Confused to what they do

Review your contract, as their services are quite sparse.

Holly took a few meetings leading into the wedding, but then decided that turning us over to her "assistant" the day of was appropriate, we were not told this until AFTER we paid in full.

The day of, they had little to no idea what had been discussed and planned and all of my vendors were constantly coming to me for answers as when they asked her replacement what was to be done the answer she gave people was "I dont know I'm just covering". I was told the day of this was the response they got multiple times.

At the end of the night, they didnt even tell us when they were leaving. Because of this we were under the impression they were their to clean up, (to their credit that was not included in our package) but because I was unaware we had no one stay to help. They told the AV coordinator and no one else.

They also put out the deserts before food had even been served. Didnt coordinate with any of the other vendors on pickup or drop off dates, they told us that "putting down table legs is something that explicitly not part of our contract". So we had to set everything up a head of time for them.

It should be noted that after all of this, there was a previous review where I had posted something one of the vendors had told us. What she told us was she had some extreme actions because of how frustrated she was with the interactions she had the evening of the wedding with Holly's staff. I had posted in the previous review what was told to me by that vendor. Holly's reaction was to reach out directly and threaten legal action, rather than try to speak to me directly as to what happened. At this time I had been trying to get in touch with her for over a week to discuss how frustrated we were, the only thing that had her respond quickly was that review.

Very confused to what these people actually do.

You NEED Holly and her team

We had Holly as our full service coordinator and Sophie joined us on the day of. These two people seriously made me feel so at ease on our wedding day, I cannot say it enough, I was so thankful to have them on our team. The attention to detail, the organization, and the professionalism were not lost on us. I felt like I was in good hands every step of the way!

You Won't Regret Hiring Holly!

Holly made my vision for a 70s Glamping Elopement shoot come to life! Creating this shoot together was a breeze thanks to her expertise and connections. Holly is very personable and knowledgeable and you won’t regret enlisting her to guide your wedding planning!

Absolutely love Holly!

Holly is amazing. From our first meeting we knew we made the right choice in hiring her as our Month of Coordinator. Holly is very poised and has a lot of knowledge in the wedding industry. We were able to enjoy the weeks leading up to our wedding and not have to worry about little details. Holly really put our minds at ease and thought about many little things we had not considered. She incorporated so much more than we could have ever imagined. Our wedding day was amazing, a few small problems came about but Holly had quick fixes to everything. She is great at thinking on her feet and making everything look seamless. We highly recommend her to everyone we know!!!

Cassidy & Zack’s Wedding

Hiring Holly to coordinate my wedding day was the absolute best decision I ever made. She was so patient when I was being nit-picky about little details and suggested ideas I never would’ve thought of. I was so worried about not enjoying my big day having to coordinate vendors and guests comments and questions, but Holly took care of it all! If something was off schedule, I didn’t even know about it until after she fixed it, and usually made it better than it was going to be in the first place. She truly made my wedding day all I could’ve ever imagined!

Amazing to work with!

Holly has been more than amazing throughout our planning process! She has always provided us with new ideas and options that we may not have thought of if we didn't go with a planner. She is very fun and personable to be around, and great to work with. We highly recommend her!
