Claudia Cole Events is a boutique wedding planning company founded by Claudia Cole in 2014. Based out of Toronto, Ontario, Claudia Cole Events plans intimate affairs for as low as 40 guests as well as more elaborate weddings for up to 300 guests. They have partnered with many Toronto venues including the Four Seasons Toronto Hotel, Casa Loma, Deer Hurst, Gardiner Museum and the Steam Whistle Brewery.

We couldn't have done it without them...

We couldn't have done it without them. We first met with Claudia and Jennifer via Zoom and felt a sense of ease right from the first call. Jennifer was our planner leading up to the event. She made sure every Vendor was contacted, on time and that every detail was covered. She reviewed every contract to make sure we got what we paid for and made sure the weeks leading up to the event were less stressful. There were many whatsapp messages thoughout the evenings and nights where we wondered if she even sleeps. We were amazed how much attention she gave to just us, considering the amount of wedding she does. It was quite astonishing.

All day of events were perfectly coordinated and taken care of including the first look, the photos, speeches, main courses and cake cutting. If you just let the day go, you will miss things. Jennifer and Matt helped to make sure the photos were done according to the shot list and that we didn't stray from the timeline. If we did, we wouldn't have made the sunset photos, which obviously need to be done at a specific time.

They got there early and organized all the menu cards, table placements, photo booths, welcome sign, seating chart and card box.

Our limo taking the wedding part even took the wrong route and she called him for an ETA. When we was off, she reminded him to take the 407, to not be late.

We couldn't have done it without them. So many little details which you don't wanna deal with the day of were all taken care of. As the bride and groom, you just wanna go through the motions and enjoy the day. You don't wanna deal with details and potential issues. You spend 2 years planning and every vendor just need to do their job and be on time. Claudia Cole events made sure everything fell into place and made the day perfect.

Claudia is the best!

Claudia was the absolute best - helping us to navigate our wedding which had to be scheduled and rescheduled 3 separate times. Awesome coordinators!

We hired Claudia Cole Events for wedding day management services and it was one of the best decisions we ever made! Jennifer, our coordinator and her assistant, Richelle were wonderful, easy to talk to and most of all, quick to adjust to unexpected situations. We had a wedding day emergency where the reception vendor hadn’t provided a photo permit. Jennifer was on the phone immediately and resolved the situation in a short period of time. This allowed my husband and I to fully enjoy our wedding day! They also collected and packed up our items at the end of the night. I highly recommend Claudia and team to any couple who wants a stress free wedding day!

Kind and Organized Wedding Planner

Claudia and her team at Claudia Cole events did an amazing job helping us plan our wedding day and make it run PERFECTLY !!! As two very busy medical residents (with no experience in planning events) and living outside of Canada- Claudia helped us connect to excellent vendors in the Toronto area. She also organized our hotel block and even helped with planning a brunch the next morning for our guests! She is SO easy to talk to, kind and very understanding! I knew after my first meeting with her is this was the person I wanted to spend the next year working with to plan my wedding. I needed someone calming and trustworthy. Leading up to the wedding day I was connected to my fantastic wedding coordinator Stefanie. Claudia and Stefanie helped me plan out the schedule for the day and gave me excellent suggestions to make sure it ran so smoothly! They created a very detailed schedule for the day and made sure to connect and coordinate all my vendors. On my Wedding Day I felt very confident they had everything under control to make sure the day ran perfectly! I could just focus on enjoying our beautiful day. I HIGHLY recommend hiring Claudia Cole Events to make your day run perfectly ❤️

From the first time speaking with Claudia virtually I immediately knew that I found the perfect planner for our wedding. Claudia knows and works with many, if not all, of our other vendors, so she made the whole planning experience very breezy. She is a workaholic; she answered all my questions early morning, late at night, and even when she was on vacation!! On the day of our wedding, Claudia and Stefanie were there for us every step of the way so we could kick back and enjoy the party. They even packed up all of our items at the end of the night. I highly recommend Claudia and her team to any couple that wants a stress-free and fun planning experience!!

The GOAT of GTA planners

Claudia is patient, kind, understanding, talented and has a wonderful eye for detail and knack for organization. Above all she is an absolute professional with a huge heart and genuine compassion for her clients. She is THE best wedding planner in Ontario and most likely all of Canada. You’re doing yourself, your partner, and your family a disservice if you don’t hire her for your wedding or event. We started planning our wedding in the summer of 2019, originally for a September 2020 wedding. Along with the rest of the world, we had absolutely no idea of what was coming our way in March 2020. And when the pandemic hit- we had even less of an idea how to pivot and keep our initial vision for our wedding day intact.
Claudia kept in close contact with us and let us know she would be ready and happy to help once we were ready to make some decisions. We decided our best option was postpone to Sept 2021 and hope for the best in terms of vaccinations and restrictions. Claudia, always calm and collected - took care of everything we needed to do to postpone the wedding. From contacting the venue and our vendors to get new dates, to requesting new contracts and sending invoices and countersigned copies (as well as keeping her own record, again – so organized!). I can wholeheartedly say Claudia made the postponement a breeze, and though I’d never want to do it again, if I had, to I know she would make just as easy.
Pandemic related issues aside, she never failed to exceed every expectation we had for wedding planning. She helped source vendors for my bridal shower and found an amazing wedding videographer at the 11th hour when I decided last minute, we needed to have one. She helped us find wonderful chocolate truffles for our favors that everyone loved and devoured. She fixed my shoe when the gem broke off during our first dance. She connected us with a venue for the rehearsal dinner when we were having a hard time finding availability. She flawlessly co-originated a day-of prank I was planning for our first look with my husband. She worked with our vendors seamlessly did so many other things I’ll never be able to thank her for because she is that amazing of a planner and person. And outside of everything she did for us, her most admirable quality is her genuine character and overall moral fiber as a person. She is always happy to go the extra mile for her clients and aims to make everything perfect. It is important for her to not only share her expertise and help her clients, but she also makes a sincere effort to uplift her colleagues in the industry, which is always important, but now more so than ever. Every vendor Claudia recommended was 10/10, every guest at our wedding had amazing things to say about her and the fabulous work she did for us. Her assistant on the day of Steph B, was an absolute angel and I was blown away by her professionalism and attentiveness as well. Outside of getting married, gaining a new friend in Claudia was one of the best parts of wedding planning, though it won’t be another wedding 😉, I hope I get the chance to request her services again in the future.

