Rudo is the main photographer and owner of Toronto Wedding Studios. I was introduced to him at my client's wedding and I saw the passion and the hardwork he put into capturing their wedding day. All the smiles and tears were captured perfectly to the little details of the dress and decor. When I saw their wedding album I just knew, I needed to have Rudo as our wedding photographer. Rudo has been amazing from the start. Our engagement photo experience was when we first got to see his personality and passion shine through. He made us feel more comfortable being in front of a camera, since both myself and my husband are very camera shy. When we didn't feel comfortable he was quick to help us discover a new way to be natural on camera. The day of our wedding was when I was completely blown away with his dedication and his artistic eye. As part of his questionnaire to us before our big day, he asked us what we wanted to capture and what was important to us. I, of course, wrote that I wanted all the little moments captured and natural candid moments of smiles and tears. He did exactly that.
In the photo below, it shows how much he was able to capture. This photo was of me struggling to put the ring on my husband's finger. Because of the hot weather, and probably because someone was nervous, his finger was swollen. I can still look back and remember all the tears, laughter and smiles of all who were there. I cannot be happier and it always brings back so much joy to remember how beautiful and love-filled our day was. Rudo and his assistant, Kate, worked so hard on our wedding day and we were so grateful to have had them capture our special day. It makes it so much more memorable and special when we can look back and remember every little bit of our wedding captured in photos. Rudo and Kate were punctual and flexible as the day progressed and worked hard from the very beginnning of the day to the very end. Thank you so much!

Rudo is an absolutely incredible photographer! He is very talented and he captured our engagement and wedding day beautifully. I was impressed by his professionalism and his patience - he gave us all just enough direction so that we looked amazing but still looked natural. He also cared about capturing all the important moments of our day and stayed until he was sure he had done that. We were so happy with our photos and got so many good ones that it was hard to decide which ones to print! Finally, Rudo is very reasonably priced for his services. Rudo photographed our friends' wedding a few years ago, and we loved those photos so we reached out to him for a quote and a meeting. We didn't have a huge budget for photos, and Rudo was surprisingly economical and flexible for someone with so much experience and talent. We had a blast on our engagement session with him, and the great photos he took that day left me feeling very confident that he'd deliver wedding photos I'd love. On our wedding day, he and his colleague Johnny were relaxed and professional, directed us just the right amount, and suggested and made the most of a quirky and fun photo location. Rudo refused to let me rush through my bridal portraits, and he took the time to fix all my awkward poses. They were very patient with the chaos of our families and a big bridal party, and we just LOVE the photos. My partner and I think we look awesome in the portraits, and his composition on some of the larger bridal party shots is really unique and cool. He and Johnny caught lots of really special candid moments too. Rudo also provided our photobooth (+attendant) which worked perfectly and was SO fun, and did so at a competitive price.

Rudo has been awesome since we first met him and signed him on the spot. He was able to answer all of our questions and was very understanding in accommodating our modifications. We had fun taking our engagement photos and we loved how they turned out, he was very encouraging the whole time. Johnny came with him on our wedding day and they were both great to our guests and especially our wedding party. Very responsive in inquiries, payment, delivery and more...anticipating our remaining products especially the coffee table album and prints once we go through all our beautiful pictures and pick our favourites. Highly recommended!

Hiring Rudo as our wedding photographer was the best decision we could have ever made. Rudo is professional, punctual, and so pleasant to be around. His rates are reasonable for all of the services you get - which includes an engagement shoot! This was a great experience because not only did we end up with fantastic photos, but it allowed us to get to know Rudo too. Seeing him again on our wedding day felt so natural and comfortable. Some of our bridesmaids (who have been in several weddings) commented on how great Rudo was - a very calming presence who knows exactly what he's doing. And the final wedding photos blew our minds - we were delighted with how they turned out! Going through them all brought back such special memories, and allowed us to see parts of our wedding day that we couldn't have taken in during the moment. And such a classy, fresh style, with a wonderful eye for capturing shots/reactions/moments. Communication was always prompt, clear and friendly. Rudo was absolutely amazing!!! We were truly impressed with him since day one. He was very responsive to all our emails and his photos really captured the spirit of the day. He was able to capture such detailed expressions throughout the entire day that it really put a big smile on our face. He was also very prompt with giving us back the photos too!

I cannot begin to describe how happy I am that we had Rudo as our wedding photographer. From the initial meeting, up until receiving our pictures, Rudo has been amazing! He is very professional, creative and extremely pleasant to work with! We explained our vision for how we preferred our pictures to look (more traditional, but also fun and spontaneous) and Rudo captured every emotion, interaction and the overall essence of our day perfectly. Looking through our pictures (which we got back in an extremely timely manner), brought back all of the memories of our day and was almost as if we were re-living it all over again. He captured wonderful pictures of our guests and of things we didn't otherwise see or have time to see. And the cost of the services Rudo provided were very affordable and exceptional, especially for all that Rudo did for us. We had originally set a budget and were looking at photographers in that range. Then we came across Rudo. He had been recommended by a friend, and we were pleased to find that his rates were in fact less than what we had anticipated paying for a photographer.

We got along well with him, he was so pleasant to work with, and he really showed an enthusiasm and an excitement in being part of our weekend. He provided us with an engagement shoot, two days of wedding photography, wedding thank you postcards, and really prompt return of our photos.

Engagement shoot - he helped us plan the look and feel of our shoot, and spent so much time with us. We really had actual fun doing something that both of us stiff folks were otherwise dreading.

Wedding days - Over two days Rudo and his associate were there whenever we needed them. They were patient with the guests (who can be a bit challenging), incredibly candid with us, and we really felt by the end of two days that we were friends with Rudo.

Photos - My wife is a photographer, so her eye is very particular. She loved the vintage, classic, summertime look of Rudo's photography, and he did not disappoint. We now have literally thousands of photographs to help us remember the days, and I have to say all the shots we hoped to see were there.
