Owner and lead planner Julia Drachenberg has loved planning events since her childhood. Couples consistently highlight how detailed, throrough and calming meetings are during the planning process, resulting in execllently executed events that allow couples to relax and enjoy their day without stressing over the timeline, decor or details.

Day by Drachenberg won the Canadian Choice Award for Wedding Planning in 2024 and has been voted in the top 10 Wedding Planners in Kelowna in 2022 and 2023.

Our Services

Event Management (you may know it as month of coordination). We'll give you the wedding planning workbook to help keep all your wedding details and expenses on track. We'll meet a few times (and text lots) before your big day, taking over vendor communication, creating timelines for your vendor team and the wedding party, running your rehearsal and setting up, taking down and handling minor emergencies day of. You plan all the big details and select the vendors you love, we'll make it all come together and allow you to actually enjoy the day stress free.

Partial and full planning is for the couples who want a professional hand in the selection of vendors that meet their style and budget needs, freuquent meetings to keep them on track of tasks, and planners to do the heavy lifting of research and selection for their day. You get to enjoy your engagement and show up for the fun details (cake tasting anyone?) while we are basically your personal assistant for all things wedding during the process.
