  She is amazing!

  I literally don’t even know where to begin
  Chantal was an absolute dream to work with. A calming presence during the planning stage, a guide during the rehearsal date and an absolute machine the day of!!
  I cannot even begin to explain how stress free I felt day of because I knew she had everything under control. I planned my wedding from start to finish with her and the moment I had to let go of the reigns I felt completely at ease.
  Chantal knew how anxious I was about everything and even on the day of, when I know she was running around wild, she still kept me in the loop through text and communicated every step of the way.
  My in laws were very stressed about having the wedding at their home, but I know Chantal made it much easier for them.
  Throughout the day I kept hearing them say how wonderful she was and so very professional and kind.
  
  She was all of those things and so much more.
  
  My husband had said it to me best.
  Of all the things we spent money on for the wedding, he could not understand the value of Chantal. He had trepidation about why we would hire someone and spend the money had when I had planned so much of it myself. I kept telling him there was value in what she did and he would see it eventually. He just needed to give her time.
  
  It took one video call with Chantal for him to turned to me and say “I get it”.
  She went above and beyond his expectations and even to the point where he commented about how of all the services we paid for, hers was by far the best choice we made.
  
  Through our crazy day not only did Chantal keep a smile on her face, but she rolled with all the punches and delivered a truly amazing day.
  
  Could not give her enough praise or recommend her more highly.

  Our amazing experience with Chantal!

  We decided to hire Chantal after seeing her in action at a friend's wedding and immediately knew we needed her to coordinate ours. She was hustling all day and night, making sure every detail was perfect, and we were confident she’d do the same for us.
  
  We booked her wedding day coordination package, and the process began about eight weeks before our wedding. Even though I’m a type-A person with a lot already organized, I was carrying so much of the mental load that it became overwhelming. From our first meeting with Chantal, that mental load lifted almost instantly. She quickly took the reins, alleviating a huge burden from us. She reorganized our timeline, making it far more efficient, and handled communication with all of our vendors to ensure every detail was squared away well before the big day.
  
  She also stepped in to direct and coordinate our rehearsal dinner, which was invaluable since we had a friend officiating. Chantal was an absolute pro and a genuinely kind, caring person who truly wanted to make our wedding dreams come true. On our wedding day, everything went perfectly, and that’s thanks to her hard work behind the scenes. We were completely stress-free, knowing she had everything under control. We trusted her fully to make the important decisions so we could focus on enjoying every moment of our day.
  
  I cannot recommend Chantal enough to all future brides. Hiring her was the best decision we made throughout the entire wedding planning process!

  Highly recommend Chantal!

  We hired Chantal for day of coordination services and we are so glad we did! We got married on family property and one of our biggest things was that we didn’t want any of our family members to feel like they were “working” our wedding and worrying about if things were going how they should. Chantal took this stress away and worked with us leading up to our wedding to understand our vision for the day and executed it perfectly! From our weekly meetings, to communicating with our vendors, to setting everything up, to making sure the day went smoothly, Chantal was there and did it all! Highly recommend Chantal!

  Chantal is great!

  We hired Chantal as our day of coordinator and it's a decision I'm so glad we made! We had a clear idea of how we wanted our wedding to look and Chantal really helped us to deliver on it. Our weekly check-ins helped to manage the stress of planning and kept us on track. She let us guide her on our wants and offered insights into things we hadn't considered or simply overlooked. We felt in control of our planning, but she was ready to support us where needed and made a fantastic recommendation for our bar service - in short, she understood the assignment! I was able to be present and just enjoy our wedding day because Chantal and her team had everything covered. Honestly, Chantal is great and you can tell she is passionate about her work!

Initially, we started with her partial planning package, but as we navigated the many moving parts, we quickly realized we needed her full expertise. Chantal went above and beyond in every aspect, making the planning process enjoyable and stress-free. She allowed us to have complete creative independence, embracing our vision and bringing it to life flawlessly. During our regular meetings, Chantal kept us on track and pointed out many details we would have overlooked without her expertise. Chantal seamlessly managed all vendor and guest correspondence, alleviating a significant amount of stress for us. Our family members and wedding party also noted how efficient and lovely it was to work with Chantal. Her fun, easy-going yet highly organized personality made collaboration a joy.   August Wedding

  The best decision we made around wedding planning was hiring Chantal as our day of coordinator. She took care of every detail and removed all stress for us on the day of. The day went so smoothy thanks to all her efforts and organization. I can not recommend her enough!

We originally thought we would plan everything ourselves but as we started looking at all of the details decided we would at least entertain the idea of a planner. Originally just looking for a day of planner we ended up using Chantal for her partial planning services and she proved her worth! She helped suggest which vendors to look at within our budgets and which to stay away from. She helped us to navigate the various contracts we dealt with and understand some of the more confusing quotes. Our monthly chats were always pleasant and helpful and the last weeks where she began to take over really helped to take the load off. During our day she kept us and everyone else on track and it really let us focus on ourselves and each other. We’d occasionally catch a glimpse of her taking care of something during the dancing like moving flowers or blowing out candles that we wouldn’t have had the attention for but appreciated the foresight.
  We didn’t think we’d need a planner but have recommended to our friends that if they can afford it, Chantal was well worth the peace of mind.

She is genuinely nice and caring, and I couldn't imagine working with anyone else for our wedding. When I first got engaged, I thought I could handle all the planning myself and was only looking for a day-of coordinator. However, after speaking with Chantal, I knew I wanted her help and support to make my wedding perfect. We hired her for partial wedding planning and day-of coordination, and she was incredible. The day went perfectly without any stress. I trusted her completely, and she took care of everything. All the vendors loved working with her, and she made my decor look even better than I imagined.
