Danielle is the definition of organized. She kept every detail on track, from vendor coordination to timeline management, ensuring everything came together seamlessly on our big day. Her meticulous planning and attention to detail meant we could relax and focus on enjoying our wedding, knowing every little thing was handled.
What really stood out to us was how friendly and approachable Danielle was throughout the process. She took the time to understand our vision, listened to our ideas, and brought them to life in ways we couldn’t have imagined. She treated us like friends, not just clients, and made us feel genuinely cared for every step of the way.

Keren Sheinerman was absolutely phenomenal as our wedding planner, and we can’t recommend her enough! We had so many moving parts and challenges leading up to our wedding day, and if it weren’t for Keren’s incredible organization, dedication, and calm expertise, we don’t know how it all would’ve come together.
Keren served as our month-of and day-of coordinator, but she went above and beyond from the start. She jumped in even earlier than expected, helping us organize details and prepare for the big day in ways we didn’t even realize we needed.
One unique aspect of our wedding was incorporating the Romanian tradition of the "stealing of the bride." It was something Keren had never done before, but she enthusiastically embraced the idea and worked closely with us to bring it to life exactly the way we envisioned. She found a perfect balance, ensuring the tradition was meaningful while still keeping the bride present for the rest of the celebration.
Between coordinating the tradition, managing a packed schedule of events (performances by our MC/magician, fireworks, speeches, and our first dance), and keeping everything running smoothly, Keren was nothing short of a superstar. Despite all the chaos, she still took the time to check in with us, making sure we were happy, hydrated, and stress-free. We truly felt so cared for the entire day.
Keren’s preparedness blew us away. When my wedding dress bustle broke right before the first dance, she immediately stepped in with a needle and thread and fixed it on the spot—it’s still holding strong to this day! She and her assistant also handled some tricky family dynamics with so much patience, professionalism, and kindness.
We are beyond grateful for everything Keren did to make our wedding day as seamless, joyful, and special as it was. Her calm presence, attention to detail, and genuine care for her clients make her an absolute gem of a person and planner. Thank you, Keren, for everything—you are truly the best!

Wedding Coordinator - Jessie ❤️
We had an amazing experience using Jessie as our wedding coordinator. On our wedding day we had an a very short period of time for set up, she worked with the vendors and venue in advance to get everything set up on time without us even having to worry. We had a lot of last minute changes which she had led with grace and was able to accommodate to all our needs. She was always very responsive and solution oriented.
She made sure everything went smoothly while keeping us on schedule so we could enjoy the wedding day. Jessie was so incredibly kind and understanding to work with. She went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day went perfectly. We really loved working with her and would highly recommend her to anyone planning their wedding!

Writing this review a couple months post-wedding has given us time to reflect on what an amazing day it was. Both from our experience and from hearing feedback from all our guests - everything on the day was flawless. Even if there were any hiccups, Jessie's professionalism and proactiveness resulted in us never even noticing. We went with the Full-Service package with Jessie as our Planner and would very highly recommend. We work stressful jobs and having Jessie and her incredible eye for detail along for every step of the way was invaluable to both of us. We had such a wonderful experience with Jessie and the Fab Fete team and can't thank them enough. -

I just wanted to say thank you SO much for all your help with our wedding this past weekend, and over the year as well!
Everything went flawlessly, and without a single hitch. I can definitely appreciate the challenges of your job ensuring we’re all staying on schedule while also doing everything we wanted to do. Your organization skills are second-to-none! Even the small things like making sure I had the diet coke can at the podium were noticed and appreciated, as I would have completely forgotten otherwise! It gave me so much comfort that anything we asked of you, no matter how small, would be looked after.
You were also extremely kind and enjoyable to work with and have around on the wedding day, so thank you for that too. And same with Tiana, she was extremely helpful even willing to frequently hold my sunglasses during the later photoshoots, and was so pleasant and kind to have around!
Wishing you all the very best with your new baby boy, and thank you so much again for everything you did for us. It means a lot, and we will certainly recommend you anytime the opportunity comes up. We had the absolute best day of our lives, and thanks for helping make it that way!!
