The best thing I did for my wedding was hire Nicole and the August in Bloom team! We got married in March 2023 at Casa Loma. They went above and beyond from the first intake meeting to day of to make sure our day was perfect. I've heard so many horror stories of disorganized or absent day of coordinators, but Nicole was there at every touch point making sure our vision was recognized. Everything went perfectly, and if it didn't I wouldn't have known because the team was composed and on it throughout the day. We had so many compliments from our guests about the team and how perfect the day was. Thank you Nicole + team!!!

Best. Wedding planners. Ever. Sara & Nicole (+ a few others on their team) made my wedding vision come to life, and all incredibly seamlessly. While only contracted for month of coordination, I think they put in more time and effort than that—they went above and beyond to make me feel super confident leading up to the big day—and made sure I didn’t have to think about anything on the actual day. The wedding was stunning, in multiple locations and was a literal dream come true. HIRE THESE MAGICIANS!!!!

Sara is worth every penny. She is so organized, has an amazing attitude, and on top of things. We felt so relaxed going into our wedding day.

We previously thought we could save money and not have a planner, but I realized that having a good planner saves you much time and money. Sara was a great sounding board, knew prices for different vendors and rentals (which saved so much time in research), and reminded us about things we didn't even think of!

On the wedding day, Sara and Victoria worked so hard to make the day go smoothly. Sara knew our vision and made it happen. She was so personable, knew all of our wedding party members by name, and put out fires that we didn't even hear about until later so we could just enjoy the night.

After getting the month of package, looking back, we wish we had Sara from the beginning! Not a surprise, she told us that she hears this a lot :).

We had the privilege of having Sara and her team help us a couple of months prior to our wedding. I am honestly not sure what we would have done without Sara and Nicole on our big day. From our rehearsal dinner to our wedding day, they did not drop the ball on any details. They kept our very large families and wedding party on track, and the day was seamless. They took care of so many small details that me and Husband were not even aware of, we truly got to enjoy our day and night and got to soak it all in because they had everything taken care of. Our vendors and even our guests told us how amazing they were. Highly recommend, they are honestly the best!!

AIB is great! I was working with Nicole for my wedding and words cannot describe how great she and the team are. I had meetings with around 6-7 other wedding planners but they were all too serious, "we have 3 meetings, on x days". Nicole was easy going, laid back and we clicked instantly. Any of the details I had in mind were effortlessly understood and executed on the day of. I wasn't nervous or stressed one bit at my wedding, and I owe it all to Nicole! Thank you so much. Sara was our day-of coordinator for our wedding and she is truly the reason our wedding day went off without a hitch. We didn't know how much we would need her help and guidance until we started planning, and particularly when we were down to those last few weeks before the wedding. She made suggestions for things we wouldn't have even thought of. She helped us optimize our floor plan, worked seamlessly with our vendors, took over last-minute headaches and made sure every last detail was perfect. On our wedding day, she managed the big things, like making the call to bring our guests inside during a chilly outdoor cocktail hour, to the little things, like throwing away our ring bearer's dirty diaper right before he was supposed to walk down the aisle. She was also incredibly quick to come up with solutions, like pinning my broken bustle 30 seconds before we made our grand entrance. Her attention to detail is superior and she brings a real sense of calm with her - which you definitely need on your wedding day. Sara is absolutely wonderful inside and out and we are so glad we hired August in Bloom to be a part of our day. Our wedding was everything we wanted and more and we owe SO much of this to Sara. If you're looking to book a wedding planner/coordinator, you need to end your search - you've found her.

I would give a million stars if I could!! Sarah came HIGHLY recommended by a close friend of mine. Immediately after our first meet-and-greet call, I knew I had to hire Sarah as our month-of-coordinator. She was personable, organized, professional and above everything else SO kind. Leading up to our wedding she was extremely organized and on top of things. She created a clear organized day-of schedule and coordinated with all our vendors so everyone knew where to be and when on the day of. On the day of she made sure everything ran smoothly and helped us with anything and everything we needed (she seriously came prepared for anything). We received so much feedback on how organized she was from our bridal party and other vendors at the venue, we were even ahead of schedule. We love her and will recommend her to any future brides

My husband and I hired Sara as our month-of coordinator for our wedding in July. From start to finish, she was perfect. She helped us create a schedule for the day of the wedding and made sure everyone (bridesmaids, groomsmen, family, vendors, venue staff, etc.) followed it. She arrived at the venue early in the morning and ensured that everyone knew where to go. If we needed anything, she got it. She even drove to her dad's house to borrow his personal microphone because our sound crew had an issue. During the actual ceremony, she gave the wedding party and processional cues so they knew when to walk down the aisle. She also coordinated all of the speeches and first dances. At the end of the night, she helped my mom pin up her dress so that she could dance more comfortably.

We had many family members and friends ask us about the "amazing woman with the clipboard". Seriously, our wedding would not have been the same without her. Sara is so dedicated and passionate and truly wants to create the best experience possible for her couples. Our day was wonderful and worry-free thanks to her.

Just do it. Spend the money--it's worth every cent.
