We would absolutely recommend Faye and Ashley to anyone who wants someone who cares about how you feel for the day of their wedding. We hired Faye as our month of coordinator for our Canmore wedding and were so impressed. She answered our questions throughout the year and was so attentive in the weeks leading up to the wedding, we genuinely couldn’t have pulled it off without them! It ended up pouring rain all day, but Faye and Ashley shifted things around and made sure everything was prepared regardless of the weather. We had an idea and decorations for the reception and had given everything to Faye and Ashley. When we walked into the reception space they had captured our vision and made it better! We opted to get them to come back and clean up so we didn’t have to worry and would highly recommend this, nothing better than being able to party the night away and not worry about the venue and having them deliver everything right to our hotel room the next day was the cherry on top!

Having these two help us throughout the day allowed us to spend time with our friends and families without having to worry about a thing. Both of our families and several people from the bridal party commented on how lovely they were to deal with throughout the day! Honestly, so glad we chose Faye and Ashley!!

Faye and her lovely team were exceptional and went above and beyond on my wedding day. I hired Faye for "A Month of Coordination" and was very impressed with her abilities to guide me through the final weeks of planning and coordination for my wedding in Banff. I live in Texas and Faye made me feel calm and at ease. She was always available by phone or email and would get back to you quickly. I really appreciated her organization and prompt attention to details.
I met Faye and her team the night before my wedding at our rehearsal ceremony and knew right away Faye would do a great job. She was on the ball from the moment I met her and knew everything would be amazing on our big day!
On the wedding day, Faye helped vendors set up decor and ensured everything arrived on time. She also tended to guests and their needs. Our ceremony was perfect and everything was how I had imagined it would be. Nothing was out of place.
My sister had fallen ill and Faye and her team tended to my sister after the ceremony, providing her with medication and water to keep her hydrated. This meant a lot to me because my mind was on my wedding.
Our reception was decorated exactly the way I wanted it to be and I believe Faye really understood what I was looking for and wanted. She did a great job coordinating with the venue and the rest of the evening went as planned, it was perfect! I was very happy with her service and attention. Faye helped make our wedding day perfect! She was so much more than just a "day of" coordinator and worked with us long before our wedding day. Faye was so lovely to work with! She was accommodating with our schedule and budget, was very organized, personable, and helped take off so much of the stress that wedding planning ensues for any soon to be bride. I honestly do not know how I would have survived my wedding day without them. It was so useful to have someone there to make sure everything was going as planned. Even though I only got the "Day of" planning there was a lot of pre-wedding help with things like Itinerary and confirmation of vendors.

Faye was so helpful throughout the entire process with me. She helped me settle on colours and textures for my table linens and showed me multiple options so I was sure of what I wanted. Faye has a variety of wedding planning packages to suit your needs, and we found her services invaluable. From when we booked her, she was able to provide recommended vendors, review vendor contracts and answer the millions of questions we had with expertise. Faye always did her very best to make things work for us and went above and beyond in helping us figure out certain decor elements. Finally, having Faye with us on the day-of our wedding was a huge relief, as we were able to just enjoy the day while she took care of all the other details, set-up and take-down. Highly recommend at least her day-of services!

Faye's decor rentals were also very nice and she was able to arrange things to look just as we had envisioned. Faye also was able to come to Banff for our wedding and rehearsal for a relatively small fee that was well worth it. The value Faye provided in her services and rentals was unmatched. Faye and her team helped co-ordinate and setup our wedding at the Calgary Zoo. The staff at the zoo had nothing but great things to say about her, and they were definitely right.
Everything was seamless. She is organized, responds quickly to emails and she charges a very fair price.
They went above and beyond; even dropping off items that we had left at the zoo the following morning.
Faye made me feel at ease on the day. She got myself, the groom and wedding party drinks when we arrived back at the reception, and Crystal (Faye's assistant) drove back to the hotel because I forgot my garter.
I would highly recommend Faye to friends and family. She did a great job. Initially I was hesitant about hiring a wedding planner, but in the end it was one of the most worthwhile decisions I made for the day. Really took the stress off.

We hired Faye to help us with day-of coordination. We ended up having to change our ceremony venue last minute due to the weather, which resulted in extra work for Faye and Crystal. However, they were very accommodating, flexible and happy to help, and thanks to them everything turned out perfectly. Faye and Crystal took care of absolutely everything on the day of our wedding, and thanks to them my husband and I, as well as our friends and family, were able to relax and enjoy every moment of our big day.
Through the entire process, we felt we could trust Faye 100%, and she delivered on all of our expectations and so much more. This was by far the best money we'd spent throughout the wedding process and I highly recommend Epic Events & Weddings to everyone.
