If I had to do my wedding day over again, I would choose Cailin a million times over
I truly cannot thank Cailin and her assistant Jacklyn enough for helping me manage my wedding day. I knew from my first meeting with Cailin that she would be someone I would jive well with. She has this special way of making you feel like you’ve known her a lot longer than you have. My wedding day was stress free solely because of her. If anything went wrong on the day-of, I definitely did not notice, which is everything anyone could ever hope for in a coordinator. Thank you for taking my vision and bringing it to life! I was speechless when I saw my ceremony and reception space.

Huge help!
We couldn't be more thrilled with the incredible service we received from Cailin for our wedding! From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make sure our special day was everything we dreamed of! On the day of the wedding, Cailin ensured that everything ran smoothly and on schedule. Thanks to her hard work, we were able to fully enjoy our day without stress. Every detail was executed flawlessly, and the entire day felt seamless. Couldn’t have asked for a better Wedding Planner
Cailin is a very talented and creative event planner. Working with Cailin was very easy and fun. She took our vision and brought it to life. Our wedding day couldn’t have been more perfect, everything went very smoothly and the decor was better than we imagined. We had several meetings with Cailin leading up to the wedding, she’s very flexible and extremely knowledgeable. Her prices were very reasonable and she even has tons of decor you can rent from her for free! Highly recommend going with Cailin, you will not regret it!

My day was completely stress-free thanks to Cailin!
I hired Cailin as a day-of coordinator and it was the best decision I could have made! I did not have to worry about a single thing. She made sure everything was set up and kept everyone on schedule. She was always there making sure I had drinks and food throughout the day. If anything went wrong, I certainly did not know about it! Highly recommend!!!

Wedding day coordinator
Cailin was a pleasure to work with! She met with me several times in the weeks leading up my wedding to make sure the day ran smoothly. She set up my rentals and decor exactly how I envisioned. She stayed all day to coordinate our ceremony and reception and took care of the take down. I didn’t have to worry about anything on my wedding day and had the best time!

Cailin goes above and beyond!
Cailin took care of the Setup and Tear down for our wedding this September and she was beyond amazing! Cailin was professional and communicated in a timely manner. She went above and beyond on the day of and put a lot of thought and effort into making every detail perfect. She took the stress away so we could focus on enjoying the day and we know there are many things she took care of that we are not even aware of. Cailin worked SO incredibly hard and we cannot thank her enough.

Amazing Coordinator. 10/10 Recommend
Cailin was an absolute pleasure to work with! She executed our dream wedding perfectly and we couldn't have done it without her. :) From being there for our rehearsal to sowing one of the bridesmaids into her dress she was there no matter what!
