Working with Sydney Power for our September 2024 wedding was truly a perfect experience. From our first consultation meeting, we knew she would be the perfect person to bring our vision to life. As an out-of-town couple, it was important to have someone we could trust to help keep things on track during the process. Sydney was very responsive and provided more value than we could have imagined. She is so plugged into the industry and gave amazing recommendations for vendors, as well as insider info that saved us so much time and money. The best money we ever spent was hiring Sydney for our wedding planning process.

We booked the Wedding Day Essentials package with DreamGroup and were connected with the wonderful planner, Cayenne!
Cayenne was highly organized, energetic, and grounded in all her communications with us. Although we planned our own wedding, Cayenne was available to us for any questions we had, particularly on how to deal with unexpected details of the wedding planning process. She gave SUPER helpful insight (e.g. rental numbers), advice (e.g. planning out day of timeline) and recommendations (e.g. extensive list of potential vendors). We had some unexpected hiccups with our floral vendor on our wedding day and Cayenne dealt with it wonderfully (THANK YOU!). Cayenne from Dream Group was an amazing wedding coordinator, and we are so glad we worked with her! We chose the "wedding day essentials" package, and from the very beginning, she was incredibly detail-oriented and full of helpful tips and suggestions. Anytime we overlooked something, Cayenne would send us a gentle reminder, ensuring that nothing was missed. She was always available for questions and provided a second opinion when we needed guidance. Her vendor suggestions were spot on—we used many of them and were thrilled with how everything turned out.

Sydney at DreamGroup was so fantastic, we would hire her again in a heartbeat. We interviewed multiple companies and knew from the beginning DreamGroup was the right fit. They knew our venue well and understood our vision. Sydney was very responsive and willing to provide input and ideas without overstepping. Her day of service made the entire event such a breeze and took off any responsibility we might have had so that we could thoroughly enjoy the day. Any hiccups were either managed without us knowing, or Sydney would provide two options with her opinion and all we have to do was simply choose. Oh boy, where to start?...I get emotional remembering how stressed out I was wedding planning before we decided to have a planner to help us out. As soon as we met Cayenne on our first zoom meeting I knew we were in good hands and I knew everything was going to be okay. Cayenne went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable sharing our ideas and giving us direction on what steps to do next. She is so patient, professional and can she be any kinder? She has the biggest heart and it is always so ready to help in anyway.
She is so quick to reply to emails, and sending reminders to the "to do lists".

We hired Alexa as our day of coordinator and it truly was the best decision ever! She is amazing, calming and full of resources. She was such a great help in creating a timeline, connecting with the vendors in the weeks leading up to the wedding and always helping me whenever I had questions. Wedding planning was a bit of an anxious time and Alexa helped ease the anxiety. On the day of the wedding, I was extremely calm and zen, because I knew Alexa had our back and was there to make sure everything ran smoothly. The peace of mind she brought me is indescribable and I will forever be thankful we had her by our side on our big day. Alexa, THANK YOU SO MUCH! MERCI!!! Our wedding was the best weekend of our lives and we know that we fully owe it to Cayenne. We chose the Wedding Day Essentials package and could not have been more happy with the experience! Cayenne is extremely easy to work with and responsive. My husband and I encountered a couple of speed bumps in our wedding planning process and she was there with us every step of the way. She has so much knowledge of the wedding industry in Vancouver which was especially helpful since we are from the states. My only regret is that we didn’t hire her sooner. Wedding dream come true!
Cayenne was our coordinator for our wedding, and she is absolutely incredible.
Throughout the planning process, Cayenne would always reply in a timely manner to any questions or concerns we had. The whole planning process can feel overwhelming, but after every meeting we had, she always made us feel so confident and excited for our wedding day.
She is very organized and thorough when reviewing any small details we had for the wedding, and I was completely stress free on my wedding day. If there were any issues the day of, I had no idea until afterward. We had the most magical and perfect wedding day in Vancouver, and it could not have been possible without Cayenne’s help - especially because we live in Hong Kong so everything had to be planned from abroad. From the very first intro call, Cayenne was professional, organised, and a great communicator. She made us feel at ease about the process and recommended many vendors for us to speak to. Any question big or small Cayenne was always available by email which was exactly what we needed given the 16hour timezone difference.
