Amazing wedding planning service

From our first interaction and meeting Andrea virtually, my husband and I clicked and knew right away we wanted to hire her for the full wedding planning service. Wedding planning is stressful, but with Andrea’s guidance and organizational skills, she made the planning process stress-free. We knew we were in good hands when she helped us pick our vendors and displayed her vast knowledge and multitude of ideas and experience for décor and timeline. She went above and beyond to make sure our day was super special even during a little mishap that happened during our ceremony, Andrea was quick to find a solution with ease and make sure everything was perfect. She truly cares about her clients and gets to know them on a personal level to make sure to give them the most magical, memorable day of their lives. Andrea reassured us on multiple occasions to trust the process, that everything would be great. She really helped us put our vision to life and made the day and process much easier for everyone involved. We put our faith in the right person and would highly highly recommend Andrea and her team for wedding planning and day of coordinator

DEM - Amazing Service and Personnel

Working with DEM (Andrea) to plan our wedding was a great choice, she is amazing. She is very organized, professional and really gets to know her clientele on a person level. She took care of all our last minute details and confirmations for us, which helped with our stress levels and put us at ease. The day of the wedding, she made sure everything was perfect, kept us on schedule and made sure we were well taken care of. We highly recommend her for any event. We are so grateful for everything she did!

Great Day-Of Coordination Services!

It was important to us that we found vendors who worked at our (very hands-on and highly regulated) venue previously, and also someone who we had good energy with. Andrea checked off all the boxes! What we loved most were our regularly scheduled meetings beginning two months ahead of our big day for her day-of services, and the really detailed package delivered just before the wedding. Being able to review this document with timeline of both major events and behind-the-scenes details gave us peace of mind that all would work just as we had envisioned.

Our day was just as we expected for the most part - the warm weather for a late fall wedding was the icing on the cake!

A wedding coordinator you can count on!

We chose Andrea to be our Wedding Day-of Coordinator and we are so glad we did!

Phenomenal!

For the longest time, I was back and forth on whether or not I should bother getting a day-of coordinator for my wedding day. If there are any brides & grooms out there with the same hesitation, DO IT! I can honestly say it is money well spent. I cannot imagine having planned my wedding without Andy's help! Especially when we had to pivot our plans due to COVID.

She was SO MUCH MORE than a day-of coordinator. She was our advocate, our sounding board and, at times, our therapist. She really understood us and our vision. Her experience, attention to details, and organizational skills are truly phenomenal! I knew at every point that my wedding was in good hands and we were able to really just sit back and really enjoy the day & soak it all in. She was truly an integral part in making our wedding day perfect and I cannot express how grateful we are! We hired a day-of coordinator but gained a friend.

Couldn’t have done it without Andy!

We knew that hiring a day of coordinator was essential for the flow and management of our wedding day and we are extremely grateful for Andy and her team!
She was very professional and definitely a problem solver. She took care of everything on the day of the wedding and she brought my vision to life.
Despite the awful weather, we had a very memorable wedding day and we wouldn’t have been able to handle all the hurdles without her!
We highly recommend DEM and their services!

Amazing day-of-coordindator!

We used Andy and DEM for Day of Coordination services. We were not really sure if we wanted to choose a Day of coordinator, but we are so glad that we decided to have one. Andy and her team did an incredible job! Andy is extremely well organized, and started meeting with us 2 months before to make sure we were on track. We had a heavily DIY wedding and it was really helpful to have someone make sure we didn't miss out on any details. Andy was there from the church to the cocktail to the reception on the day of and she kept us up-to-date with everything going on that day. Her and her team also did a wonderful job decorating our venue on the day of the wedding. She got along super well with the rest of our vendors and kept things flowing extremely smoothly.
Highly highly recommend her services, you will not be sorry!

Working with Andrea throughout the process of planning our wedding was everything and more we could’ve hoped for. She kept us organized the whole way through and had so many creative ways to keep us on track through regular meetings and weekly assignments! Hi! My name is Andrea and I am a professional Event Planner for both Corporate and Private events. With over 18 years of specialized experience as an Event Planner, I bring to life events that are extremely well orchestrated and refreshingly original.

My objective is to ensure that each event is tailored for the occasion and most importantly, the client. I will ensure that your special day will be flawless, and I will take care of all the details and will let you enjoy your event as if you were a guest at your own celebration.

I will offer key advice, fresh themes and crafty decorative ideas within the limit of your budget. Depending on what type of event you are looking to plan, I offer different services to go with your occasion. My knowledge and experience have helped me create a suppliers list that offers quality products at competitive prices.

My professionalism, drive and determination for event planning exemplifies my talent as an Event Planner. I have planned an array of events from cocktail receptions to high-end dinners in New York City, anniversary parties, conferences, book launches, award ceremonies, golf tournaments and red carpet galas. I have also managed a successful program that welcomes international first-year students to university.

My portfolio entails working with some well-known public figures. I have worked with Bravo's Gail Simmons, CBC Dragon's Den, CAUBO, Office of the President for both Concordia & McGill University, just to name a few. I have also had the opportunity to take part in exclusive events such as, McGill University's Leadership Summit in 2009, Honorary Doctorate Ceremony with Former United States President Bill Clinton, Campaign McGill: History in the Making, Honorary Doctorate Breakfast with William Shatner, among other events.

I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in 2002 majoring in Film Studies from the Mel Hoppenheim School of Cinema, Concordia University. My sense of creativity & organizational skills fuels my passion to planning events during my personal time as well as professionally for both Concordia & McGill University since 2002. I am also also an active volunteer for the Canadian Cancer Society.

I am a mother of two and someone who loves to laugh and test the limits when it comes to creativity. I am very passionate about event planning and I look forward to planning your next occasion.
