Quinn is the kind of photographer everyone wishes they had on their big day. He's empathetic, he listens, and he's a lot of fun. Not to mention that he's flexible and open to trying something different. Lucas and I received the most beautiful wedding photos from Quinn, and we couldn't be happier with his work. His photography is phenomenal, and the memories he captured will live on our walls for years to come. Thank you so much for being an incredible artist and human, Quinn. We felt so lucky to have Quinn as our photographer for our wedding. From the beginning he was professional and very clear with his communication, taking the time to gain all the details ready for our big day. We chose a remote location and Quinn was more than happy to travel to the location and ensured he was there in plenty of time so we had no worries on the day, Throughout the day Quinn was fun, kind, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and made everyone feel at ease. The photos we recieved were beautiful, high quality and really captured what we were looking for, We highly recommend him! -

What an amazing experience working with Quinn. He was very knowledgeable, professional, personable and passionate. Quinn went above and beyond to get us the best wedding photos. Throughout the process he had very clear communication and worked really hard to meet our needs based on conversations throughout planning. I was searching through so many wedding photographer portfolios when I stumbled upon Quinn's. His work stood out to me so distinctly because it looked so natural. The couple never looked super filtered and the backgrounds weren't edited to the point they looked unreal. His set ups were elegant and classic, the poses were romantic and sweet and I loved how crisp and just genuinely pretty everything looked. Then when I reached out, he was so easy to communicate with! I got a great vibe from him right from our first phone call and I knew my decision was perfect! We had some last minute changes to our photo settings and Quinn never made it a fuss, which you definitely appreciate on such a stressful day!
My husband and I loved working with Quinn. We didn't know how to pose, but Quinn knew how to direct us without feeling like we were being directed. Our whole family would say to us that he was lovely and knew exactly how to capture our valuable moments and not be "in the way" at the same time. Nobody was really comfortable in front of the camera, yet we all ended up looking great. We worked so hard on our decorations and they couldn't be spotlighted better! We now have these incredible moments captured forever, and they look so beautiful. We couldn't be happier with our experience.Quinn Hystad Photography's reply:

He communicated very well and quickly, and we also got our picture within a month! They were beautiful! The photos came out crisp and colorful. When I look back on the photos I can remeber the moment, and see all the guest who came! He was patient and great with the children and got their attention for family photos. There were lots of posed photos and many candid ones too! It was a memorable experience and he captured them just right. He didn't interfere and he seemed invisible at the appropriate times. He had a lot of great picture ideas and worked with you, nothing seemed forced. Quinn was easy going and it was easy to be natural and enjoy the moment with my husband (despite being shy infront of a camera). At the end of the day, Quinn was a blessing and would hire him again for future special occasions! He also has affordable album options as well!Quinn Hystad Photography's reply:

Quinn has done my friends wedding as well as my sister’s wedding so of course we had to have him at our wedding! He was so phenomenal, and I find his prices very reasonable compared to other prices. I felt like we had lots of time with him and he knew exactly what photos would look nice even if we did not and is so thoughtful and caring about every couples photos! He does amazing high-quality photos, and I highly recommend them to anyone that would like to use him for their future wedding!
