Operating out of Whitecourt, Alberta and welcoming the chance to travel, Second Star Photography specializes in wedding and portrait photography. This business was created by Danika who has been passionate about taking pictures since she was in middle school. This dedication led her to attend and graduate from NAIT's Photographic Technology Program.

Services offered

She is open to photographing one event per day and offers the choice of having a second shooter, using additional hours and the use of multiple locations. Her services are available for engagement, trash the dress and day-of photo sessions. Physical high resolution photos can be received as albums, canvas, flush mount, prints (matted optional), proofs as well as save the date and thank you cards. Digital images come as files, slideshows and montages.

How she works

She uses a contemporary style to preserve those fleeting yet joyous moments so that they can be remembered and cherished for years into the future. Taking photographs, to her, is one of the most important parts of her life and she strives to show this in her work.
