As an out-of-town couple, it was important to have someone we could trust to help keep things on track during the process. Sydney was very responsive and provided more value than we could have imagined. She is so plugged into the industry and gave amazing recommendations for vendors, as well as insider info that saved us so much time and money. Cayenne was highly organized, energetic, and grounded in all her communications with us. Although we planned our own wedding, Cayenne was available to us for any questions we had, particularly on how to deal with unexpected details of the wedding planning process. She gave SUPER helpful insight (e.g. rental numbers), advice (e.g. planning out day of timeline) and recommendations (e.g. extensive list of potential vendors). We had some unexpected hiccups with our floral vendor on our wedding day and Cayenne dealt with it wonderfully (THANK YOU!). We are so grateful that DreamGroup assigned Cayenne to us and would happily recommend her to future couples with any wedding planning needs!

Sydney at DreamGroup was so fantastic, we would hire her again in a heartbeat. We interviewed multiple companies and knew from the beginning DreamGroup was the right fit. They knew our venue well and understood our vision. Sydney was very responsive and willing to provide input and ideas without overstepping. Oh boy, where to start?...I get emotional remembering how stressed out I was wedding planning before we decided to have a planner to help us out. As soon as we met Cayenne on our first zoom meeting I knew we were in good hands and I knew everything was going to be okay. Cayenne went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable sharing our ideas and giving us direction on what steps to do next. She is so patient, professional and can she be any kinder? She has the biggest heart and it is always so ready to help in anyway.
She is so quick to reply to emails, and sending reminders to the "to do lists".
My husband and I already have two small kids together and sometimes our zoom meetings would get a little louder or interrupted. Cayenne was always very patient and understanding of the situation. Always so kind to our kids too, she is the best!!
Planning a wedding is of course always stressfull but I always felt so confident about the whole process because Cayenne is so organized and we were always "on track". The timeline she created was so organized and complete. I was able to add comments to it and that also made our communication so much easier.
On the wedding day Cayenne was more than wonderful. She was just WOW!! So hands on, literally helping set up, driving us around in the golf cart (that was so FUN), helping with the photos, helping clean my dress after a spill, and of course making sure everything was going smooth as planned.
She was always calm and confident, always reminding me "it is okay, everything is good".
Our wedding was PERFECT, the way I always imagined it would be. The decor was set up just the way I wanted. I remeber taking a moment to admire the decorations and details, and looked at her to thank her, I was just so amazed and she said, "that was all you". SO SWEET!! It wouldn't have come to life without her.
I still have family members and friends come to me and say how they were very impressed with her work. Always cheking on everyone, always so caring and helpful.
She does really care about making your dream wedding come to life and you can tell she loves doing her job, and she does it with her full heart!!

We hired Alexa as our day of coordinator and it truly was the best decision ever! She is amazing, calming and full of resources. She was such a great help in creating a timeline, connecting with the vendors in the weeks leading up to the wedding and always helping me whenever I had questions. Wedding planning was a bit of an anxious time and Alexa helped ease the anxiety. On the day of the wedding, I was extremely calm and zen, because I knew Alexa had our back and was there to make sure everything ran smoothly. Our wedding was the best weekend of our lives and we know that we fully owe it to Cayenne. We chose the Wedding Day Essentials package and could not have been more happy with the experience! Cayenne is extremely easy to work with and responsive. My husband and I encountered a couple of speed bumps in our wedding planning process and she was there with us every step of the way. She has so much knowledge of the wedding industry in Vancouver which was especially helpful since we are from the states. My only regret is that we didn’t hire her sooner. Even so, she was able to save us $2500 by the time we began narrowing down our wedding day timeline. Day of the wedding, Cayenne was always focused, professional, and cool/calm/collected. As the bride, I felt so at ease knowing she had everything handled. My bridesmaids even commented on how on top of everything Cayenne was, and all of our vendors raved about working with her. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming and there are a lot of vendor options out there, but please let me make it easy for you - work with DreamGroup, especially if Cayenne is available for your date.

We had the most magical and perfect wedding day in Vancouver, and it could not have been possible without Cayenne’s help - especially because we live in Hong Kong so everything had to be planned from abroad. From the very first intro call, Cayenne was professional, organised, and a great communicator. She made us feel at ease about the process and recommended many vendors for us to speak to. Any question big or small Cayenne was always available by email which was exactly what we needed given the 16hour timezone difference. Her timely check ins with us helped us stay on track and accountable with plans, and made the whole thing feel manageable. From the rehearsal to our big day, Cayenne took over and enabled us to truly enjoy our wedding with our loved ones. Cayenne even somehow managed to make it a perfectly rainless cloudy warm spring day! It was freezing everyday leading up to our wedding and then it poured rain the day after our wedding - she definitely has some magical powers. Given the rain forecast, we had to switch up the getting ready and portraits location at the last minute and Cayenne was super flexible, supportive and calm and made it work for us. I learned about DreamGroup from a friend who also used them for her wedding. One of the biggest worry I had for the wedding was "Who's gonna take care of end of the night when my husband and I are all partied out and exhausted?!" DreamGroup to the rescue!

Alexa went above and beyond for us. We got the Wedding Day Essentials package (we planned everything and she executed our vision, coordinated the day, helped packed out personal items at the end of the night, coordinated with all our vendors, CREATED AND EXECUTED THE TIMELINE, which was a huuuge thing off my plate because I have no idea how to coordinate time for a wedding!) I can’t even begin to express my gratefulness to Cayenne and her team at DreamGroup. She was absolutely incredible from the first meeting until the end of the wedding day. Every question or concern I had was answered throughout the planning process and on the wedding day she ensured it ran so incredibly smoothly. If there were any hiccups I had no clue about them.
