Saima can work with you for months in advance of your wedding to bring your vision to life. The Full Wedding Planning Package includes meetings and monthly check-ins to ensure your planning process is seamless and enjoyable. It also includes venue and vendor recommendations, contract management, and decor design. They also offer day-of coordination services, so all you have to worry about is spending quality time with the people you love. The team would be honored to be a part of your big day.

Exceptional!
Everything on our day went according to plan, which is very rare and definitely a result of all Saima’s hard work leading up to and on our wedding day. From the beginning, we had weekly calls and Saima helped us create a shared spreadsheet to track the seating plan, to do list, and wedding timeline, among other things. There were some items I had never even thought of until Saima came along. It definitely gave me peace of mind to have someone that’s gone though this many times before since this was my first time :)
On our wedding day, Saima was there bright and early to deal with vendors and make sure everything went according to the timeline. She then stayed until late in the night to see the vendors off and pack things up for us to take home.

Our wedding had to be postponed due to the pandemic and our plans changed multiple times but she remained kind, flexible, understanding, and patient all along. She is so organized and was ALWAYS responsive whenever we needed her, before and during the event.
During the wedding, Saima paid attention to every single detail we discussed prior and made sure all the vendors knew what to do and that everyone followed the schedule.
We are so happy and we really can't thank her enough for the amazing work! Can't wait to book her for our next event!

My wedding planning journey began when I helped with a few of my cousins’ weddings. We have a big family so extra hands are always welcome. The more I engaged with it, the more I realized how much I enjoyed it. From the settings and signage to the favours and flowers — I was in love with planning every detail. And the result was always beautiful. My family encouraged me to explore it as a career possibility and I was so on board. Fast forward a WPICC certificate and some gorgeous weddings and events planned over the last few years — and voilà! My journey started because of passion and stayed because of purpose.
As a wedding planner for intimate weddings, I offer a unique approach. I’m all about connecting with couples on a personal level to make the entire planning process special and collaborative. Real talk — I’m inspired by you as a couple. By how you met. By how he proposed. By your battles. And by your victories. I take all of your experiences and use them to shape how your wedding will look, feel, and flow — with your input along the way of course! My ultimate goal is to plan the wedding of your absolute dreams all within an attainable cost and having the end result be a wedding that your guests will remember forever and that you two will never forget.
When I’m not working with linens and lace, I’m on the hunt for the next Insta-worthy treat. I’m a big foodie and love to venture out to new places and try interesting food. My husband, kids, and I also love to travel. It’s our goal to visit all of the major cities in the world one day. Destination wedding? No problem!
