I am thrilled to welcome you to Cocktails and Details, a wedding and event planning firm that is dedicated to creating unforgettable moments and crafting extraordinary celebrations. As the owner and Creative Director, I am so grateful to be a part of your journey towards one of the most important days of your life.

I grew up in a family where my mother was known for throwing the best, most detailed parties. All of my birthdays were perfectly executed, from the invitations, to cake, to pink bread with the crusts cut off, I grew up in the hosting world. My love for creating unique parties and passion for design has led me to this industry and I cannot imagine doing anything else.

Since 2012, I have been planning and designing stories, not just spaces. My couples love the stunning layers of style and detail throughout their events, and yet, it’s the resulting feeling of their wedding that makes a world of a difference, it was perfectly them. Now let’s grab a drink and start planning!

Ashley is the most reliable soul you will ever meet - there is NOTHING that will deter her from keeping a promise, even if she has to go to the ends of the earth for you. And that is one of the million reasons why you’ll want her on your side come your big day!

Her favourite part of the wedding day is after the couple says “I do” and they walk back down the aisle together. She loves being able to see their radiant smiles and the happiness on their faces in front of their closest family and friends.

As a fellow twin mama, Ashley and Jenna have been navigating the world together for 20+ years, they can finish each others sentences, share clothes and laugh for hours on end. She has an exceptional eye for design and extraordinary taste with a European twist.

Jaymie's journey into the enchanting world of weddings has been nothing short of extraordinary since she eagerly responded to a posting for her dream job in 2021. Fast forward to today, and I'm elated to share that she just concluded another remarkable wedding season as a Lead Wedding Coordinator with Cocktails and Details!

This experience has allowed her to uncover her passion for turning dreams into reality and crafting unforgettable moments. Working alongside an inspiring team, she's continuously refined her skills, absorbed invaluable knowledge, and found immense joy in witnessing visions materialise as we transform ordinary spaces into extraordinary events!

With a foundation in customer service and a background in Art and Design from the University of Alberta, she offers a distinctive fusion of creativity and hospitality to every event she handles. Possessing a sharp eye for detail, a heart brimming with creativity, and an unwavering commitment to ensuring every moment is nothing short of spectacular, she's wholeheartedly dedicated to making your wedding day truly exceptional.
