funny and wonderful human and it was so lovely to have her with us on our big day. She did such a great job making everyone laugh and keeping things organized during family photos. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding photographer.

  Very Disappointed

  We were so excited to hire Pala when we first started planning our wedding. Her portfolio is gorgeous, she seemed incredible to work with and very fun and personable. She has lots of amazing reviews, I didn't expect things to go so wrong with her.
  We came from out of town to do our engagement photos with her in Kelowna and she seemed overworked and tired. When we did get our photos back, they were not composed well (photos were not framed nicely, our feet were cut out of frame, a lot of space above our heads, etc.) and they look like they were all put through one filter.
  We asked for more photos and Pala responded by saying that she can't afford to pay her editor to send us more of our photos. She did eventually send a few more that she edited herself but I still didn't like them. out of the 100+ photos that we got, there were only about 12 that we liked.
  During the shoot she spoke a lot about how she wants to retire by the time she's 30 and how many shoots she's been doing. She was overworked and her quality showed that. What I received did not reflect what she shows in her portfolio.
  She had also mentioned that she does not get along with any videographer in Kelowna except one. She recommended a brand new videographer with 3 weddings under his belt that she never actually worked with. We were disappointed at the lack of professionalism we saw and the lack of quality in our photos. Although the reviews are true that she's very personable and good at direction, we did not trust her to take photos of our wedding.

  I'm very sorry that you are disappointed in your experience with me from over a year ago, you're right, back when we worked together I made the mistake of over-booking myself, and have since changed my mind about how much I would like to work and what I would like my life to be like.
  
  I now only work 1/4 of the amount I used to, and my quality of work shows this change.
  
  There was a lot of work put into the photos you received, but I can't be in control of the weather on the day of the shoot. And if you were around for longer, I would have liked to reschedule the shoot for better weather. Lighting is everything, and I'm really sorry we didn't get that on that day.
  
  I've changed a lot since my first full year in the business, and am growing as a professional every day.
  
  Thank you for the reminder of how much better I've become and how much my mindset has shifted for a happier, healthier life and a stronger, quality-focused business :)

  Could not have asked for anything more!

  To my husband and I, finding a photographer was the most important vendor for us. After all, the wedding photos last a lifetime. We met with Pala via facetime because we're in Ontario and she was in Kelowna. As soon as we met, we knew she was the one we wanted to capture our day. She was super chill, a free spirit, easy to talk to and hilarious! We met her to do our engagement photos and we could not stop laughing. The photos turned out amazing and we could not stop talking about how much fun we had. Fast forward to the wedding day, I was super excited to see her again. It felt like I was waiting to see a friend I hadn't seen in awhile. Everyone, and I mean everyone, who attended our wedding had nothing but positive things to say! She was funny, outgoing and made sure to take pictures of all the couples which I thought was a great touch! She was efficient and the sneak peaks we saw blew us away. Her photography skills are top notch and I can't wait to see the rest of our photos. We had several guests come up to us and ask us where we found her because they had such great interactions with her! She brought a second shooter who was starting out and it was great having her around as well! I can't wait to see what she was able to capture. If you're looking for a photographer who puts you at ease, makes you look smoking hot and is just fun to be around, you've found it here with Pala and her team!

  The most magical and perfect day captured by Pala!

  We first hired Pala for family pictures which turned out incredible and more than I expected! Our experience with her was so fun and amazing the first time that we knew she was the one we wanted to capture our wedding. We hired her for our elopement and we were not disappointed! The day was everything we dreamed of and more, and she caught it all on camera and for that I am forever grateful! She is the best!!!!!

  We were so fortunate to have Pala as our wedding photographer. Not only do her photos turn out stunning but she’s such a great energy to have around on the wedding day. Not only were we thrilled with her but our wedding party had so many great things to say as well!
