• Unlimited communication with Amanda via phone, text or email
• Initial in-person planning meeting and multiple follow-up meetings
• Full attendance on Wedding day (i.e. no time limits)
• Complimentary planning worksheets
• Personalized and highly detailed schedule for your Wedding day
• Access to extensive Wedding Day Emergency Kit

Assistants available as recommended by Amanda following a consultation

Day of Coordination

• Supervision of vendors’ set-up
• Arrangement of personal small decor
• Point of contact on the day-of for all vendors
• Execution of Wedding day flow in accordance to schedule
• Handle any issues that arise
• Distribution of outstanding payments & gratuities (as applicable)

Month of Coordination:

• Everything included in Day of Coordination, plus
• Takeover of vendor correspondence 6 weeks prior
• Management of vendor arrivals & deliveries
• Accompaniment to venue final details meeting
• Coordination and assistance with Wedding rehearsal
• Assistance with tear down (as applicable)

Partial Planning, or Add-On Services
