  Outstanding Wedding Planner!

  We had the pleasure of working with Mandy, who was exceptional, full of energy and charisma. During the course of the wedding planning, we initially had a feeling that something was missing as part of the whole process. In order to be better acquainted with having everything in check, we looked to Mandy for guidance and she has been a real pleasure to work with from start to finish. Not only was she professional in holding us accountable in reviewing notes and staying on top of tasks, she was also very personable in sharing some of her own experiences and provided feedback for setting a clearer vision for our wedding. Mandy, we humbly thank you for your help and are very happy with how everything turned out. If you’re looking for a planner, look no further as we strongly recommend her. Cheers!

  Review for Mandy, Our Exceptional Wedding Planner

  Choosing Mandy as our wedding planner was, without a doubt, the best decision we made for Wedding. Upgrading to the Partial Planner option from the Month-of-Coordinator option was a game-changer, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.
  
  Mandy served as our primary point of contact for all vendors. She and effortlessly kept everything and everyone organized and on track. Her exceptional attention to detail was evident in every aspect of our wedding. She meticulously considered the logistics involved, from coordinating multiple venues and managing diverse guest needs to addressing weather considerations and bringing our overall vision to life.
  
  One of the highlights of working with Mandy was her impressive network of vendors. Each vendor she recommended mirrored her own high standards of quality, craftsmanship, and service.
  
  We wanted to honour our Chinese heritage by hosting our reception at a Chinese restaurant. Her fluency in the language and negotiation skills with the restaurant manager were an enormous advantage and made coordination with the venue seamless and stress-free.
  
  Throughout our planning, Mandy was easy to reach and incredibly responsive. Her guidance and support were especially appreciated when navigating unexpected challenges. Mandy has an exceptional ability to remain calm, composed, and tackle issues head on. Her professionalism and years of experience was clearly evident as she expertly managed the many moving parts and a few unexpected surprises. Having Mandy as our planner allowed us to enjoy our wedding day completely worry and stress free knowing that Mandy would be able to handle the execution of our day flawlessly.

  Excellent Service Highly Recommend!!

  We hired Mandy for her month of services before the wedding. She was amazing to work with and super responsive. She is organized and experienced. On the day of the wedding she took so much off our plates and allowed us to enjoy our big day. I highly recommend Mandy!!!

  Wedding Planner Extraordinaire!!

  After interviewing Mandy, we knew she was the perfect fit because of her collected and easygoing demeanour. Mandy is knowledgable and has years of experience in event/wedding planning. We customized our package so Mandy took over coordination and emails at the 2 month mark. Mandy was exceptionally responsive to all of our questions and requests. With her experience, she was able to give us different suggestions that would work best based on so many factors. Leading up to the big day, we had a family emergency and Mandy was so caring and supportive. On our wedding day, the event ran so seamlessly from start to finish! All our guests complimented us on how well organized the event was, and that wouldn't have happened without the dedication of Mandy and her team. We also noticed that Mandy has great relations with fellow vendors and was super proactive with troubleshooting throughout the day. I am definitely recommending Mandy to all my friends for any event planning needs, and I hope to work with her again!

Mandy stepped in and handled everything seamlessly. She took charge of emails, kept me informed of deadlines, and gave gentle reminders when needed, which made a world of difference.
  
  Her organizational skills and attention to detail ensured that nothing slipped through the cracks. Thanks to Mandy, our wedding day was stress-free and enjoyable.   Professional and Friendly

  I had the pleasure of witnessing Mandy in action previously at my buddy's wedding, and I knew right away that she would be the wedding coordinator I'd choose if I ever got married. Her professionalism and down-to-earth attitude made communication and planning an absolute breeze.
  
  Mandy is also extremely detailed and she always made sure that my bride and I would have time to do the things that are important to us on our big day.

  Best choice I ever made.

  Mandy and her team were fantastic. When I started planning my wedding I had all these ideas but I didn't know how to execute. Mandy and her team executed our wedding and made the vision in my head a reality. I was worried in the beginning with a full time job and a hectic schedule, how was I going to make this event a reality. Mandy had regular touch points with us and made sure to help keep me on the right path ensuring I had all my vendors and that I fully thought about things we wanted for our big day. When I finally started to stress I realized it wasn't necessary cause Mandy and her team were on it and I could relax and know that our big day was gonna go off without any road blocks.

Mandy has helped so much leading up to our Wedding and on the big day she kept all over us on track and helped keep everyone calm, cool and collected 😌 She's very efficient and professional and I highly recommend her to anyone that needs help with their special day. We hired her for the 3 months package and I'm so glad we did because she helped us every step of the way and also reminded us of things we may have missed or forgotten about. When the Big Day came it was a magical, smooth and fun-filled day and I owe it all to Mandy's organization and planning skills with the timeline and vendors and everyone! She's a star! Thanks so much again Mandy!! :)
