As the title states, we literally could not have pulled this wedding off without Kendra.

I knew I wanted a day-of coordinator right from the very start, but as soon as I spent my entire engagement party worrying about logistics rather than relaxing and enjoying with guests, it was solidified. I had seen Kendra around, being from Kitchener Waterloo as well, had heard good things, and figured I'd book a consult. We chatted and I immediately felt a connection - she was fun, down-to-earth, and our personalities clicked, so I hired her. This was two years before our wedding was scheduled, and I had NO idea at the time how much of a lifesaver she would be.

First of all - if you hire Kendra and you need recommendations for other vendors, just listen to her. Seriously. I needed a florist and had seen work by one that I didn't quite think was our style, but when I reached out to Kendra for recommendations, that's who she said to reach out to. I trusted her, so I did, and she did not steer me wrong. Kendra KNOWS the wedding industry in KW and had we not already had everybody else booked, I would have just said "give me a list of people and I'll book them." I shudder to think of what the wedding could have looked like had we not taken her advice, because it was pure perfection.

Speaking of the way the wedding looked, Kendra also went above and beyond for us, helping source fresh fruit for the tables on the morning of the wedding, making sure that our vision was executed (including one tricky table that needed some place cards reorganized quickly before the guests came in), and taking the literal bins of stuff I had collected, sifting through them, and adding the gems to the tablescapes.

But it's the organization, communication, and logistics that she truly saved us with. I am not the greatest at responding to emails on the best of days, and I also have a fair amount of "time blindness" because of ADHD. Add the stress of my grandfather going to hospice and passing away 3 weeks before the wedding, as well as the unexpected death of a close neighbour and friend only 3 days before my grandfather, and I'm sure you can imagine how much of a disaster I was. Kendra handled ALL of the communication with our vendors in those last few weeks, created our timeline, helped with the seating chart, and basically just took over when I wasn't capable of thinking about the wedding. On wedding day itself, I stopped looking at my phone or at the clock at like... 9am. I didn't have to think about ANYTHING other than the fact that I was marrying (or just married to, depending on the time of day!) the love of my life.

When things were running a little late (as they inevitably do at any wedding), Kendra would handle it, switching around dances and cake cutting to make sure that we kept on schedule, she and her amazing assistant made sure that our cards and gifts were whisked away to a secure location throughout the evening, set out decor and menus, and made sure that things were put into one room for us for the next morning. The relief of being able to only think about our emotions and excitement, rather than the time of day, the schedule, where our vendors were, etc, was priceless.

If you hire ANYBODY for your wedding, let it be Kendra. The investment in your sanity is WELL worth it.

After months of telling myself I didn't need to hire a wedding coordinator, I'm glad I changed my mind! We hired Confetti and Co. for their day-of coordination services, and they did not disappoint. Kendra was available to answer any questions we had, and she helped us outline every detail of our day. Nicole and Katie were with us for our rehearsal dinner and wedding day, and despite some backlash from our VERY opinionated officiant, they were extremely professional and kept things moving. We still can't get over how seamlessly our wedding day went, and if there were any issues, Nicole and Katie dealt with it before we ever found out. I can't thank Kendra and her team enough for making our day so special!

Kendra was absolutely amazing. The day of the wedding the only thing that we had to worry about was ourselves and everything else, Kendra organized . She ensured that we had a stress-free day and we could just focus on our love and our guests. Leading up to the event she was always there to support us and give us advice. She went above and beyond with everything that she did, right down to going to pick up pizza on the day of the wedding because the delivery driver had gotten into a car accident.

I loved working with Kendra and highly, highly recommend her.

We booked Confetti & Co for the Event Management Package for our wedding and it was one of the best things we have ever done. Between guidance on big decisions to leading our vendors through lead up and execution to helping me through the little decisions, I could not have done this without them!

Kendra and Nicole ensured we had the best and most beautiful day (in spite of the rain!). They made us (but most especially me) feel like everything was well taken care of so it was so easy to relax and just enjoy our day.

Having planned 2-3 iterations of our wedding day, we had most of our vendors hired and were looking for a coordinator to help us with month-of coordination so that we could finally just enjoy our last months as fiancees and focus on other pre-wedding events we had planned. Kendra went above and beyond our expectations and joined us in vendor meetings to finalize details and filled in gaps in service between vendors. On the day of, she helped bring our vision to life in the set-up of the venue, helped transport flowers between the getting ready space and the venue, and keeping us on track while also going with the flow of how our guests were feeling. So many people commented on how professional she was and even my skeptical parents who didn't think it was worth it to hire a coordinator commented that it was an excellent decision and they were able to enjoy the day more with her help. If you're thinking about hiring her, just do it!
