Everything we could have asked for!
My spouse and I needed a Day of Coordinator to help us execute and streamline our wedding day after years of planning. Brianna Lyndsey Events were recommended to us by a friend and they had great things to say about their services and professionalism. Brianna was very lovely to work with and kept us on track will all our tasks and timelines leading up to the big day.
On our actual wedding day her services were extremely helpful and we felt at ease with having here there to guide us. Even little things during the day to help us made a huge difference. She took really good care of our well being and made sure everyone was ok too.
We would like to thank her and her team for everything as our special day was EVERYTHING we could have hoped for. Having a great coordinator to help fulfill the vision of what you want is so important! My experience with Brianna was beyond amazing. Newton Wedding
Brianna was 'included' in our wedding package for a day of coordinator. We decide to hire her for the rest of our wedding planning. She did NOT disappoint! Brianna and her team are AMAZING! They were there to help us with whatever we needed, dealt with all of the week of emails and coordinating. She was so organized and made sure everyone was where they needed to be on time. Our special day went so smoothly thanks to her! She is also so personable and kind. Very easy to get along with. Highly recommend Brianna Lyndsey Events for all brides and grooms to be!Brianna was 'included' in our wedding package for a day of coordinator. Really disappointed
We hired Brianna to be our Day of Coordinator. She created timelines for vendors and gave us a check list. Brianna doesn't typically work in downtown Vancouver, I felt she was a bit uncomfortable. About 5 days before the wedding we met on zoom for a final run through, and she told me if anything happened to her she had a replacement. It was brought up in a way that made us suspicious. 2 days later (3 days before the wedding), she told me she had a personal emergency. She sent many long texts going into details, and ultimately said she will have a replacement step in. The communication was erratic, it was incredibly stressful and upsetting. Her replacement was sweet and did her best, although without knowing each other well, there were things missing. To this day, there are many things that upset me about how the day went, I was pretty heartbroken. I really needed someone that knew me and my vision to champion the day. I had asked Brianna to not use my wedding photos in her social media as I felt it was disingenuous - I didn't want people to think she had planned/ executed on the wedding, however she refuses to remove them. Life is unpredictable, but I cannot in good faith recommend Brianna. While her rates were reasonable, I wish I could go back and work with someone else.We hired Brianna to be our Day of Coordinator. Thanks for the review Georgia. I actually work in Vancouver for more than half of my weddings each year so I am not sure why you thought I do not typically work there. I had not worked at your venue before and the only thing I was uncomfortable about was the walk to the parking lot alone at night after the event which I asked the venue if they have a security guard who can walk me and other vendors and they said no problem.
The week of your wedding I started to feel sick - with covid being such a big thing at the time I knew it was extremely important to have backups in place for all my weddings all summer long. I mentioned to you that I had a backup in place in case and told you I had filled her in on everything just to be prepared. I was doing my due diligence knowing that I wasnt feeling well that week. I ended up messaging you after spending the night in the hospital letting you know that Anjonette would be taking over your wedding. You were pretty angry which is understandable but you were in great hands with Anjonette who is a very experienced senior Lead coordinator and had a lot of experience in Vancouver including at your venue.
After the wedding I followed up with all of your vendors who all told me that the wedding went smoothly without any hiccups.
9 months after the wedding you messaged me asking me to remove your photos from my instagram feed. I said I would rather not as it messes up the carefully thought out feed but that I would not post any more if that is what you wish. The contract you signed states I can post photos as well the photographer personally sent me the photos.
I am sorry that you are unhappy and wish you had gone with someone else. Hopefully you can forgive me for being sick on your wedding day,

Great Choice!
Brianna is the in house coordinator with the venue we chose, but we also opted in for a package that had her assisting us the month before the wedding. Definitely took a lot of stress off our shoulders in that last month! Unfortunately for us, Brianna had a family vacation booked during our wedding well before we booked our venue, so we had one of her employees as our day-of. Brianna herself is amazing to work with, but I will say we were quite disappointed with the employee we had during our big day. This, in my mind, doesn’t reflect poorly on Brianna at all as I found her to be extremely professional & was on top of things even while she was away with her family! Seamless ceremony experience
We hired Brianna to be the day-of coordinator for our ceremony a bit last minute but very glad we did! She and her assistant were lovely to work with and helped to ensure our ceremony went smoothly. They met our other vendors ahead of the ceremony and oversaw setup, helped ensure the ceremony site was clean, and coordinated the music & entrance timing which is something I don't think we could have managed on our own!
Brianna was easy to work with and brings a very calming energy which I think most brides can appreciate on their wedding day!We hired Brianna to be the day-of coordinator for our ceremony a bit last minute but very glad we did! Can not sing her praises enough!
I hired Brianna to be my day of coordinator, and I have nothing but good things to say about her. She was professional, on top of things, reassuring, and knowledgable. My impossible to impress in laws were blown away by how smoothly the whole wedding went from start to finish.
She answered all my stupid questions - without making me feel stupid for asking them. She made sure everyone (family, friends, vendors, bride, groom) were exactly where they were supposed to be when they were supposed to be there. I did all my decor myself, but she and her team assembled it at the venue to perfection! She didn't get annoyed at my dad for trying to butt-in with decor setup.
When I was a bit late arriving to ceremony she made sure the evenings schedule was adjusted accordingly. I felt like I did not have to worry about a single thing except enjoying my wedding - which I surely could not have done without the exceptional job she did. My wedding was perfection from start to finish and I give Brianna about 95% credit for that (other 5% going to the bar staff of course). Brianna took my money and did not follow through
BRIDES BEWARE!! Weddings are expensive and stressful enough without having to worry about being exploited financially by Brianna. I retained Brianna to decorate my venue and she left me high & dry only 2 weeks before my wedding. She was quick to take my money but NEVER gave me a contract as promised and refuses to give me back my deposit. She is highly unorganized and deceitful. Unless you have spare time to launch a complaint through the civil tribunal to get a refund, I'd suggest not putting yourself through the torture of dealing with Brianna. Also take note, she has disabled the options to leave reviews on her facebook page since January 2019...hmm...BRIDES BEWARE!! Thanks for the review. Your deposit of $40.00 that you say I ran off with I told you was non refundable. I then agreed to send it to you but then you decided to leave this very misleading and false review. I have not disabled reviews on my fb page .... Facebook changed how reviews are left and it’s no longer an option to leave reviews. This is not me turning it off. I am not deceitful nor did I leave you high and dry. You decided to cancel my services and then asked for your $40 back. You never paid your final balance that was due 30 days prior to the wedding so I’m not sure what else

Day of coordinator
We had Alannah coordinate our day, she was extremely helpful with everything and very responsive to all of our questions.
