Hire her!!
For 1 year, Elena dedicated her time and efforts to making our perfect day a reality. We were so picky about so many things and as obstacles arose, she would pivot and make our dream a reality. She relentless sent out vendor emails, got us quotes, set up meetings, until we had curated the perfect vendors to help us bring our vision to life.
She went out of her way to pick up/drop off vendor products, scope out the ceremony space, and make sure things were ready in the venue. We unfortunately encountered some hiccups with some vendors and the reception space quite close to the wedding day, and Elena advocated for our rights as clients and resolved the issues without delay.
Leading into the wedding, she diligently confirmed every vendors role and responsibility, had multiple meetings with me to address my concerns, and had the day planned out to the second. On the day of, everything went seamlessly. My husband and I were well taken care of and prioritized. She was punctual, made sure the schedule was adhered to and we can honestly say we were completely unaware of anything other than the insane amount of love we were surrounded by.
Outside of the planning, Elena brought our vision to life better than we could have imagined. The ceremony and reception spaces were impeccably done. As a very detail oriented person, it speaks volumes for me to say that she literally didn't miss a thing.
A huge thank you to Elena and her lovely assistants for making our wedding day incredible. You will not find someone more dedicated (or better priced). Couldn't have asked for more
We hired Elena as our month of coordinator and she went above and beyond.
From troubleshooting issues that arose with our venue the month of to guiding the day to go perfectly smooth.
We had open lines of communication throughout the entire process and truly I don't know how we would have managed without her. Because of Elena, throughout the wedding day my husband and I were able to focus 100% on each other, family, friends, and just enjoying and savoring every moment. Elena was in the background carefully orchestrating everything to flow in the most perfect way.
If you are unsure of booking Elena as your wedding planner or not please take it from me. As a type A individual thinking oh yeah I can totally do this myself. Hiring Elena was the best decision because I was able to be present, not having to think about any detail or logistics on the day of.

An anniversary party beyond our expectations!
My wife and I hired Elena to plan our anniversary party.
From the moment we had our first meeting with her, we felt she was knowledgeable, confident in what she does, and passionate. Throughout the entire process, she was always quick to respond, offered suggestions that would help us maximize the budget and was so pleasant to work with.
On the day of the event, she made sure everything was perfect to the last detail and even our guests and family all had great things to say about her as they all saw that she was making sure no detail was missed and that everything was on time which was very important to us. This event to us was not just an anniversary party it was a moment to redo our wedding day all these years later in a special way and she truly understood what we wanted and it was a dream come true.

When my husband and I got engaged I knew I needed someone to help me plan our event that was organized, professional and understood my vision. I met with several planners but felt an instant connection with Elena. We went with the full planning package and I could not be happier. Extremely disappointed with Events By Elena.
Extremely disappointed with Elena and her assistant coordinators.
My wife and I had decided to use them for month of coordination. We barely heard from Elena until two weeks before the wedding, and luckily my wife had planned every detail.
Firstly, her assistant, Glenda, saw my wife’s dress getting caught and threads coming apart and was just standing there staring while our content creator had to come and take care of it. This is not a content creators job.
My wife had spent countless hours creating detailed books and folders that went over every detail leaving no room for error - yet the coordination was sloppy. During the ceremony, Elena and her team were unorganized and hadn’t reviewed the updated groupings of who was walking down the aisle. Should we not have known every last detail, it would have been incorrect. The assistant coordinators allowed guests to be seated during the ceremony whilst the parents of the bride were walking out. The Groom was sent down the aisle 30 seconds before his cue to enter the aisle and had to wait in the rain once he realized the music and timing was off for his entrance.
During the reception there was a lack of presence in the room and notifying the MC when he should go up to introduce the speeches. Good thing we knew every last detail to our wedding plan and were able to coordinate this ourself.
Overall, the coordination was sloppy. Hopefully, Elena and her team will take these things into consideration and be more attentive to the details.Extremely disappointed with Elena and her assistant coordinators.

Thank you Dekel for bringing these points to my attention. I am very sorry you have felt we did not meet expectations on the day of your wedding.
The two week meeting you are referring too is the virtual meeting your wife had you join two weeks before the wedding to finalize details however prior to you joining this meeting I had many email, phone and text exchanges with your wife as she was the main point of contact. For this package I am contracted to start working with couples two months prior to your wedding day. I have an email from May 2 , 2023 at 9:40pm which is exactly two months to the day to your wedding day which took place July 2, 2023. From that time forward I had many email exchanges, phone calls and meetings with your wife. I even responded to her email the night before her wedding as well. I am sorry you were misinformed and not included in the email threads but if you view your wife’s emails you will view all the emails we have exchanged.
I investigated your claim referring to my assistant. There are individuals who were present that day other than my staff who witnessed Glenda getting scissors from her kit and assisting your wife with the threads on her dress as instructed.
Concerning your point regarding ceremony entrance organization. I have stated to your wife to add the names and order she would like into the shared wedding day timeline. She was reminded on several occasions to approve the timeline. She approved the timeline and to my surprise the order she listed was incorrect on the day of the wedding. I quickly asked the bride what the correct order is as she did not provide me that and I immediately lined everyone as instructed and ceremony started on time.
The person queuing everyone walking the aisle was part of your band and DJ team. They stated they would queue everyone as they knew the song selections best. The person on the band team stopped you mid way as you were walking down the aisle due to a reason unbeknown to me. As per my contract I am not responsible for the behavior or wrong doing of your selected vendor actions.
During reception I had spoke to you, the bride and the MC (your brother) that their serving the first course and I would be back to your table when room captain lets me know when first course is done being served so I can queue MC for speeches. I was very much present in the room and stood outside the reception doors with the room captain at that time to let me know when first course is done being served. To my surprise the MC did not wait for my queue and announced speeches as the venue was still serving the last couple tables at the back of the room. I proceeded then to come back to your table to explain that I will wait for second course to finish being served to queue MC so no further confusion takes place the second time around. I told you and your wife that evening that everything was ten minutes ahead of schedule as per the timeline and that everything was going well and as planned.
Overall we completed our contractual agreement as per the terms the bride agreed too. Everything on your wedding day was executed seamlessly, on time as per timeline and professionally.
We even went above and beyond to set up items for your wife that were outside of the contractual responsibilities as these were decor items that we do not set up but did so in a gesture of kindness and good faith to elevate her stress leading up to the wedding day.
I sincerely wish you and your wife nothing but love and happiness going forward. -

Elena did an amazing job managing the day of my daughter's wedding. She is extremely organized and efficient and ensured that everything went as planned. Was also very impressed with her attention to detail. The day was perfect Elena and the rain waited until after the outdoor ceremony and photos.
