Tanya and her team were incredibly helpful as we were planning our extravagant wedding. We booked Tanya and her team for the full wedding planning package. She understood the vision and the assignment, and she never let us down with the vendors that she recommended. We received SO many compliments from guests about every aspect of our wedding, from the band to the cake. Tanya and her team were always so responsive in answering our questions and addressing any concerns we had. They were all very professional, but also brought an amazing energy with them that got us so excited about our events. We felt that we were in the best hands possible, and they took care of all the logistics with the vendors and venue, so that we could just relax and enjoy our wedding weekend. We are incredibly grateful to Classy Affairs for ensuring our events were such a success. On the day of the wedding, they adapted the timeline to our needs and made sure that the night still felt seamless. Despite the chaos, the team kept us grounded and aware of what was going on. We also really appreciate that they made sure the catering team saved and served us hot meals after we were out taking photos. We highly recommend Tanya and her team for your planning needs! -

Amazing, do not hesitate to hire her!
My husband and I were planning our wedding as COVID restrictions were being put in to place and being removed very unpredictably. The lifting and setting of restrictions caused us to go through quite a few changes in our venue and were extremely worried about being able to have the wedding at all. Tanya helped us with this stress and always prompt in responses to emails. She was very supportive on the days coming to the wedding. On the day of our wedding she was beyonf. I had such a stressfree time, Tanya handled everything. I enjoyed the day so much and it was such a relief to have Tanya as a wedding coordinator. I don't know how we would have managed everything without her. She coordinated vendors, played our entrance music for the ceremony and set up our reception and timed speeches perfectly. Everything I had picked and planned came together just as I pictured due to her hard work. I recommend her month of wedding coordinator services to anyone who wants to pick their own vendors and plan things but wishes to have a stress free and relaxing wedding day! My family and friends were able to sit back and relax as they had nothing to help with. I can say my wedding day was perfect, with no exaggeration. I know that this is due in part to Tanya! -

Classy Affairs is a MUST have vendor for your wedding day!!! Tanya and her amazing team brought our dreams to life to help us have the most beautiful wedding that exceeded all of our expectations. From start to finish, Tanya was such a kind and loveable person to work with, offering so much knowledge on all things wedding related. She helped us navigate through all the difficulties of planning a pandemic wedding, and did so with confidence and a calming nature that we so needed throughout the process.
Hiring Classy Affairs was our best money spent on our wedding day. Not only did Tanya take all the stress off of us through the planning process, but she and her team did an incredible job setting up all of our decor and truly exceeded every expectation and vision we had! They are a team of experts and will use their talents and skills to make your day a magical dream ☺️
Through the planning process, Tanya ensured that she really got to know us both so she was best able to plan a day that was perfectly unique to us and the things we love. She worked within our budget, offered respectful (and always much appreciated) advice, and recommended the most incredible vendors who worked together to make our day perfect. She is the glue that brought everything together for our day, and kept me calm through the planning process.
We were able to completely enjoy every moment of our wedding day and not worry about a thing on the day of, as she handled everything with confidence. She was professional, organized, and extremely reliable for all of our needs. Her planning skills shined throughout the day and night as our wedding day seemed to go seamlessly smooth, and included all the little details we had hoped for.
I can’t rave enough about Classy Affairs. If you are looking for a planner, Tanya and her team are unmatched! If you’re hesitating as to whether or not you need a wedding planner (as I was in my early wedding planning stages) I can’t stress enough how grateful we are that we went for it and hired Classy Affairs. Their services were worth every penny and our day never would have turned out as remarkably beautiful as it did if we didn’t have them be a part of it all. You’ll thank yourself endlessly through the planning process and on the day of. I can’t recommend them enough ☺️ This is one vendor you can’t miss out on!!!

Hiring Tanya and Classy Affairs was the absolute best decision we made! Tanya took all the stress out of wedding planning. She was so organized and was quick to respond to all our emails. She worked closely with all of our vendors and went on a site visit to our venue to ensure that they had everything we needed. Tanya is the reason our wedding went to smoothly and we are so happy that she was with us on our wedding day. Tanya was able to execute our vision perfectly and she really understood what we wanted. We would 100% recommend Tanya and Classy Affairs! -

I get emotional thinking about planning my wedding and that's because it went so perfectly. Tanya is so supportive and amazing. But Oksana really pulled through. She made my entire vision come to life and it was 100% stress free. My vendors said to me that they have never had a more organized wedding planner. Tanya was an excellent month of coordinator! Many of my vendors praised me for selecting her to coordinate my wedding. She ensured all the linen sizes matched the tables at our reception, handed out favours & programs at our ceremony and ensured everything happened without a hitch on our perfect day!
She also hepled make our wedding day timeline go smoothly, and ensured our dinner was not boring by arranging for speeches and formal dances (father/bride, mother/groom) to accompany different courses of our meal.
She has excellent knowledge of how wedding days should go (for those of us brides who have a lot of ideas and planning, but no clue how to execute everything on the day of our wedidngs). She also contacted the photographer when he didn't come to our rehearsal as arranged. (She attended most of our final meetings and walkthroughs before our wedding).
As a type A bride who planned everything out in vigourous detail, I was totally able to relax and enjoy my special day knowing I had a capable person to hand over the reigns of overseeing this special day! -

Our wedding planner Tanya was wonderful. We got her for the month of which was great because she was able to keep everything in check for us. She was also very helpful with any questions or recommendations we need along the way. We met with her a few times and she was great every time and she was there for all the right important meetings. The day of was great. She came with an assistant and I did not here of any problems. I don’t even know if there was any problems. I would recommend Tanya to anyone looking for a wedding planner.
