She was kind, patient, and very friendly. On the day off, she looked after the day beautifully, and ensured everything was in place. The set up was better than I imagined. She took time to check in with me multiple times on the wedding day, and I felt I could go to her with anything. It really felt like working with a very trusted friend, and I am so happy I chose her to be our day off/month off planner. I highly recommend Maria as a wedding planner - you will not regret it!

They went above and beyond my expectations, which is difficult to do. Maria said she wanted to give me my dream wedding and for me to simply enjoy the day and not worry about a thing - which is exactly what she delivered. You don't get this kind of service any more these days... she's truly something special. Always pleasant, attentive, organized, problem solver, and in control without being overbearing. She kept me and my hubby on point before the wedding for our tasks/action items, handled all the coordinating before, during and even after, attended rehearsals and venue visits, met family and key personable.... and I'm sure she did a lot more that I am not aware of. She even made back-up plans for inclement weather and packed all items for us at the end of the day!!
We had a lot going on for our wedding day: 2 ceremonies, photos, reception, 1 DJ, 2 MCs, bunch of vendors, 2 limos, hair and make up 2ce, etc etc and the whole day went completely smooth, on time and as planned. The only thing Maria approached me with on the day was how I was feeling, if I ate/drank, and needed anything. :)
I'll always and forever remember Maria and Kerrie and they will always have a special place in my heart for all they did.

From a young age, I have always had the passion for Décor and Planning Events. In 2002, I decided to pursue, both Décor & Wedding Planning. I juggled both until 2008, before deciding I had to focus on my #1 Love, Event & Wedding Planning. Since then, I’ve never looked back.
I am a passionate, detailed and organized Event & Wedding Planner. I love everything that entails to Events & Weddings; from choosing the right venue, to designing, creating itineraries, and ensuring we deliver a seamless event. I am obsessed with “Designing Your Dreams and Making them a Reality”, for all our clients. I get satisfaction, knowing that my team have gone over, and beyond, to “WOW” our clients. Seeing the smiles and happiness from our clients, is all I need.
In my free time, I love to go camping & fishing with my Husband, spending time with my Family & Friends, and listening to the most recent Latin Music.
I have become a valued member of the team since 2009. When I first joined this fabulous team, I worked as an Event/Wedding Planning Assistant, and quickly developed a love for Event and Wedding planning.
Creating a unique event and witnessing it all come together is so fulfilling. Seeing our clients and their guests happy with the overall outcome is what is most rewarding. It is through my experience where I developed a strong love for combining my creativity and organizational skills to helping others visions become reality.
I can be characterized as a personable, kind, warm, organized, detail oriented, flexible, hardworking, knowledgeable, calm, confident, has a can-do-attitude, stylish and funny individual. I exhibit a strong passion and love for the gym and welcome tough endurance challenges that tests both my physical and mental limits. When I am not at the gym, and am not working on events and weddings, I enjoy spending time with my husband Patrick, my daughter Malia, and son Colton.
