Wow, where do I begin?! We hired Jessica for day-of wedding coordination and it was hands down one of the best things we spent money on. Being skeptical of a wedding planner at first, I was unsure how helpful a wedding planner would actually be. After meeting with Jessica for an hour consultation, my mind was quickly changed (thank God)! Jessica will handle all of the day-of organization, planning, scheduling, decorations, gifts, etc. We met a couple of times before our wedding so that Jessica could know our exact schedule of the whole day and where everything was supposed to go. Before the wedding, Jessica sent us an extremely detailed schedule (down to 10/15 minutes as some points) as well as had laid out a blueprint for all of the decorations including the exact seat each guest would be sitting in for dinner so she could set out all of the name tags. Jessica made sure the right people were in the right places at the right time to keep the schedule on track all day. She also comes prepared for ANYTHING and EVERYTHING that could happen. Jessica had towels to wipe down the ceremony seats for guests because it started sprinkling and also saved a clear umbrella for us at the front (for the photos of course)! My bustle also needed fixing at some point and Jessica had all of the safety pins and a sewing kit to make that happen. You can truly rely on Jessica to be there for you and handle any curveballs thrown your way (which is inevitable)! Jessica is extremely easy to work with, friendly, knowledgeable, flexible, and professional. She made the day a success - I can't imagine the day without her help. I would highly recommend Bride’s Butler to anyone planning a wedding – she will make your life SO much easier!

We loved Jess. I must have emailed and messaged her every week and she always responded within the hour! Nothing was ever too much for her and she was attentive and responsive to our needs. We sent her a 3 page list of instructions and directions!

We asked her to decorate our dinner room and the reception and it was just just perfect. She followed the directions and everything was done on time with perfection. She made me feel so at ease throughout the day and i knew i could relay on her.

We live out of province and were flying in the week before for our wedding. I got in contact with Diane a few months before our wedding, for day of coordination, when I was trying to organize the day and became pretty overwhelmed. I had a vision in my head of what I wanted, but still wasn't sure about a few things. Diane was so good at helping me come up with a plan for the day of and let me know exactly what she needed to know in order to execute my vision. Diane and Samantha took away my stress starting at the rehearsal the night before and right until the end of our wedding night. If anything went wrong on or wedding day I didn't know about it and neither did any of my guests (which is exactly how I wanted it!). With Diane in control I was truly able to relax and enjoy my wedding day!!
