Owner Amanda specializes in providing full wedding planning services to help couples’ celebrations run as smoothly as possible. She knows that organizing a wedding often involves a significant amount of time and attention to detail. Her goal is to reduce to-be-weds’ wedding-day stress so that they can focus on each other and their love.

- Want some guidance of a planner with connections & industry knowledge
Partial Planning includes day-of coordination along with 10 hours of planning towards design, budgeting, vendor sourcing, venue scouting & more!

Professional, Reliable, & Truly Amazing!
Having Amanda and Sarah as our coordinators for our wedding was a dream. They ensured everything was as I envisioned, and handled any issues with other vendors swiftly and without involving me or my husband. I was extremely relaxed for a bride on her wedding day, and I have to say that was largely in part because I had Day of Diva at the reins.

Couldn't do it without them!
Number one suggestion when planning a wedding: hire a coordinator!!!!
Planning a wedding although a lot of fun can get very stressful as it approaches, especially day of. Because of the help of these ladies I was able to just focus on being a bride and I could relax knowing they had it all under control. My wedding wasn't an easy one, it was large, lots of moving parts and the venue wasn't super easy to work with. The day went PERFECT and I have these ladies to thank!!!

Wedding Day Planner/Decorator
I recently got married and the ONE vendor that people kept suggesting booking was a planner/decorator. It was absolutely one of the best vendors that we did book!! When I contacted Day of Diva, Monica was the one that I was ever so lucky to have dealt with. I was working in the States while planning my wedding, but Monica still made the whole process so easy and stress free. We talked once to go over my vision/design of the wedding and then Monica made our Mood Board for the wedding. She completely understood everything we wanted, and the mood board was perfect. Then she created our Design Reveal, and it was exactly what we wanted! Monica reached out to other vendors and dealt with all of rentals/organization of the entire design/decor. It seriously took so much stress off of our entire wedding planning. To know that you have someone you can trust on your wedding day with the decor, was worth every bit it. When my fiancé and I had our reception room reveal, we were blown away and brought to tears with how perfect the whole room/theme looked. Monica truly brought my vision to life, and I would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone!!

Hardworking, organized, professional
We met with 5-6 different wedding coordinators over Zoom and chose to work with Amanda because she stood out from the rest. She was amazing to work with from start to finish. Wedding planning can be extremely stressful, so it was a huge help having Amanda in our corner. She went above and beyond helping us pick up and drop off our wedding arch rental within a very specific time window and picking up our cake. She also drove all the way to Banff and back for our rehearsal the evening before and still showed up bright and early at 6.45 am for our wedding the next day.
She was extremely organized in managing our vendors, putting together our timeline and sending us spreadsheets so that everything was in one place. We asked a few times if there was anything we could help her with, but she always had everything taken care of.
When we met her the day before for our rehearsal, it felt like we were meeting a friend even though we had never met in person prior to that day. We were able to fully enjoy our wedding day since she and her assistant Daityn took care of all the set up, organization, scheduling, and take down with incredible communication, hard work and attention to detail. We placed a lot of trust in her to set up our ceremony and reception decor with only a brief description of where we wanted things and she was able to bring our vision to life and blow us away. She was always on top of things and everything ran so smoothly that we even ran ahead of schedule - something we certainly didn't expect!
If you want to actually be able to enjoy your wedding day (and the weeks leading up to it), we would highly recommend getting a wedding coordinator and choosing Amanda as your girl. She is incredibly hardworking and professional and so responsive. She exceeded our expectations entirely. Thank you so much - you are the best!

Our amazing wedding coordinator
If you need a wedding coordinator, Amanda is your girl! She is amazing at what she does, she brings passion and skill to the table. I was so impressed with her attention to detail, her communication and overall help with the constant changes to our wedding plans. She's patient, super kind and of course, the nicest person you'll ever meet - the best coordinator you could ask for :) Thanks Amanda! Appreciate all that you did.

Destination Wedding
Our destination wedding in Canmore, Canada was everything we ever dream of. Amanda is a very warm and friendly person and who made you feel very much at ease. She is knowledgeable and organized. More importantly, you can feel her passion for wedding planning and actualizing the couple’s wedding dream. She goes above and beyond for her clients, making sure we got to fully enjoy our wedding day. James and I appreciate her and her team so much.

Amanda is the owner of Day of Diva. She has always had a love for events, ever since she was a little girl. Her love for weddings grew after working as an event coordinator at golf courses in Calgary.
When she's not working she is at the gym, trying a new workout class, cooking in her kitchen or watching the latest scary movie!!
