For those seeking comprehensive assistance, our Full Planning service takes care of everything from start to finish, including vendor coordination, design, and day-of coordination. Our Partial Planning service is the perfect fit for those who have started planning but would benefit from some additional support. For those who have done all the planning and simply want to immerse themselves in the celebration, we offer a Day of Coordination service. This service also includes a planning meeting and rehearsal dinner. Sophie is amazing!
I originally hired Sophie to help with end of the night stuff but quickly realized I needed someone for the full day to set up decor, deal with the many vendors, and be a go-to person for all the details!
Sophie was so organized and made sure to have regular check ins with me to make sure we both knew the plan. She can think two steps ahead about what is needed to get done and figures out how to make everything go smoothly!
She has a great eye for detail and was able to think on the spot for anything that came up (I know this because day of she didn’t ask me for anything and it was all perfect haha)!
On top of all that she also took a lot of behind the scene photos and videos without me asking just because she was generally proud of her work and excited about the wedding!
I cannot recommend Sophie enough!

Welcome! My name is Sophie Valdivieso and I'm the Owner and Creative Director of Harmony Luxury Events. After planning and coordinating my own wedding from beginning to end, I realized how much I loved the process. Not only that, family and friends were strongly encouraging me to use these talents they had recognized to start my own event planning adventure...so that's what I did! I bring my background in customer service, sales, and education to provide a sense of reliability, attention to detail, and organization into my work. I also absolutely love the creative process, it truly brings me so much satisfaction and joy. I can't wait to meet you and help you in creating the most magical and unforgettable day!
