My fiancé and I hired Jholane about a month before our wedding as our Day of Coordinator. We were planning our Niagara Falls wedding all the way from Texas! After our initial consultation call with her, we immediately knew she is the right person for the job. Jholane has a great attitude and we found her very easy to work with. We soon realized what a great addition she is to our wedding, as she has INCREDIBLE attention to detail. After our second call with her, she helped us get better organized to set us up for success. She was on time and always came prepared and reviewed everything we sent her before our meetings with extreme detail. She asked questions we never would have thought of ourselves! On our wedding day, Jholane started helping us set up even earlier than we asked and provided so much valuable advice. She was great at giving directions and she knew how to handle the venue staff. She understood how to handle family members and got people to help us out to execute our vision. She seemed like she was everywhere at once! When we were both extremely stressed, she was there to calm us down and offer solutions to every problem we had. She helped us through setup, the ceremony, the reception. She coordinated all our vendors and even our vendors were delighted to have worked with her. We TRULY could not have had this wedding without her and she is a huge part of why it was such a magical day.
