  Wanted to Love

  Pictures and video were great and really captured who we are as a couple; great family shots and some really good candid
  shots too.
  Video came a few weeks after pictures through *Dropbox
  We faced a lot challenges with this vendor that we did not experience with our other vendors. Here is a brief synopsis of our experience:
  - difficult to contact/ slow response time
  - inflexible with regards to Covid related delays (imposed a change of date fee for rescheduling a second time due to pandemic); $750 on top of original contract fee
  - sample updated contract provided to us had spelling errors etc. although supposedly was vetted by a lawyer
  - used... Read more

  - used a portal for digital signatures however never received a copy of signed contract. SCREENSHOT everything for your own peace of mind
  - due to lack of response we hired a different vendor for live-streaming
  - asked us to select 3 of our favourite pictures but never received the product; similarly this occurred with our engagement pictures as well; overpromised/ under delivered
  - lack of professionalism both through received text messages and during a phone call 1 week prior to wedding
  - received email saying we would receive a link to input specific / must have shots to have taken at our wedding; never received it. We had to create a document with must haves - thank goodness for Wedding Wire community and Google as the request was days before our wedding
  - received high quality photos 4 months after wedding; opted for print thank you cards with another vendor due to delays with this company
  * Dropbox requires an account and due to size of file, you may not be able to access or share with family / friends [Advice: Download on a computer and save]
  Overall, our pkg included:
  1 hour engagement picture session
  2 photographers
  1 videographer
  Over 600 of photos
  1 video shared via Dropbox
  
  Owners are involved in many businesses and obviously multi-talented but given the uncertainties surrounding the pandemic a little more communication would have been much appreciated

  The BEST photog and video company you’ll meet

  If I had to sum up Nathalie and the team at Redwood in one word, it would be incredible. Redwood did both the photography and the videography for our wedding in June 2019, as well as our engagement photos in 2018. If you’re looking for a friendly, caring, professional, and TALENTED team... look no further. You have found all of that and more with Redwood. On the day of, the team was friendly, attentive, and detail-oriented, while still being so much fun. They kept our requests in mind and we got some absolutely amazing photos and videos because of it.   Pictures of a Lifetime!

  Redwood Studio has a way of making you look like models. They work with your poses and do so well within short time. Their pictures are next to none and we have no regrets. We changed photographers because of their consistent results with friends in the past.

  Redwood Studio - A nice experience!

  Redwood Studio was amazing. Our photographer was absolutely amazing, friendly, creative and on-time!. We love our photos and the turn around for the photos was speedy. Five Stars. I recommend Redwood Studio! Thank you again for all your hard work!

  For our engagement shoot, Nathalie was very friendly and fun to work with. She made us feel very comfortable and incorporated the cherry blossom nature look we wanted. She also showed how dedicated she is by working through a back injury during the shoot.
  
  On our wedding day, both Nathalie and Jerome were consummate professionals and were able to capture our requested group shots of family, friends and tables. As well, Nathalie was excellent in executing all group shots especially a bird-eye shot of all our guests at our church. Jerome used a "gimble" device for smooth video recording. They were also very flexible with our reception schedule and went above and beyond by staying past our contracted time to ensure we had cake cutting photos.
  
  We received our photos and trailer video about three weeks after our wedding and we are extremely happy with the quality of our photos. The photos captured the candid/glamorous style Redwood Studios specializes in. They first shared the photos through an online portal for our review before finalizing. We are now awaiting for the final products which based on the quality and service we have received so far will be worth the wait!

  Amazing service! Great photography! They did our wedding photos and video. I was thoroughly impressed. I couldn't have asked for more. They were extremely professional and easy to reach. I'm so glad I was able to use their services for our memorable day!

Natalie and her team have a talent for making you feel very comfortable and natural during engagement shoots and for capturing wedding memories in a unique, classy and absolutely beautiful way. They were also very responsive and hard working - we felt like they were committed to doing their best for us at all times. They really did spoil us and even surprised us with a few things!

  I met Nathalie at a bridal show in the Living Arts Centre in Mississauga and I must say her personality and professionalism are as amazing as her photographs. Nathalie and the team at Redwood are everything I was looking for in photography/videography. I couldn't be happier with my choice honestly!
