We got married in October 2023 and couldn't be happier with our experience working with Fiona as our wedding planner and coordinator. Having a small, intimate wedding was important to us, and the “Our Little Wedding” package was the perfect option. (Also, her team of vendors is fantastic!)

Fiona guided us through the motions of planning a wedding, being as hands on as needed. She listened intently, making sure that even the small details were a reflection of us. Providing us small to-do lists and meeting with us to check-in made the process a lot less overwhelming.

Just a few days before the wedding, one of our vendors had an unforeseen emergency and wasn’t able to make it. Fiona rectified the situation, quickly finding an alternative to ensure that we wouldn’t stress.

Fiona was really knowledgeable from day one, steering us in the right direction for vendors and helping us navigate various forms and contacts.

Fiona held our hand every step of the way, setting goals for us on a very manageable schedule and keeping us on track. She was very patient with us when we encountered problems and offered solutions that were tailored to our specific circumstances.

Leading up to the day of, and on the day, Fiona was seemingly everywhere, troubleshooting and coordinating with our venue and vendors to make sure everything was perfect.

I cannot tell you how much we love fiona and everything she did. Honestly, our wedding day would not have been the same without her and her team. Without Fiona, I cannot begin to imagine what would have happened, haha. From the planning sessions with her and the emails and texts over the year leading up to the wedding, Fiona was so organized and always so helpful with answers to my questions and advice on wedding planning and things to do. She has so much great experience and wisdom to offer. I cannot tell you how organized and professional she is as well. A month before she completely helped me with everything from organizing spreadsheets and vendor information, to contacting vendors and finalizing details, sitting in calls, etc., she really went above and beyond. It was also really helpful that she has her own catalog of items to rent -- definitely make use of that! On the day of the wedding, Fiona was literally the glue holding our wedding day in place. She and her amazing assistants did everything from setting up our venue space, ensuring that vendors arrived on time for set-up, keeping us on schedule, dealing with any emergencies that came up, helping with coordinating the limo, ensuring we had food and water during the busy day -- she literally kept everyone on schedule, everyone on task, and kept checking in with us. She was there to carry my veil and flowers, she had emergency kits and a Mary Poppins bag that had anything and everything you could possibly need. My husband and I could write a book about how great of a wedding planner she is and how great her services are -- but just know if you book her she will deliver 200% of what you expect and more. We are so thankful for her and would absolutely recommend her for any event planning!

Fiona made our dream wedding reality and made the entire experience great. Fiona and her team were an integral part to our day!
