Beyond expectations
As our day of coordinator, the level of service that we received from Jenna exceeded our expectations! Jenna and Karleece really delivered and made our wedding day stress free! Jenna was always available to answer our questions during the planning process and was always quick to respond. Even though there were minor hiccups on the day of, Jenna took care of them to make sure that my husband and I stayed focused on enjoying our special day.

The Very Best Day
Our wedding day was absolutely amazing. I personally feel that the only reason I was able to relax and really soak in every moment, was due to the hard work of Jenna and her team. While Jenna was setting up the reception area, floral and other decor, her planner Nicole was with myself and the bridal party keeping us on track. Nicole is the definition of a "Jack of All Trades". She kept us focused and assisted our wonderful photographer for hours. Nicole took pictures, videos, shuffled around my veil, my bouquet, and managed to make it seem effortless.

Our wedding day was nothing short of a fairytale, and it's all thanks to her exceptional talent and dedication. Every detail was carefully thought out and flawlessly executed. From the breathtaking floral arrangements to the exquisite decor, everything she created was beyond our wildest dreams. Our guests were in awe, and we received countless compliments on the stunning ambiance she crafted.

I hired Jenna as our month of coordinator because, by the time I had thought of hiring someone, I had basically planned everything.
When I first spoke to Jenna I felt confident in hiring her, and I was not wrong.
The day of our wedding we had rain and though I had initially thought we would have an outdoor ceremony that obviously changed. Jenna was on top of everything with all our vendors and assisting in making sure everything ran smoothly.
Jenna and her team were so helpful and thorough.
I had mentioned a few things that needed close attention to Jenna, and without hesitation, she was on top of things.
She was a complete blast to work with and I honestly wish I could hire her all over again!!

Jenna and her team were wonderful to work with, and we couldn’t have done any of this without her! She was patient with us as we went through our decor and vendor meetings; she was kind and organized and did everything she could to make our day incredibly special! Jenna’s vendor connections made this process so painless, and we are so happy with everyone she recommended and all she did to help us with those relationships. Jenna was also our florist, and our decor blew us away! Walking into our reception space for the first time was a breath of fresh air, and she brought our dreams to life. I'm Jenna, Creative Director, Principle Planner and Florist at Classic Affairs By Jenna. Weddings, floral design and event planning is not only my career but my passion! There is no better feeling than knowing I have made my clients dreams come true on their big day. Graduating from the Toronto Metropolitan University's (Formerly Ryerson) Hospitality & Tourism Management program through the Ted Rogers school of management and having worked in the hospitality industry for over 14 years, I have successfully executed over 800 weddings. With a background in event/venue management, wedding planning and floral design, I look forward to working with each and every client to successfully bring their wedding day vision to life! In my down time you can find me at the beach, walking my furbaby Pepper or planning my next vacation. I love to travel!
I’m Karleece, one of the Wedding Planner's at Classic Affairs by Jenna.
I am a WPICC graduate and have a background in Fashion Design and Apparel Production. I am newer to the wedding planning industry however, I have many years experience helping brides and bridesmaids find the perfect attire for the day of. There is such a special feeling you get when you help someone plan and execute such an Important day! When I’m not working, you can find me spending time with my pets, travelling, and shopping!
I’m Rachel, a Wedding Planner at Classic Affairs by Jenna.
From a young age I loved watching anything to do with weddings, and one of my first jobs was actually serving at various wedding venues. I did that for many years just to simply see the magic of weddings. Finally. I decided to combine my love of weddings with my passion for event planning and execution. I now have a Post Graduate Certificate in Event Management and am WPIC certified.
The parts of the job that warm my heart the most are the small personalized details throughout the ceremony and decor, and witnessing true love, excitement and happiness on the big day. Outside of work you can find me creating DIY projects, reading and getting outside as much as possible.
