Faye is the BEST!

I couldn't have gotten through my wedding day without Faye. With an insane storm on the day of our outdoor wedding, Faye was able to keep me calm, along with our guests, and wedding party, and pivot when we needed to. She is beyond organized and gave me the opportunity to enjoy my special day without having to worry about anything! Beyond grateful, thank you Faye!

A Surprise Wedding

We reached out to Events Your Way while looking for a wedding coordinator who would partner alongside us and bring our vision to life. When we first met with Faye we explained we’re having a surprise wedding and she was one of the only wedding planners who was actually interested in helping us execute our vision. She was attentive throughout all the meetings and was very helpful with suggestions, especially in how to transition from a wedding shower to a wedding.

On the day of, Faye and Kyri helped us coordinate our surprise wedding flawlessly, transforming the venue in a short amount of time and paying attention to the little details; which was important to us because...

On the day of, Faye and Kyri helped us coordinate our surprise wedding flawlessly, transforming the venue in a short amount of time and paying attention to the little details; which was important to us because all our decor was DIY.

We got married on a long weekend, and there’s things which were out of our control, however Faye and Kyri helped us navigate it and focused on us enjoying the day.

What started out as a simple wedding shower turned into a beautiful surprise wedding!

Fabulous Planner

Faye made the day go so flawlessly. She recommended amazing vendors and arranged everything so we didn't have to worry. She also ensured that our wedding stayed within budget and made sure that our vision was still achieved.

Best Wedding Decision We Made

Faye made our wedding day run so smoothly and was tremendously helpful over the course of the planning! We were able to focus on each other and enjoy our day because we knew that we had her to help us out. We had a number of guests comment that it was the best wedding that they had ever been to. After my wedding, I spent a lot of time telling anyone who would listen about the incredible Events Your Way team. When I was initially looking to book a planner for my wedding, I asked my core group of seven girlfriends about their experiences. Every single one of them replied, "It was the worst decision we made; we don’t recommend the planners we used." That was until one of my friends reached out and urged me to go with Events Your Way, saying they were the main reason everything went smoothly on her wedding day.

That was until one of my friends reached out and urged me to go with Events Your Way, saying they were the main reason everything went smoothly on her wedding day.

I contacted Faye and immediately felt at ease. Her professionalism, care, and attention to detail were evident from the very beginning. She is a true professional in the industry. As someone who tends to be Type A, I had been warned that things might go wrong on my wedding day and to just let things go. I thought managing that would be a challenge, but I hoped to go with the flow. Thankfully, that never crossed my mind, because Faye and her husband were there to handle everything.

Coordinating with everyone, managing speeches, welcoming my family, and setting everything up—her team was instrumental in this. We did have an event manager for our venue, but I highly recommend not relying solely on them. They typically oversee the event space from a distance. Faye and her team, on the other hand, handle all the little details that occupy a bride's mind throughout the year of planning. She truly aligns with the bride’s vision and brings it to life.

Our wedding turned out to be the best day of our lives, filled with wonderful energy and vibes throughout the day. My husband and I put our phones away at 8 a.m. and didn't check them again until the end of the night, as we were so relaxed and at ease thanks to the incredible team at Events Your Way. I had been eagerly waiting for the moment to write a review for them because I truly believe everyone should know about their services. Whenever I meet a bride planning for 2025 or beyond, I enthusiastically recommend Events Your Way.

If you tend to be a bit high-strung but want your wedding day to go perfectly while also being present and enjoying yourself, I urge you to hire this team. Do yourself a favor—it will be the best money you spend on your big day. I wholeheartedly stand by that. Thank you again to Faye and her team; choosing you was our best decision for our wedding!

-She’s there for you throughout the entire process. We tried our best to limit how frequently we bugged Faye. However, when we needed to talk to her, she would always make time for us.
-She remains calm and collected when things go sideways. Things are going to go wrong. It’s inevitable. In moments of crisis Faye will remain calm while brainstorming creative solutions.

