  Couldn't have done it without Sara

  Sara was instrumental in our wedding running smoothly and effectively, communicating among our vendors and with our wedding parties to get everyone on the same page, both in the lead-up and day-of. Meeting with her ahead of the wedding, she asked questions I hadn't considered and helped balance everything and cross things off the list, and was prompt and helpful with all kinds of questions. Would definitely recommend!

  I would strongly recommend Sara to many couples out there!!

  I still get butterflies whenever i think of our wedding day. One of the reasons behind it is Sara from create weddings and events. We hired Sara as our full wedding planner. To be honest, I was hesitant to hire a full wedding planner. However, after meeting Sara during the initial consultation, i knew that I could trust her in planning our special day. She’s very easy to talk to, calm and passionate. She made our wedding day organized and stress free. We were able to enjoy every moment of our wedding day and thats because we were confident that Sara had everything under control and she did! I cannot thank Sara enough for all her hardwork and patience with us throughout the entire wedding planning! My family also said many good things about Sara. They witnessed how much Sara and her partner work hard during our wedding day. She truly has the qualities and dedication of an effective wedding planner! Our wedding day was more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. Thank you so much Sara!

Sara was professional, friendly, flexible, and always willing to help answer any questions. She was great with vendors and our guests, we trusted her recommendations, and our day was perfect. Highly recommend her services - she's amazing and we couldn't have done it without her!

  Exceptional

  Sara was so nice and she was on top of everything for us from the time we meet her over the phone to the minute she left at the end of our wedding. She bright her assistant who was also so very helpful during the whole day of our wedding.
  
  We couldn’t be happier with our decision to take up Sara on her services.

  Sara is the literal best

  I honestly feel like our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without Sara. She decreased my stress level exponentially. Sara took care of things before I even had the chance to think of them, and she did way more than I ever would have expected of a day-of coordinator. She was so easy to work with. Seriously, I cannot give this girl enough praise! Sara, thank you so much for everything you did for us

  Great experience

  Working with Sara was great. We had her for day of planning, however it felt like much more. She was very involved, and super relaxed about everything, which in turn put me at ease. I am so happy we went ahead with Sara, she was great!

  Excellent wedding, in large part thanks to Sara

  When we first met Sara she was very relaxed and she always stayed relax, composed and professional throughout our entire wedding day and planning process. As our Day-Of coordinator, Sara was extremely helpful thinking of what will make things easy for guests, asking us questions we wouldn't have thought of on our own, and making executive decisions on things that needed to get done. It allowed us to glide through our day knowing there was someone one step ahead of us the entire time setting things up. Sara made herself available for an entire afternoon to attend our rehearsal and venue walk-through, which showed us how dedicated she was to making sure our vision the day was executed perfectly. Sara's assistant was also very helpful - it's obvious they're a great team together. Thank you for hustling behind the scenes for our sake, Sara!

  I could not have asked for a better day of coordinator!

  Sara was absolutely amazing! She answered any questions I had about anything within hours and was so on top of everything! Thank god I had her to remind me about all the little details that were totally over my head. She is super easy going and personable but also knows how to get stuff done! I would highly recommend Create weddings and events !!

  I was one of those brides who foolishly started planning thinking she could do everything by herself, and if something went wrong during the wedding, it would be okay because the wedding and reception are just formalities and being there is what mattered. Even though I stick by this, by the time only a month remained until the wedding festivities, I realized I couldn't do everything alone and my wedding had too many out-of-towners for me to ask anybody else to help me. And this is where Sara comes in to rescue me.
  
  Because it was so close to the game, I worried that all of the details and things I imagined and planned wouldn't be picked up 100% by Sara simply because she wasn't there from the start of my planning process, but no sir, she impressed me in every way possible.
  
  I decided on the month-of coordination package, where Sara could book up to two vendors for me, and she was on it so quickly and efficiently and kept me in the loop with every major development and communication she'd had without bogging me down with details I didn't want to be involved with (she knew I gave her flowers and decor because those were the two things I cared least about). I initially chose this package because I wanted help with these two vendors and with the million minor details on the day fo the wedding, but what I came to realize was Sara would essentially become my emotional and mental support on the day-of as well.
  
  On the day of the wedding, she was super patient with me even though I was going crazy out of my mind (nearly literally... she definitely saw some moments I'm not proud of) trying to make sure my husband, family, bridesmaids, and groomsmen, all from different countries were keeping up with the schedule and communicating. I feel terrible about her seeing me in that form since I didn't give any signs of insanity beforehand, but she took it with beautiful stride and helped me by taking care of the major stressors. I found out about a couple problems after the wedding, like a guest who no-showed and a guest who showed up after canceling, but I did not hear about these or any other issues-- that's how in control and smooth Sara was. Any little detail I predicted would become an issue or didn't even think about, she was always ahead of, letting things flow flawlessly. My bridesmaids were gushing over how she held the answers to everything, allowing them not to be burdened by the decision whether or not to burden me, which even got them to wonder if she knows where Atlantis is.
  
  As if it wasn't obvious based on the last few paragraphs, I cannot recommend Sara enough. She was detailed and thorough, patient and courteous, and an absolute joy from the day of our first call to the end of the wedding (actually, even after-- she sent my husband and me a happy holidays card a few weeks after the wedding even though we now live in Australia!). I cringe to imagine how my wedding would've played out if I didn't have her.
