I will always remember my wedding day to be absolutely perfect and Zahra was a big part of creating that memory.

When we first started planning our wedding we knew we wanted to have a destination wedding in Cancun, Mexico but we didn't know where to start? We started calling different resorts trying to get information but it was very difficult. We reached out to some people who had destination weddings and they suggested some wedding planners as it would be easier to plan the wedding.

So we shopped around and talked to a few over the phone including Zahra. She was the only one that wanted to meet in person so she could answer any questions we may have had. After our first meeting I was very sure that I would be hiring Zahra as she had alot of experience with planning Indian destination weddings. She also had direct contact with the wedding planners in Mexico which definitely brought the stress levels down. Not only was she knowledgeable but she was also very personable and sweet. She gave us great pointers on how to save money on certain things and made sure we stayed close to our budget as possible. There were times where we got overwhelmed, panicked and wanted to cancel the entire destination idea but Zahra was always there to calm us down and assure us that everything would be ok! And she was absolutely right I'm so glad I listened to her !!!!

All of our events went very smoothly and the decor promised was beyond my expectations! The Indian food choices Zahra had recommended were delicious! The mehndi artist she arranged from Mexico were amazing !!! The list keeps going on !!! Her work ethic, organization and communication was great! Everything was just absolutely beautiful. Our friends and family fell in love with the idea of destination weddings and were like everyone should get married like this and hire Zahra !! So if anyone is thinking of doing a destination wedding do it !!!

Our destination wedding at Cancun's Moon Palace Resort in November 2017 was the most magical experience we could ever ask for. If I could go back in time I wouldn't change anything about it because it was perfect. Our guests also enjoyed the wonderful experience and they always look back on it with fond memories. What's better than partying and relaxing with your closest friends and family for a week while getting married at the same time!
We worked with Zahra Remtulla to plan our wedding and we couldn't have picked anyone more diligent and earnest than her. From our first meeting Zahra wanted to get a lay of the land to figure out what our vision was and what we wanted overall. She was able to give us great suggestions and advice due to her experience working with Moon Palace. Due to our work schedules a lot of communication had to take place over email or phone. Zahra was always available at any time of day to answer our questions. She has also made great professional relationships with the representatives at Cancun's Moon Palace and was able to pull a few strings for us when needed. We had a smaller wedding and therefore didn't require Zahra to accompany us at the resort, however once we landed in Cancun she kept in contact with us to ensure everything was going smoothly. Our wedding coordinator at Moon Palace gave Zahra updates as well, which is why we felt so taken care of by Zahra and Moon Palace. I would recommend Zahra to anyone planning a destination wedding. We had an amazing experience using Zahra as our travel agent for our destination wedding. She was very professional and helped us narrow down our choices. Prior to finalizing our resort she ensured when we went to Puerto Vallarta that we were able to make multiple site visits to see what hotel we really wanted to be at. Ultimately, we chose The Grand Velas as it was special to my husband and I as we had our first vacation there. She worked diligently night and day to make sure our guest got the best price and package. She was flexible in allowing guests to combine miles with their travel making it easier on them. When we ran out of rooms, she took it upon herself to find us more rooms trying to stay as close to the group rate as possible. We loved how she took care of all of our guests ensuring that their travel to Puerto Vallarta was seamless. She worked with the onsite team at the hotel to ensure that our vision came through. Her experience and wealth of knowledge regarding the intimate details that came with wedding planning was invaluable. Planning a destination wedding can be very stressful which is why it was very important to my husband and me to find an efficient, professional and friendly Wedding Planner/Travel Agent to help us with our needs. Within the first 15 minutes of talking to Zahra, my husband and I knew we were going with her. Unlike some other agents we had talked to, Zahra actually cared about our story and about what was important to us. She listened and she made us feel comfortable. She understood the stress that we were feeling and assured us that she would make herself available to us whenever we needed. Zahra was professional and efficient. Not sure how much I can reiterate it more that everybody had a blast at our wedding!!! It was amazing in epic proportions and it couldn't have happened without Zahra's help. She was present every step of the way and very responsive to our needs. She helped me make my wedding vision board become reality! Of course there were some hiccups along the way but nothing that couldn't be resolved. She has an amazing knack of making everything seamless, stress and worry-free so that everybody including the bride and groom will be able to enjoy the wedding events. We had an amazing experience with Zahra. Our wedding was on July 7 in Moon Palace Cancun. She made the planning very simple and stress-free, from the wedding side to the travel side. We really like her enthusiasm and she cares about the little kids coming with us as well.

Working with Zahra was the best decision I made for planning our wedding. She helped me organize all of the events, helped with choosing vendors and with many other decisions. She went above and beyond during the wedding week itself. I loved every minute of our wedding from the welcome party to the reception. Our events included a welcome party, a Sikh wedding, a Hindu wedding and a reception. Zahra helped ensure that all of these events happened in a timely manner. She worked with me prior to the wedding to make timelines for all of the events. She organized meetings with all vendors the week of the wedding and ensured that everyone was on the same page. I never thought the wedding would run as smoothly as it did. She was prompt, organized and is very trustworthy.
