I highly recommend hiring Diane, she is detail oriented, timely, passionate, professional and polite when dealing with couples needs/wants to be incorporated in planning the big day and embracing my now husband’s inappropriate humour along the way.

We held both in person and phone meetings which were extremely effective as Diane had prepared agendas for discussion. Creating to-do lists and follow ups ensured all vendors/rentals were contacted and secured. She was more than willing to handle any/-all communication for this. This was most valuable closer to the wedding date, where Diane took the reins and we were able to soak in the events and days approaching.

She was able to give proper time lines for all vendors so we did not miss out. Given we are a couple who tends to be indecisive and book things last minute she was persistent on making us do this; we thank her for this and her patience!!

Diane made herself available for any/all appointments with the venue and rentals. It was so nice to have her share the experience with me as well. She has a good eye for colors /themes so her input was appreciated when deciding decor.

Diane and her team executed on the day seamlessly. She was present at the venue early to ensure everything was set up; looking quite beautiful I might add:) If Diane and her team didn’t make this a priority I fear we would have been behind as the venue unfortunately we’re dragging their feet on preparations.

I thought I wouldn’t need as much help planning but in the end I did and it was so much less stressful to have her make this day happen. Her attention to details mimics mine so it was easy to trust her judgement.

Diane was the shining light at the end of the tunnel for me on my wedding day. She was patient, knowledgeable, organized, and completely on the ball every step of the way. I had the unfortunate circumstance of getting married during Covid and in a hurry due to the illness of a close family member so Diane helped me throw things together in an instant while looking like it had been planned for years. She is professional, well connected and a total gem.

Hiring Diane to be our wedding coordinator was the best decision we made. We hired her for month of services and got so much more than we expected. She was available to us before the month of our wedding, was super quick to answer all questions and give incredible vendor recommendations.
She's probably the most organized person I've ever met. Diane had specialized printed itineraries for the day of custom for each person involved in our wedding. She made sure my husband and I had everything we wanted and needed throughout the day. Spoke to our bridesmaids and grooms men in the morning to make sure everything was running smoothly as well! She truly made our wedding day that much more special. She had everything running on time, all problems were dealt with quickly (she ensured my husband and I weren't taken away from the festivities) Our wedding turned out so beautiful and it was an easy an stress less day thanks to Diane. Best money we spent on our wedding!
