Day of Coordination
- Supervision of vendors’ set-up
- Arrangement of personal small decor
- Point of contact on the day-of for all vendors

Month of Coordination:

5 stars all around!!
We were on the fence about booking a day of planner for a long time. I work in events and created an 80 page binder for the wedding (a bit extra, I know). I figured we had it all under control.
BUT hiring Amanda was such an amazing decision! Prior to the wedding she was very responsive and answered all our questions with ease. A lot of day of planners have packages that lay out having them for a certain amount of hours which can be hard to navigate. When you book Amanda you have her for the entire day and she doesn’t leave until you are 100% good to go!
On our wedding day, she not only executed the day flawlessly but she did so much more than that! She solved all the little issues that came up throughout the day and helped various vendors along the way - helping with lay flat set ups, hanging my dress on the hotel window for a cool shot when no one else could figure out how, etc. She was always one step ahead of us and it allowed us to fully be in the moment and take in the day. We had full trust in her and she nailed it! If there were issues that happens throughout the day, we had no idea. In our minds it went perfectly!

Most incredible wedding coordinator!!
We used Amanda as our month of coordinator for our 90 person wedding hosted at our family cottage in July 2022. I can’t begin to explain how phenomenal she was. Amanda is highly organized - for the 6 weeks leading up to the wedding, we were in constant communication with regular check ins and she provided incredible planning resources. She anticipated many details we had forgotten and took over communication with our vendors seamlessly. Amanda arrived a day early to the cottage to attend our rehearsal and learn the property. On the day of, she blew us away. We found out after the fact she had dealt with several hiccups and completely shielded them from us and our guests. She and her assistant stepped in to fill in multiple gaps left by other vendors without us realizing. Whenever there was an issue she had a solution and remained completely calm and optimistic. She was punctual, patient and communicative the entire day. We really appreciated her flexibility after our dinner ran long, quickly reorganizing the rest of the evening. Not only was she highly skilled as a coordinator, she is also incredibly kind. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone with any type of wedding and have full confidence she will make the day incredible. Our family and bridal party all agreed she is the best coordinator they have witnessed.

Made wedding planning a breeze!
Amanda was an incredible help to our wedding! She helped coordinate and plan our wedding a few months leading up to our big day as well as being our day-of coordinator. She took care of communicating all of our needs with our vendors, took care of any issues, and made our dream wedding come to life. The day was completely stress-free and flowed so perfectly. On top of being our wedding coordinator, she helped decorate our cupcake table and made it look absolutely stunning. We couldn't recommend her enough. If you're looking for someone who will always go above and beyond for you, Amanda's your person!

Amanda Allowed Us to Feel Like Guests of Honour at our own Wedding
We could tell from our first meeting that Amanda’s attention to detail and organization skills were impeccable and she put us both at ease. We knew were in good hands very quickly. Leading up to the wedding, Amanda really listened to what mattered most to both of us and hustled to help our vision come to life. Day of, she was on it, knowing exactly what we needed even before we knew it. From our POV, the day couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Getting a wedding coordinator was the best decision we made. Having someone you trust to run the show made us able to enjoy the day and be truly present. On top of all of this, Amanda was such a joy to work with and I felt like she really cared about our success as newlyweds. We cannot recommend Amanda enough! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Above and beyond
Amanda and her colleague Sarah did an amazing job coordinating our wedding. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure that everything went as planned without us having to worry about it. We received many compliments from guests about how organized the wedding was. The whole event ran completely on schedule and everything went according to plan! Thank you for making our day even more special.I would highly recommend Amanda and Sarah to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator.

When my husband and I got engaged we were sure that we could manage all the planning without a coordinator. Then the opportunity came up for us to hire Amanda and LITERALLY not a day went by in the 6 weeks before and at least a week after that we didn’t say to each other how glad we are that we did. She is the actual best money spent. She is a total rockstar and everyone in the wedding party and both sets of parents commented on how awesome she is. Her eye for details is invaluable and she is such a pleasure to work with. Amanda responds to inquires quickly and was very patient with me spamming her the day before with unnecessary panic questions. She was able to make game time decisions that were absolutely reflective of our best interests. She coordinated all our vendors and created a realistic timeline that was clear and easy to follow. She was grace and poise in the face of an irate vendor (who we will not be recommending) and kept all drama away from us so we could enjoy our special day. She was on site from 9 am to 130am and as she was driving away she noticed our welcome table had not been cleaned up and there were still gifts out. Though I’m sure she was bone tired she came back and loaded all the gifts/table décor into the house. We would not have had such a fantastic day without her and we cannot recommend her enough. Thanks Amanda!!

Amanda was recommended to us by my husband's cousin, who had worked with her for their wedding. From the first meeting, we knew we made the right choice to hire her. Amanda was prompt with communication, gave great recommendations to ensure a successful wedding day, and never pressured us into anything we weren't interested in. On the wedding day, she and her assistant Ramona really were rockstars! If anything went wrong, I was none the wiser. The day was perfect and we were so happy with how everything went, and it wouldn't have been the same without Amanda's magic. My husband and I actually got to enjoy the day and not stress over little details! I recommend Amanda one million percent to any future couples needing planning or coordinating of any kind.