Forever grateful to Claudia Cole Events!!

Trying to plan a wedding is difficult and stressful enough, but with the added complexity of trying to do so during a pandemic, we knew we needed to enlist the help of a day-of coordinator to make sure our wedding ran smoothly.

Claudia and her team went above and beyond what we expected the day-of services to include. The process began months in advance, with Claudia collecting a ton of detailed information about us, our guests, our vision, etc. Given a million different pieces of the puzzle, she was able to map out every piece of the event quickly including vendor and contract management, sourcing, COVID safe solutions, and event timelines. I was blown away by the level of detail she collected! It was quickly clear that if we didn't have Claudia working with us, we would have forgot to plan a number of things!

Best of all, she was incredibly encouraging and supportive throughout the rollercoaster of the past year. With restrictions tightening in the Spring and then lifting only weeks before our August 2021 wedding, Claudia always made sure she had the latest information and came to us with several different plans that we could quickly execute if things were to change suddenly. It was never a conversation around "we can't do this", instead she always lead in with "what we can try to do is..." or "let's plan a couple of options".

Every coordinator will talk about how they bring an "emergency kit" with them but there's only so far that will go without quick thinking and a positive problem solving attitude. Claudia and Vicky sprung into action at the earliest sign of a hiccup on our wedding day and did so with no one noticing. Knowing they were on top of everything allowed us to enjoy our day stress-free.

We can't thank Claudia, Vicky, and the team enough for their incredible professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to making sure our guests were comfortable and felt safe. The Claudia Cole Events team truly make magic happen and we are forever grateful!

Great Wedding Coordinator

We found Claudia Cole Events through an internet search and had no prior recommendations, but, from my first chat with her we clicked. I wanted someone who could get along with all of our VIPs, manage the stresses of the day, not tell me about things that went wrong behind the scenes and who understood our West Indian/Caribbean culture. Claudia and her team did all of the above!
Although we hired her for month of coordination, she was available by email from the moment we signed our contract. She kept on top of many, many emails and made sure that all of our desires were met. At one point, when we thought we might have to switch venues within 3 weeks of our date – she took initiative and was ready to pivot. Fortunately, we didn’t have to do that but she still remained on top of all the major details and made sure that our day flowed smoothly. Her assistant Vicky was also amazing. She carried my veil around for me during our portraits, checked on me repeatedly and was available to help with anything that came.
As a somewhat anxious bride, she really calmed be down and always assured me we would work together to try to find a solution. In the last few weeks before our wedding, she made sure to take over direct communication with vendors and encouraged us to just enjoy all the moments leading up to and the day of. We had the perfect day thanks to Claudia and Vicky!

Thank you, Claudia!!!

This is going to be a lengthy review, so brace yourself.

We hired Claudia back in 2019 for a mid-October 2020 bash at the Broadview Hotel. My partner and I had been living abroad in Brussels at the time - so I hadn't even spoken to her over the phone prior to booking her (we were under a serious time crunch at the time, now laughable considering how long our engagement turned out to be). I poured over Google reviews and reached out to a few couples to ask about their experience with Claudia -- they all had only the most positive things to say about her, which was good enough for me.

As the story goes, when the world shut down in March 2020, we opted to postpone our large celebration and throw a micro-wedding with just 15 people on our original date. Even with just 15 people, there were a ton of moving parts to coordinate - so we opted to reach out to Claudia for help. Our legal marriage ceremony and reception were absolutely perfect - I wouldn't have changed a thing about our day. Claudia kept things running smoothly, and was a true pro throughout the planning process. She kept us on task, and made sure to ask us about tiny details like 'if we wanted to take a minute after the ceremony to regroup' - which, admittedly, we wouldn't have thought of otherwise.

Fast-forward to our 'I do redo', it's difficult to pinpoint just how many fires Claudia put out because we were totally unaware of them. As they say, your wedding goes by quickly - and your only job is to sit back and enjoy. Claudia let us do just that. From setting up our entire reception space to moving all of our gifts and rentals back to our hotel room so we didn't have to worry about transporting them, to coordinating over 15 vendors with ease, Claudia was cool, calm, and collected - even in the face of a very real pandemic that threatened to derail our day for a second time.

On the tech side, Claudia gives you access to AislePlanner - which is a true lifesaver if you're a Type A personality like me who needs to know she's doing what she should be doing at any given moment.

Overall, Claudia's services are invaluable - and I wouldn't hesitate to book with her again (though thankfully, we're done!). Thank you, Claudia!!!

Thoughtful, professional, organized, talented and kind planners who made our experience stress-free!

Claudia and Chris played a huge part in making our wedding experience an amazing one. We had 200 guests and several different ceremonies to honour our Jewish and Chinese heritages - all this felt very overwhelming initially but they helped make everything happen in a seamless and low-stress fashion. I would work with them again in a heartbeat and will recommend them to all my friends!
