Simply, these two are a dream team. It is mind-blowing how Kim and Aimee work together to create a reality based on a vision and thoughts. We decided to do our wedding in Summerland because of the beautiful scenery and venue that we had. We are an alternative couple and that was one of the key staples of our wedding vision for decor and overall ambiance to stay true to ourselves and which is a bit out of the normal wedding biz. Not knowing exactly how to execute our vision ourselves, we decided to search for someone that would be able to help bring that to life. We found Faint of Hearts on social media and based on their previous work we made a decision to go with them for decor and day of coordination. We gave reference photos and ideas as to what we were hoping and looking for and trusted their expertise to pull it together.  We can without a doubt say that they absolutely exceeded every expectation with how they decorated our wedding along with their attention to detail and communication skills through the entire process to make sure that our wedding day went as smoothly as humanly possible. The decor was mind shattering out of this world. The amount of compliments we had about our decor/styling and setup from every guest was unreal. We could not have even dreamt of our wedding looking the way it did. We wanted Kim and Aimee to do what they're known to do best and they did not disappoint. The attention to detail was over the top. The months leading up to the wedding both Kim and Aimee were checking in on us and keeping us up-to-date with suggestions and progress with everything that was happening and making sure we as the couple were okay which spoke volumes to their character. They kept emphasizing how they wanted to make sure that we had the least amount of stress as possible as well as how they would take care of the day of our wedding and make sure everything ran smoothly. They truly went above and beyond with little added things that we won't go into detail about but definitely pulled at our heart strings and meant alot to us when it wasn't part of their "job description" and they didn't need to do. When the day of arrived, if anything did go wrong we definitely did not hear about it. They handled everything perfectly and on time with complete professionalism and to be honest we don't know what we would have done without them.  The day was absolutely perfect and we owe that to them. There was a few points in time when we were panicking and a ball of nerves leading up to because we weren't sure what we were doing or how to get it together, both Kim and Aimee helped ground us, calm nerves and bring us much needed peace with helping finding some last minute vendors when we couldn't figure it out. They are simply an amazing team! Our venue didn't have carafes for coffee and we only found out shortly before the wedding. Amiee was on it right away and brought one for us because of its importance for some guests. These two have so much pride for what they do and it's so clear based on not only their styling and coordination/planning skills, but love and respect for the couples they work with. There is no doubt in our mind that they are the best in the business. They will take your dreams and make it into a reality that will exceed your expectations. We joke about how we would love to get married again just to experience that day all over again thanks to Kim and Aimee at Faint of Hearts. SORRY! Kim and Aimee are two of the most creative, hardworking visionaries I've had the pleasure of working with. They go above and beyond with their designs for events, weddings, photoshoots, bachelorette parties and more! They can take the most simple idea and turn it into something that will completely blow your mind. Their inventory is extensive and inspiring. I cannot recommend the Faint of Hearts team enough. If you're looking for a wedding planner, designer or an all inclusive elopement package...they do it all! 11/10 for these girls.

Faint of Heart is INCREDIBLE. Talk about style. Kim and Amy are not only delightful and completely service oriented, they have a style that out of this world with such close attention to detail. Kim and Aimee made my wedding dreams come true! They were very open to my ideas, had amazing style and talent for pulling concepts together, and their inventory of furniture and accessories is incredible. Their communication was open, and consistent. After planning was done, I arrived to the location on the day of my wedding and it was set up exactly as we imagined. They even surprised me with an extra “vignette” (a picnic setting next to some lily pads near the water). My wedding album includes so many beautiful shots of the settings, and I'm so thankful for their professionalism and creativity.
