  Amazing memories

  We hire PHRFILM last minute for our wedding. We did not regret it. Very professional video and montage. Worked well with our photographer and was able to come to Quebec city from Montreal! I am not sure he had done any wedding at our venue previously but was able to adapt quickly! Fair Price for his excellent service! Would definitely recommend!!!

  Never received wedding reception video

  My husband I and were getting married in May 2021. We hired PHR to do our wedding reception videography. Due to the pandemic (and Ontario/US border being closed) we decided to move our wedding reception (and videography service) to May 2022. We held our wedding reception on May 22, 2022 and since then have never received our video. I have been calling, emailing and texting for two years now. At one point Pierre Henri responded and said he would get it to us right away but we still have not received it. I would not recommend this company at all as they never delivered the product. We lost many memories from that day thanks to PHR.

  Hi Tamraa.
  I am really sorry for this problem.
  As you remember, we had a contract for 6.5 hours of coverage for May 23, 2021, you made us a first payment of $300 to reserve the date. Finally you postponed (21 days before the wedding) for the month of May 2022. I sent you an email in May 2021 in order to reserve the new date with you. You never responded to me. You came back to me in February 2022 to talk about the wedding and the fact that you would just like a $300 cover (with the first payment you made to us in order to reserve the date in 2021). Unfortunately, without a response from you between May 2021 and February 2022 we reserved this date for another wedding, then I told you we did not offer a $300 package. To help you I offered you a videographer who had accepted coverage of $400 for 2-3 hours. A contract where I would only take $0, because everything would be done by the other videographer, he would film and do the editing. As from November to May I am outside of Canada during the wedding off season, I received your email and I asked him to send everything to you as quickly as possible. I take responsibility for this and I apologize again because even if it wasn't me who cover your wedding, I had not done the necessary follow-up with the other videographer...as I wrote to you by email, I promises to check with him and will do the necessary follow-up so that the video is given to you as quickly as possible.

  Amazing to work with and sweet as can be

  When we first met the owner of PHRfilms we knew that this was the company for us. He was there for a multiple days and he didn't disappoint. He was there for us every step of the way and listened to us. He was so easy to work with. Made us feel comfortable and really think about us for all the final touches. We are ready to book the company for any further events in our life.

  We had the best experience with PHR FILMS! They were on time, on point, the videos and photos are out of this world! This is the best investment we made in our wedding planning! We would chose PHR all over again and recommend them to all our friends!

  Fantastic service and results!

  They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the video. They were open-minded and accepted any feedback given to them. Their presence was seamless the night of our wedding - you didn't even know they were there, and yet they captured every moment (just goes to show how great they were).

  Everything with Pierre-Henri is easy and doable, never says no!

  A great experience all throughout

  Really enjoyed this vendor. My wife and I had all our questions answered with a very human approach. Unintruisive on the wedding day, I barely noticed them there. The creative process and editing was also very near to flawless and the minor adjustment we asked was performed very quickly. Would recommend to all my friends and family.
