11/10 wedding planner!

Angela planned our wedding in October 2024 at Hotel X. We can’t say enough wonderful things about Angela and the incredible experience we had working with her. From the very first meeting, she made us feel at ease, listening carefully to our vision and understanding all the little details that mattered to us. Angela had a level of organization through the whole process that was beyond impressive.

She handled every aspect of our wedding with such grace, taking away all the stress and leaving us free to enjoy every moment. When unexpected challenges popped up, Angela was quick to handle them, keeping everything on track and ensuring that everything ran smoothly on our big day. It was clear from the beginning that she truly cared about making our wedding everything we dreamed of.

We are so grateful for all she did to make our day truly perfect, and we couldn’t recommend her more highly!

Top Tier Wedding Planning from A to Z

The wedding was without a doubt the best night of our lives, and it’s largely thanks to Frances from A to Z. She absolutely knocked it out of the park!! I’ll summarize some of our thoughts here...

Firstly, and perhaps most importantly, we both have a huge amount of trust in Frances. From the beginning, we felt she was honest with us and had our best interests at heart. She let us bring in some of our own Vendors and encouraged us to save money where we she felt we could. I know several people whose wedding planners refused to work with anyone outside of their “preferred” vendor list, so this really created a lot of trust for us because we felt that Frances really wanted us to get our dream wedding within our budget. We also trust Frances’ taste and judgement. We took all her advice and couldn’t be happier that we did. One small example is the vinyl dance floor she recommended we do – it really made the room pop and delineated the dance floor from the sitting areas.

Another thing worth mentioning is Frances’ overall management and coordination. At no point during the planning process did we feel stressed or anxious about the wedding – even though all our friends and family members warned us of the stresses of planning a wedding. And keep in mind that we had a pretty significant venue change less than 6 weeks before the wedding. Frances was always on top of things, let us know what she needed from us and when with tons of notice. We kept waiting for the stress to come but it never did! A great example of this is about 2 weeks before the wedding after her trial, my wife changed her mind about her chosen makeup artist. This caused a lot of distress for her, but within 5 minutes of talking to Frances, she provided complete reassurance and within 12 hours, we had a new makeup trial booked for 2 days later. Not only that, but Frances literally stopped by during the trial to make sure she was happy with things. On the day-of, everything went exactly as planned. Frances was completely on top of everything, it was extremely impressive.

Literally every person who spoke to us at the wedding said it was the most beautiful wedding they’d been to. This is in large part thanks to Frances who guided us in all our decisions, and orchestrated everything perfectly.

And finally, we just love Frances as a person. She is hilarious, open and has endless energy. We fully consider her a friend at this point and will without a doubt be recommending A to Z to anyone who asks for a referral.

A to Z made our wedding perfect

We wouldn't have wanted anyone other than Angela and Frances planning our wedding. We didn't know anything going into the process, and Angela did a terrific job guiding us to a beautiful day, with terrific vendors, and on budget.

There was no stress in the planning process, and that was because of A to Z. We would recommend Angela and Frances to anyone looking for planning support. Great people who do great things.

Just simply the best.

Frances was amazing - what stands out most is her wonderful calm and cheerful disposition. No matter the task or issue, Frances has a smile on her face and will always reassure you that everything is great! As someone who can get stressed, she was the best personality for me to work with. She also got very creative with vendors and the design. We could not have been happier with our choice!

Hire Angela for a perfect wedding!!

Angela planned our wedding in Toronto in seven months, while we lived in the US, and my husband and I have remarked multiple times that we couldn't have imagined doing it without her.

Planning a wedding is such an emotional experience because 1) it was our first time doing it 2) it's a lot of money to spend on what you hope is a monumental night. Angela allowed us to feel confident in all of the decisions we made throughout the process, and took all of the stress of the unknown off of our shoulders. Angela navigates the balance between honestly telling you what can and cannot be done, and being open to your wishes. Angela also allowed us to spend a lot less mental energy on wedding planning, because she would reach out to us periodically/as needed and let us know what we needed to do, which helped us to not feel like we had to spend countless hours thinking of what needed to get done. Angela was super easy to reach and made us feel like our wedding was always her priority.

I confidently recommend Angela as an event planner if you are looking for someone who will make the process smooth and way simpler than you could have ever imagined.

Amazing planner!

Angela and her team were amazing! We worked with A to Z Event Management to plan our micro wedding in 2020 and larger interfaith celebration in 2022. We had to modify our original plans due to the pandemic, and Angela's gifts and flexibility were on full display throughout. Planning two cross-cultural wedding ceremonies with many moving parts is no small feat. Angela is a gifted event planner - she pays meticulous attention to detail, is highly professional, organized, responsive, and invested in her clients having the best day possible. Angela made an effort to truly understand us as a couple and what was important to us to help create two celebrations that were uniquely ours. Again - all during a global pandemic! Our wedding was a blast and everything ran smoothly behind the scenes. Our extended families are still commenting on how joyful and seamless everything was.

Absolutely incredible and professional - working with A to Z was the best decision we made for our wedding!

Angela and her team are absolutely incredible, and I can't imagine our wedding without them. We engaged Angela only 5 weeks before our wedding with nothing but a venue booked, and Angela made our vision come to life on our timeframe and in our budget - all our guests said you'd never have guessed we planned everything in 5 weeks. Angela is kind, generous with her time, respectful and easy to work with, and her strong relationships with amazing vendors are a testament to that. Angela is professional, detail-oriented, creative, resourceful and responsive. On the day of, Angela and her team took care of everything behind the scenes to ensure the only thing my husband and I had to think about was enjoying ourselves. We would recommend Angela 1000x over, and are so grateful to her and her team for making our day and all the planning leading up to it seamless and stress-free!

Our Wedding Planner Was Incredible

Angela was the BEST decision we ever made. From the very beginning of our planning process, Angela was so incredible. She was always very attentive and listened to all of our wants and needs. As well, she gave us many great suggestions, and she was always an email, phone call or text away if we needed her or had any questions about anything.

On the day of the wedding, she did a phenomenal job at coordinating everything that went into the day. Angela is very organized and made sure to provide us and the wedding party with a detailed itinerary of the wedding day and coordinated with all of our vendors to assure everything was delivered and set up at the specific times. Her team was also very professional, friendly, helpful, and organized. Angela and her team made our wedding day experience extremely stress-free due to her organization of the entire day.

My husband and I highly recommend Angela to anyone and we cannot thank her and her team enough for helping us create our dream wedding!

A to Z - Highly Recommend

Angela is an excellent wedding consultant. She was the first consultant we met with and we hired her on the spot. She is extremely pleasant, hard-working and she has a good sense of humour. Once we established our budget, she was able to help us to determine our priorities. She really listened to our wants and needs. She knew the venue that we chose very well. Angela and the venue event coordinator had worked together many times before. It was obvious that they had an excellent relationship. Angela was able to give helpful suggestions specific to this venue and with her great advice I was able to negotiate certain asks into the contract that were cost saving without compromising any options.



Her well established relationships extended to vendors such as décor including chair and table rental companies, florists etc. She was able to source out her top 2 picks for each category of vendor that we hired so that we did not have to waste a lot of time and energy. She also kept us on track with a well-established timeline for the 6 months leading up to the wedding. She was always extremely responsive to emails and calls, even when she was out of town.



She was also helpful in creating a wedding day timeline that kept the day and night perfect. She dealt with the vendors and event staff throughout the day and night. We felt like guests at the wedding and we fully enjoyed every aspect of this magical night. We would definitely work with Angela again and would highly recommend her.
