After my wedding, I spent a lot of time telling anyone who would listen about the incredible Events Your Way team. When I was initially looking to book a planner for my wedding, I asked my core group of seven girlfriends about their experiences. Every single one of them replied, "It was the worst decision we made; we don’t recommend the planners we used." That was until one of my friends reached out and urged me to go with Events Your Way, saying they were the main reason everything went smoothly on her wedding day.
I contacted Faye and immediately felt at ease. Her professionalism, care, and attention to detail were evident from the very beginning. She is a true professional in the industry. As someone who tends to be Type A, I had been warned that things might go wrong on my wedding day and to just let things go. I thought managing that would be a challenge, but I hoped to go with the flow. Thankfully, that never crossed my mind, because Faye and her husband were there to handle everything.
Coordinating with everyone, managing speeches, welcoming my family, and setting everything up—her team was instrumental in this. We did have an event manager for our venue, but I highly recommend not relying solely on them. They typically oversee the event space from a distance. Faye and her team, on the other hand, handle all the little details that occupy a bride's mind throughout the year of planning. She truly aligns with the bride’s vision and brings it to life.
Our wedding turned out to be the best day of our lives, filled with wonderful energy and vibes throughout the day. My husband and I put our phones away at 8 a.m. and didn't check them again until the end of the night, as we were so relaxed and at ease thanks to the incredible team at Events Your Way. I had been eagerly waiting for the moment to write a review for them because I truly believe everyone should know about their services. Whenever I meet a bride planning for 2025 or beyond, I enthusiastically recommend Events Your Way.
If you tend to be a bit high-strung but want your wedding day to go perfectly while also being present and enjoying yourself, I urge you to hire this team. Do yourself a favor—it will be the best money you spend on your big day. I wholeheartedly stand by that. Thank you again to Faye and her team; choosing you was our best decision for our wedding! -

Faye and her team at Events Your Way made our dream wedding a reality
TL;DR
-Your happiness is Faye’s top priority. She will work with you to make your dream wedding a reality, not what she thinks your dream wedding should be.
-She’s there for you throughout the entire process. We tried our best to limit how frequently we bugged Faye. However, when we needed to talk to her, she would always make time for us.
-She remains calm and collected when things go sideways. Things are going to go wrong. It’s inevitable. In moments of crisis Faye will remain calm while brainstorming creative solutions.
-She’ll review your contracts. Faye will review your vendor contracts and highlight any concerning conditions.
-We reviewed 17 planning services and she was our top pick.
We hired Faye after meticulously reviewing 17 different wedding planning services. Her and two other planners came out on top. The moment we met with Faye in person we knew that she was the right match for us.
We had a DIY wedding on steroids. We wanted to hire a vegan caterer, use local florals and rent a venue in the city centre. Unbeknownst to us, our non-negotiables made wedding planning challenging to say the least. We hired a non-traditional venue and caterer and took on the majority of the wedding design ourselves. We had no idea what we were getting ourselves into.
Thank goodness for Faye. Over the course of a year and a half, Faye worked tirelessly to make our dream wedding a reality. We encountered every sort of challenge imaginable. To give an example, we realized 6 months out from the wedding that we had to find a new venue. If Faye was stressed by our decision, she certainly did not show it! Our happiness was her top priority, and she made it clear that if we wanted to change venues, she would work with us to make it happen. And make it happen she did. She worked with the new venue coordinator to ensure that we could still use all of our existing vendors, and that the venue could accommodate our vision.
DIY folks, Faye is your girl. Have you ever seen one of those “wedding regrets” videos where the bride laments working on a welcome sign for hours and then forgets to set it up the day of? Well, we DIYed every single piece of our wedding decor, and Faye and Kyri made sure it got used! I would have mini anxiety spikes throughout our reception thinking we forgot to set up our bathroom survival kits or card box only to realize that Faye had taken care of it.
Lastly, Faye will ensure that your wedding reception goes smoothly. I guarantee that no matter how ironclad your wedding timeline, something will go wrong. In our case, the 5 minutes we gave each parent for a speech turned into 20. By the end of the speeches we were an hour behind our timeline. Faye calmly worked with our MCs to get us back on track with minimal disruptions. She was an absolute badass.
If you’re looking for a calm, capable, hard working planner who will do everything in her power to plan your dream wedding, then there’s no one better than Events Your Way. -

Hiring Faye to help with my wedding planning was THE best decision I made throughout the entire planning journey. I could not have done any of it without her! She was very present from the very beginning with vendor recommendations, attending appointments, giving advice, and everything in between. She took a huge weight off my shoulders and made the entire year of planning the smoothest journey for me. She truly cares and has her clients best interest at heart.
On the big day, I did not have to worry about a single thing. She was ahead of the game the entire day. A true blessing - Faye, I couldn't thank you enough!!!
I will miss working with her, but I am sure we will cross paths again for future events!!

Highly Recommend
Faye and her team were extremely professional, timley, and organized. We had a wedding with about 100 guests and 5 vendors. We hired Faye for day-of coordination, but she was available to answer all of my questions for many months leading up to our wedding. On the day of, she ensured everything ran smoothly, gave us, our MC, and DJ all of the necessary cues, and confirmed everything was in its place before she departed for the night. She was fantastic to work with, realistic and quick to solve problems. Will definitely be recommending her to our friends and family!Events Your Way's reply:

I cannot thank Faye and Kyri enough for all they did for our special day, it was more perfect than I ever could have dreamed of. From my very first call with Faye, I knew that she was the right choice.
The entire day was absolutely flawless. My exact vision was brought to life, and the night flowed so well. It was the most magical night and we are so so happy that we chose Events Your Way as our coordinator. We had the absolute best time. Our day was entirely stress free and it is absolutely because of them. Their attention to detail, the precision in executing the timeline, and managing of any hiccups (and I'm not even sure if there were any!) meant that we were able to be fully present for our wedding day.Events Your Way's reply:

Faye was an integral part of my sister's wedding day. As a first time MC, bridesmaid, and sister to the bride there were a lot of moving pieces that I was anxious about missing. Thank goodness Faye was there, she was punctual, communicative, and really made me feel like if I missed something, she would be on top of it. She even helped me workshop one of my introductions at the last minute when I realized I forgot to write down my intro for the bride/groom speech.
All of our speakers knew exactly when their time was coming up, and she queued the walk down the aisle for all the wedding parties perfectly. We also had to re-jig the lineup when our buffet service took longer than expected, but she was all over it! It was a breeze!
