Phil Steingard Studios is an Alliston-based company that specializes in creating wedding imagery that is bursting with colour and creativity. Phil and his team will put you at ease while meticulously covering the right angles and perfecting the lighting to create images that are not only of the highest photographic quality, but will leave you speechless. They are very good with the dramatic lighting but also with the softer romantic side of things. Every couple is different so they cater to your individual needs.

Phil Steingard is the owner and photographer behind this studio. Alongside his team, they spend hours perfecting their images with the latest camera gear, and editied with the best programs available today. This perfectionism has not gone unnoticed, and they are now well-known photographers for weddings in the GTA and internationally.
With local and Destination Weddings Phil personally photographs a number of Canadian and Destination Weddings in a year now. His specialty is helping his clients plan their entire wedding and set up their schedules to help make their dream wedding come true. In addition, when it comes to the PARTY!!! he is the master with his photobooth on the dance floor and stays for the evening. This way nothing is missed.

Unforgettable Experience with Anita and Damon from Phil Steingard Studios!
We had the incredible pleasure of having Anita and Damon from Steingard Studios as our wedding photographers on September 21, 2024, at the Nottawasaga Resort in Alliston. From the moment we met them, they were warm, professional, and so easy to work with. They immediately made us feel comfortable and were a calming presence throughout our special day.
On the wedding day, Anita and Damon were everywhere, capturing both the big moments and the subtle, candid ones without ever being intrusive. Their attention to detail and passion for their craft really shone through. We were able to fully enjoy our day knowing we were in such capable hands.
While we’re eagerly awaiting the final photos, we have no doubt they will perfectly reflect all the love and joy of our wedding day. Anita and Damon were a dream team, and we’re so excited to relive all those special moments through their lens.

The Best Party to start Our New Lives Together
Good Fun and high energy.
besides the photography they were also a great help in planning our day efficiently and smoothly with tips and tricks from many years of experience with weddings. very knowledgable with scheduling and other vendors eg, DJ, Catering, etc.
We had 1000s of photos, not 100s

Fabulous Photographer & Team
We couldn't have had a better photographer than Phil & his crew. We had so many comments from our guests on how professional, entertaining and patient they were. They got right into the vibe of the day, participating and engaging with all the guests. The pictures are also amazing and I'm still trying to pick my favourite. Phil also recommended the DJ for our wedding when we first met and I'm very grateful - they were so good together and between them I am so incredibly grateful for the impact and effort they put forth to make our day even more special. The BEST! You need Photo Phil!
Phil was absolutely amazing to work with! He completed exceeded our expectations! Phil ensured that we were always laughing, smiling and having an amazing time. He has a great eye, you NEED him as your photographer - you will not be disappointed! He made sure to capture every aspect of our day, and even got the party going on the dance floor!

Amazing photographer!
Phil was so amazing to work with for our wedding day and pre wedding events. He was punctual on arrival, and helped to make each event even more fun! You can tell that he enjoys what he does and that he puts his all into it, even at the end of a long day he was there and ready to snap the perfect pic!
Phil provided us with a sneak peek of our photos very quickly - from what we have seen so far, the photos are absolutely incredible. We can’t stop looking at them!

Exactly what we needed
Phil was everything he promised he would be and more then I could ask for in a photographer.. straight out of CoVID my daughter desperately wanted a destination wedding. I knew of Phil from my own wedding photographer and had followed him ever since. The huge benefit of bringing a photographer with you, is that you have seen their quality of work and you are not just relying on whomever is working that day at a resort. Phil came with a plan- he knew exactly what to request in order for everything to run smoothly and keep it light and fun even with the agenda we were trying to keep. He thought of the little things that we would likely have forgotten about and made sure we remembered them. He also took the time to get to know the group so everyone knew who he was and would know to ensure they got their photos (incase we somehow missed them). He also made sure that we were all laughing and smiling the entire time. His middle name should be ‘fun’ cause he made it easy to not stress about the little things.
The quality of his work speaks for itself. We received our usb the other night and it took 4 hours for us to go through all of the edited photos, but as we did we got to relive our magical week, and will continue to enjoy them for the rest of our lives. One of the most cherished keepsakes we have. Thanks Phil!!

The best photographer ever ver!!
Photo Phil is hands down the best photographer ever!! He is very energetic and passionate about what he does. He not only took our wedding photos but also our engagement picture, which were absolutely stunning!! I cannot wait to see all of the amazing shots he took of our very special day. All of our guests loved him and have received many texts afterwards asking for his information. I will be hiring him for all my future photo sessions!!

Amazing photographer!
Choosing photo Phil as our photographer was a no brainer! Phil did our engagement photos, wedding day and ski trash the dress shoot. We are so incredibly happy with how ALL of our photos turned out!
Phil’s energy was exactly what we needed on our special day. He managed to capture every moment perfectly and had such wonderful vision to get the perfect shots.

Captures incredible images
We met Phil and hired him for our August 2019 wedding pretty much right away. His photography skills are amazing and he is a great guy to have around all day long. Our guests loved him and were surprised that he seemed to be everywhere when taking photos.
He captured some amazing creative shots but also a lot of natural photos which I love. We were dead set against a “first look”, but Phil convinced us that nobody who did it ever regretted it and talked about why that is, he was right. It was one of the best choices we made. We had an incredible day and Phil manages to get amazing photos because his personality seems to make everyone comfortable.
