We asked for help from Caroline about one or two months before our wedding. We thought we could manage the wedding without a planner, but we soon realized we couldn’t make decisions! Once Caroline jumped into our plan, she made everything so quick and easy. I just had some ideas, and she helped me a lot in finalizing details and bringing ideas to life. Wedding coordinator
Caroline was super helpful in coordinating the plan for our wedding. We opted for the month before package and are so glad we did! We thought we had everything organized, but after a couple meetings we realized there were a few things we missed that only a professional would know to look out for. She provided perfect direction to allow the day to run seamlessly! She is very well organized, detail oriented, and the setup was flawless!

I had the pleasure of working with Caroline at the Shangri-La Toronto last week, where she was the wedding planner, and I am compelled to share my outstanding experience.
Caroline's expertise and dedication truly shone throughout the entire process. From the first time we met to the final moments of the event, she exhibited an unparalleled level of professionalism and attention to detail. Her meticulous planning and organizational skills ensured that every aspect of the wedding ran seamlessly, leaving the wedding couple free to savour every precious moment.
Caroline's ability to handle any unexpected challenges with grace and efficiency was truly impressive. Her calm demeanor and quick problem-solving skills made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. It was evident that she was not only passionate about her role but also genuinely cared about making our special day as perfect as possible.

My husband and I hired Caroline at En Pointe Weddings & Events as our month-of-coordinator for our July 2023 wedding. Caroline was very nice, organized, knowledgeable, professional, and dependable. We met with Caroline once a week in the month leading up to the wedding to discuss any questions or concerns that I had which was great. Caroline and her Assistant Yana were amazing from start to finish on our wedding day, I ended up feeling very woozy from the craziness of the day and they restructured the order of events to keep me at my best. As an example of how amazing Caroline is: I hired a DJ for our wedding and the day before our wedding the DJ had to go to hospital and would not be able work our wedding (I was unaware of this). Caroline handled this crisis and organized a new DJ, gave them all of our information on games and music we wanted played and let me know on the day of once it was already handled. Overall, I would recommended Caroline and En Pointe Wedding & Events to anyone. Plus, they offer different packages to meet your budget and needs! -

Best decision we made! A true Life saver
In short, I cannot begin to describe my gratitude towards Caroline from ‘En Pointe Weddings & Events.’ You can see from the photos I’ve shared that we were VERY happy with our ‘first look’ of the reception room, and how she seamlessly brought our vision to life. She is one of the most professional, patient, kind, generous, caring, hardworking, creative, organized and meticulous people I have ever worked with. -And that is coming from my husband and I, who are ‘type A,’ in that we care about the little beautiful details and our guests’ experience. She helped us plan and flawlessly execute our wedding in a short period of time. Our guests, along my husband and I, are still in awe at how beautiful and organized our wedding was. To summarize, I HIGHLY recommend EnPointe Wedding services to any bride or groom!
Long story: When we met Caroline, we had only been engaged for about 1.5 months. My husband and I had already booked a venue in 6 months time. I knew it was a very short wedding planning timeline, so I needed a wedding planner asap. I went through the trouble of informally interviewing about 5 wedding planners, from dozens that I had checked out online. Caroline stood out as the best, not just because of her experience and training, but also because of her nature. I can’t find a simpler way of putting it, but she really is a good human being. She made our first interaction more than a business deal, by genuinely caring to ask about our story and how my husband and I met.
She got to work right away and was generous with her time. We communicated very often for 6 months, including zoom meetings, emails, and venue visits. She also made our wedding vision come to life by:
-creating a gorgeous vision board;
-sourcing multiple vendor and decoration options for us to consider;
-pivoting quickly as needed by providing new creative options for us when our needs or budget changed for specific line items;
-providing wise recommendations when I was indecisive while still keeping our best interest in mind in terms of budget, value, and theme;
-and also elevating our decor by suggesting thoughtful vintage pieces that fit our wedding theme.
I also respect that Caroline protected us from a difficult situation during the weeks leading up to our wedding. There was one particular vendor who was acting unprofessionally. Caroline managed the situation so that my husband and I could keep our peace and stay on track. Caroline let us know what was going on at an appropriate time and defended our interests.
On the day of the wedding she also acted as our wedding coordinator, alongside her assistant -who is also lovely to work with. They were with us for every step of the wedding day, from getting ready at the hotel till when she loaded our parents’ cars with take home decorations -which was long after my husband and I had left the venue! She helped us navigate and overcome every unexpected situation on the wedding day, like a short rain shower before our outdoor ceremony (which wasn’t forecasted) and the wind blowing my veil out of my hair before our “first look.” Caroline is the type of wedding planner to supervise all the vendors, securely pin your veil on for you, keep an eye on the people giving speeches so that they are on the ball, and literally run across the venue if she wants to get something done urgently. My family was astounded by the quality and professionalism of Caroline on our wedding day, so much so that we hope to stay in touch for future wedding planning needs in our family.
