Services offered
All Wrapped Up Events specializes in month-of wedding coordination, wedding decor rentals and wedding consultations. Her month-of package includes decor set up, event schedule management, vendor coordination, cueing of scheduled items and tear down. Couples need someone onsite to advocate on their behalf and set things up according to their plan. She really listens to your vision and meets with you at your wedding venue prior to the big day so she can execute your wedding without you having to lift a finger.
Melanie also specializes in helping couples reduce their carbon footprint when planning their wedding through recommending eco-conscious vendors, educating couples on sustainable wedding planning practices and suggesting decor, favours, food & more that are more eco-friendly alternatives. The average wedding produces 400 pounds of garbage and with the current state of our planet, it is our responsibility to reduce the amount of waste we produce throughout everything we do.
Melanie's wedding consultations are great for couples in the early stages of planning their wedding but want to do most of the planning themselves. You'll get wedding planning strategies, templates, timelines and answers to all of your questions.
Month-of coordination - $850 for 10 hours
Consulations - $50/hour
Setup/Teardown - starting at $400
How she works
A wedding should be a reflection of the couple's personality and Melanie helps make that personality shine through to the guests throughout the day. Weddings don't have to be a stressful day - and Melanie helps ensure your day is filled with joy, love and none of the headache. You will have the ability to reach out to Melanie at any point during your wedding planning with questions and to get advice, not just in the final month. She can also send templates for common wedding documents and help with your wedding timeline so that things run as smoothly as possible.
NEW - eco-friendly garlands
Melanie also offer an alternative to balloon garlands that are rentals and perfect for an engagement party, bridal shower, bachelorette or wedding. They work great as photo backdrops, behind a sweetheart or food table, a welcome for guests or down a bannister. You can see a few examples in the photos.

Knowledgeable, super helpful prior to event and passed me along her expertise to host a great event. Our chats prior to the event madde me feel like she knew what she was doing (asked the right questions, made super insightful suggestions etc). Melanie from All Wrapped Up events helped with our ceremony/reception decor set up and tear down. She was a pleasure to work with. Easy to communicate with, great professionalism, well organized and understanding of our vision.
The decor setup was beyond our expectations, and she came back later in the evening to tear everything down. She worked efficiently and seamlessly as she moved through our intoxicated guests to get everything cleaned up.
We would not have even known she was there, if it weren't for the perfectly piled decor in the corner of the room at the end of the night.

Melanie was the day-of coordinator for our wedding and I’m not sure what we would have done without her. As we neared the big day, I felt myself starting to stress out, but once we met with Melanie one month prior to our wedding, I felt much more at ease and confident that everything would get completed in time. She helped us prepare our timeline and day of schedule - one that allowed us a few moments to spend together and ensured nothing was forgotten. On the wedding day, I didn’t have to worry about the setup or ensuring all the vendors were arriving on time - Melanie had that all covered. I could focus on getting ready with my bridal party and taking photos with my soon to be husband.
