Bookings are good for a 72 hour period. Delivery and Assembly service is available as a service add on.

Hands down the best investment for your wedding day!

Down the Aisle was incredible throughout the planning process. As a planner myself, I wanted to ensure the day of the wedding was seamless, with a few planning sessions beforehand. Abbi created a custom package that perfectly suited my needs, and it was worth every penny. The wedding day was flawless, with every beautiful detail meticulously handled, allowing me to relax and enjoy the moment. Abbi and her assistant truly nailed it, and our venue looked stunning – just look at the reception photos! Abbi's inclusion of her décor options made everything so easy, from the table numbers to the seating chart.

Crème de La crème of wedding planners!

I cannot say enough good things about Abbi. She is perfect in every conceivable way. Not only is she extremely professional, detail-oriented, and organized; she is the kindest and most compassionate person. Our wedding would not have gone off without a hitch, like it did, without her! From our initial meeting to every one after that, we felt more at ease and less stressed because she just knows exactly what to be doing and when to be doing it. She made sure every detail, timeline, and vendor was organized and perfect! Plus she kept everyone in line too. She is the best money you will ever spend on your wedding, bar none. Abbi is Amazing!!!

When my wife and I first started our wedding planning, we were having a lot of issues trying to figure out what needed to be done and when. We had gotten to the point we were very over whelmed just thinking, we couldn't even decide on colors, about it and started to worry that we would miss something.
That's when I started looking at wedding planners. I came across Abbi. She was amazing!!! Right from the meet and greet with her. He personality, professionalism, eagerness, and excitement made us feel like we could trust her and she could help us with this wedding. I can honestly say that without the help of Abbi my whole wedding would not have happened. I highly recommend Abbi as a wedding planner, she was fantastic and made the whole planning process easy and enjoyable. She also made the wedding day run extremely smooth. We didn't have a worry in the world on the biggest day of my wife's and I biggest day of our lives because of her.

Down the aisle yyc is incredible!

Abbi was an amazing support throughout the wedding planning process. We went with her signature package which came with design, timeline, decor, and day of coordination which perfectly met our needs. She even helped with putting together florals and picking up printing for the wedding! She has such an eye for event design and decor, so our wedding looked amazing! Abbi was also very communicative in emailing follow up notes, responding to texts, and we could always trust her to follow through. She is super proactive and will get things done before we even think about needing to complete a task. We owe her the success and ease of the wedding and the planning process, as without her, we could not have made it happen. It was amazing to be able to arrive to the event, truly enjoy and immerse ourselves in it, then leave without having to worry about packing or cleaning up. We wholeheartedly recommend Abbi to anyone planning a wedding!

Abbi: The best coordinator you could ask for!!

I don’t think I could summarize in words just how much Abbi did for my husband and I leading up to and on our wedding day. When I booked her, I was looking for someone to help make things run as smooth as possible at our ceremony & reception. And wow, we’re my expectations exceeded. Not only is Abbi the sweetest person and so supportive to the wedding vision, she also comes with a MASSIVE showroom of decor that can be used as part of your coordination booking with her. She has so many options for different aesthetics and using my Pinterest and personal meetings, she brought my wedding dreams to life. She also has a fantastic decorator who came with her the day before for event set up & who was there helping the day of as well. Going through Abbi was beyond worth it, because almost all of the decor I needed was already included through her. Such as, my centrepieces, wedding arch with florals, bud vases, decorative florals, podiums, Charger plates, dessert table decor, etc. The list goes on!! If you are looking for most amazing coordinator for your wedding, you’ve found it in Abbi!! 🤍

Best Day Ever!!

Hiring Abbi as our day-of coordinator was the best decision we made in our entire wedding planning process!! Not only is she one of the nicest humans alive, but she is FANTASTIC at what she does.

The main reason we hired Abbi was for her setup/teardown option. I had a vision of how I wanted our reception to look and she knocked it out of the park. She has a beautiful inventory of decor that was included in our package, which was awesome because it was one less vendor to deal with. When it came to teardown, all we did at the end of the night was… leave. It was that easy!

Abbi met with my husband and I a few times leading up to the wedding. She listened to how we wanted the day to go and gave us a list of things we needed to do to get there. She went above and beyond to make sure our entire wedding party knew exactly what to do and where to stand throughout the day. She also kept everything on time… which I’ve been told is unheard of!!

When people ask me if anything went wrong on the day of our wedding, I can honestly say, “Not a thing. It was the best day of my life”… and we owe it all to Abbi.

Best decision ever!

I hired Abbi early on in the wedding planning stage and am so glad I did. She is hands down the most amazing wedding coordinator out there! She is highly experienced and professional plus one of the nicest people you could ever meet! She helped me so much in the planning stages and was so helpful and responsive to any questions I had. She and her team made our day go seamlessly and she executed everything perfectly. The reception and ceremony spaces were set up to perfection and all our guests commented on how beautiful everything looked. This was the best money spent on our wedding and I would highly recommend hiring Abbi for your wedding, you will not be disappointed! I couldn't have imagined not hiring a coordinator, it took so much of the stress and pressure off so we could enjoy our day.

Outstanding!!

Abbi was beyond amazing. She was organized and on top of everything from the time we booked with her. Day of we ran a bit late and she made sure everything ran smoothly regardless. As the end of the night approached, her and her team made sure decorations were cleaned up so we had nothing to worry about. I couldn’t have done it without her!! Thank you Abbi!

Highly Recommend!

We had an amazing experience working with Abbi of Down the Aisle YYC. We used her as our Day of Coordinator, but she went way above and beyond for the year leading up to our wedding as well! On the wedding day, Kathleen and Abbi set up everything beautifully and made sure that we were able to enjoy our day. Our family is still raving about how impressed they were and how much they also enjoyed being able to sit back and enjoy the day because of all of Abbi and Kathleen's hard work.

Hi! My name is Abbi and it is truly a pleasure to meet you!

A bit about me. I have been event planning for a better part of a decade both on the corporate scene and privately within my own circles. This past year was a big one for me as I finally got up the courage to take my work to the next level and after months of planning & endless vision sessions, officially launched Down the Aisle YYC here in Calgary, AB.

I grew up in the hospitality industry working nearly every position from server, to bartender, to trainer to lounge manager and then one day an incredible opportunity came my way that I just had to go for. One of my regulars offered me a position as their Director of Culture & Community for a private charter airline & helicopter group, and that was that, I ran away with the airlines.

Ever since joining their ranks I have been busy planning all sorts of dynamic and interesting events - charity galas, award ceremonies, corporate retreats, fleet unveilings plus of course a handful of executive charters & client appreciation events on our corporate jets. It has been an incredible experience and there really is nothing like the smell of jet fuel in the morning but as we all know, this game of life is about living and growing and experiencing new journeys...and so Down the Aisle YYC was born and here I am now chatting with you.

On a personal side, I have 3 Big Loves. The Husband. The Hounds and The Travel + A passion for Work, Life, Love and everything in between. I have backpacked through 34 countries, sleeping in caves with Bedouins, cage diving with great whites, hiking the top of the world and have eaten a lot of weird stuff along the way. My next big adventure is Down the Aisle YYC and exploring unique, creative and above all effective ways to ensure you enjoy each and every moment of your Wedding Day.

So that is a bit about me. I can't wait to learn more about you.

PS. My Patronus is a Wolf and my Disney Princess is definitely Belle.
