Danielle is very organized; based on our meetings and a questionnaire she asked us to fill out, she developed a mood board that included wedding party attire, ceremony and reception details in the the colours and theme that I was most drawn to in Pintrest. I loved that she captured personalized details. Her recommendations included options for where I could purchase or rent supplies and wedding attire. The behind the scenes work she did to find me quotes within my budget were really important to me. It saved me hours of research and I was not disappointed. I also really enjoyed the software she gave us access to, to manage seating assignments and share our timeline with her so that we were on the same page. She is lovely and professional. I can’t say enough positive things about our experience working with Danielle. We hired Danielle as our month-of coordinator for our spring wedding at the Ancaster Mill. Not only was Danielle organized and detail-oriented, but she consistently thought two-steps ahead for our entire wedding day.
I handed Danielle the reins to execute our décor vision to set everything up or both the ceremony and reception spaces and to say the final look was breathtaking would be an understatement. She made perfect judgment calls where she needed to and never let me feel an ounce of stress leading up or the day of.

My partner and I are very particular about who we work with. After interviewing 7 wedding planners, I was so thrilled to connect with Danielle. Danielle had experience at our venue (Spice Factory), had a client portal where I could maintain records and her calm approach are just a few of the things we loved. Immediately after sending our deposit, I started to see her impact on our wedding in such a positive way. It isn’t often in the wedding industry that you begin to feel the value of something as soon you pay. She organized us and was there to answer any questions along the months of planning. After the 6 weeks mark we started working more hand in hand, by the day of, I had no concerns and could enjoy. Our décor was exactly as I imagined, and everything was packed away so nicely at the end of the night. We can’t recommend Danielle enough, especially for weddings in the Hamilton region.
