Our experience with Destawed was absolutely amazing! We initially had a consultation with Amit, who really went above and beyond by having two consultations as my husband couldn’t be a part of the first. Instead of a regular first meet consultation, Amit called and asked what we expected as we were planning a destination wedding a little late for the dates we wanted. He was prepped with detailed outlines for the hotels we were interested in and expedited our booking.

For travel, we were dealing with Rahul. We were assigned someone else at first, but for some reason he was no longer a part of the company and Rahul took over midway. He caught up with the specifics of our wedding and helped us navigate any questions or changes our guests had or needed. And trust me, some guests were not easy. Thank you Rahul!

At this point we were directed to Aiksimar who assigned us our God send of a wedding planner, Aarushi. To say Aarushi made our lives easier is an understatement. She coordinated each and every detail of our wedding to the tee. As a bride, I felt like I had no responsibilities for the events. Aarushi took care of everything! She planned our events, made sure we were keeping up with all of our deadlines for decision making, bookings, payments, managed all our vendors, she took care of the little things, the things you don’t think of yourself. Personally, I need a straw for drinks with ice because of a dental procedure, Aarushi had straws in her pouch just in case I needed one.

During the events, Aarushi was at our beck and call, she handled the meltdowns and kept the happy moments going. She genuinely was happy to see us happy. If you’re lucky enough to have Aarushi plan and execute your events, you’re one lucky bride! And groom.

Our wedding designer, Natalia, was the kindest person. She brought our vision to life. From keeping us on our timeline to going out of her way to meeting us for a site visit and helping us envision the wedding events. We are so appreciative of her efforts and bringing our wedding vision to life.

For any issues we had our one stop shop, Gurjot. He helped us plan our site visit and answered all our questions no matter how mundane. He was there whenever we had any doubts or needed some clarifications.

Ultimately, we owe the entire team of Destawed a big thank you for the wedding of our dreams but some key people are Aarushi, Natalia, Gurjot and Rahul. We are truly thankful!! ❤️

We celebrated our wedding last year in Cancun. We had a fabulous time thanks to Destawed and our amazing wedding planner Aarushi! 😊 as a bride, I felt very calm throughout the week, my planner never made feel stressed at any point. They problem-solved everything and I got to be the bride. It was well-organized and communicated to us what the plan was for each day to us and the guest. Destawed Team was an absolute delight to work with, and helped create a lifetime of memories at our 4-day wedding in Cancun. We contacted them in early December for our wedding in April, so really depended on them to meet our pace and be a single point of contact with certain autonomy in our wedding planning. Their core team and suggested vendors made our milestone special, giving us the space and freedom to enjoy our moment instead of being buried with the details.

Their Sales Director Jag was expedient and friendly who created our first impression of Destawed, and instilled confidence that we could pull of an event like this in just about 4 months!

The account manager Grace was responsive, driven, and professional. She was always available in addressing our needs timely.

Decor Designer Natalia brought creativity and pragmatism in her ideas, which turned the ambience at our events even more elegant than we imagined.

And finally, Aarushi was the closer who brought it all together into a beautiful ensemble of never-to-forget memories. She engaged all our vendors including DJ, Percussionist, Priest, Hotel coordinator, Makeup artist etc and provided preliminary recommendations on any decisions, which relieved us of the burden. She was effective in planning the event over the months leading to it, and set clear expectations and timelines. She along with her assistant Maria efficiently managed the event turnout, kept their calm despite the volume and emotions associated with Indian weddings, and landed the plane successfully. We couldn’t have made it without her support, and smartly covering for any slips during the events! She was friendly and casual, yet mature and meticulous in assuming her responsibilities. And most importantly, she knew how to make things happen and stay on top of things (she magically even found the bride’s jewelry somewhere on the beach!!) knowing when to push a schedule vs. give us space so that we get to have fun at our wedding.

We had our wedding with Destawed and had an amazing experience. Our wedding planner Aarushi was everything we could have asked for, and made our wedding week so special! My family as well as my husbands wouldn’t stop raving about her! She always made sure we had everything we needed and ensured we had no stress or issues both leading up to our wedding as well as during our wedding week. Raman was just an amazing wedding planner! We had a 4 event wedding and Raman made sure everything went to plan. Raman made sure we had several virtual meetings prior with our decorator, photographer videographer, our parents, siblings. She had everyone on point with detailed itineraries, packing lists, the works. On the days of, she was my paid best friend, making sure my hair was good for pics, tucking in clothing, carrying emergency supplies! She made sure our families were never stressed.