We hired Faye after meticulously reviewing 17 different wedding planning services. Her and two other planners came out on top. The moment we met with Faye in person we knew that she was the right match for us.

We had a DIY wedding on steroids. We wanted to hire a vegan caterer, use local florals and rent a venue in the city centre. Unbeknownst to us, our non-negotiables made wedding planning challenging to say the least. We hired a non-traditional venue and caterer and took on the majority of the wedding design ourselves. We had no idea what we were getting ourselves into.

Thank goodness for Faye. Over the course of a year and a half, Faye worked tirelessly to make our dream wedding a reality. We encountered every sort of challenge imaginable. To give an example, we realized 6 months out from the wedding that we had to find a new venue. If Faye was stressed by our decision, she certainly did not show it! Our happiness was her top priority, and she made it clear that if we wanted to change venues, she would work with us to make it happen. And make it happen she did. She worked with the new venue coordinator to ensure that we could still use all of our existing vendors, and that the venue could accommodate our vision.

DIY folks, Faye is your girl. Have you ever seen one of those “wedding regrets” videos where the bride laments working on a welcome sign for hours and then forgets to set it up the day of? Well, we DIYed every single piece of our wedding decor, and Faye and Kyri made sure it got used! I would have mini anxiety spikes throughout our reception thinking we forgot to set up our bathroom survival kits or card box only to realize that Faye had taken care of it.

Lastly, Faye will ensure that your wedding reception goes smoothly. I guarantee that no matter how ironclad your wedding timeline, something will go wrong. In our case, the 5 minutes we gave each parent for a speech turned into 20. By the end of the speeches we were an hour behind our timeline. Faye calmly worked with our MCs to get us back on track with minimal disruptions. She was an absolute badass.

If you’re looking for a calm, capable, hard working planner who will do everything in her power to plan your dream wedding, then there’s no one better than Events Your Way.

Absolute professionals from start to finish!

Our day ran flawlessly thanks to Kyri and Jessica. As a highly neurotic and detail-oriented organizer, I was worried I'd get caught up on logistics and not enjoy my day. But with the EYW team on-site, I got to sit back and enjoy the amazing party we'd organized.

From setting up decor, cueing us to begin the processional, pulling out umbrellas when it started to rain, ensuring speeches were on time, handling a dress malfunction, all the way to making sure all our decor was packed up by last call, Kyri had everything handled.

Do yourself a big, big favour and hire EYW for your wedding. It was some of the best money we spent on our big day.

Hiring Faye to help with my wedding planning was THE best decision I made throughout the entire planning journey. I could not have done any of it without her! She was very present from the very beginning with vendor recommendations, attending appointments, giving advice, and everything in between. She took a huge weight off my shoulders and made the entire year of planning the smoothest journey for me. She truly cares and has her clients best interest at heart.
On the big day, I did not have to worry about a single thing. She was ahead of the game the entire day. A true blessing - Faye, I couldn't thank you enough!!!

A stress free wedding

I met Faye at my best friend’s wedding where I was a bridesmaid and not even engaged yet at the time! I knew I had to have her apart of my day. That same year, I was in two weddings. One that had a day of coordinator and one that didn’t. What a huge difference between the two. If you have the day of coordinator you won’t even know if things were to go wrong/are late etc…. Which is the last thing you or your bridesmaids/loved ones want to deal with. You should enjoy the day without zero worries. If you are unsure if you should and you are reading this, go with Faye!!! You won’t regret it.

Faye and her team were very organised. They created our time line, reached out to secure times and contract details with all my vendors . The weeks up to my wedding were, quite literally, stress free because she had it all under control.

The day of our wedding they made my dream come true! Our venue looked better than I could even imagine. If there were any concerns I was not made aware of them. Throughout the night it was important to us to get the party started at a certain time and they were moving everything along. All my vendors passed along how kind and organised Faye and Kyri were.

We are so incredibly happy to have went with Events Your Way, they are worth EVERY penny!!!

We hired Faye for day-of coordination, but she was available to answer all of my questions for many months leading up to our wedding.
