I can't say enough amazing things about Heidi. It was an absolute pleasure working with Heidi over the past two years planning our wedding. Planning a wedding is a tough job, but planning a wedding in COVID is THAT much tougher. I honestly don't know if I could have survived planning not 1, not 2, but 3 versions of a wedding without Heidi. From day one, Heidi was amazing at keeping us on track with what needed to be done month by month leading up to the wedding, providing us with amazing vendor recommendations, a PERFECT day of schedule, and acting as a sounding board through every decision that needed to be made. Heidi and her associates also made sure our wedding day ran so smoothly - if there any issues day of, I certainly didn't know about them! All of my bridesmaids couldn't believe how smooth the day ran and that we ended up ahead of schedule! Heidi thank you for everything!!!

Heidi was warm and welcoming when we arrived at her door to meet with her. Throughout the process, she was guiding us through all of the steps and every month, we met with her at her home to ensure that all details were on track. On the day of the wedding, her associates Samantha and Ashley were extremely helpful and we simply could not have done the day without them. They were organized, calming and extremely detail oriented. It was a pleasure to work with them all.

Heidi was recommended by a family member, and although I was hesitant about even using a wedding planner in the first place due to our tight budgetary constraints, my now wife and I decided to meet with her, and immediately knew it was a great decision. Not only was Heidi's fee easily recouped through the savings she brought us through her various vendor contacts, deals, and countless helpful tips, but the one thing that certainly rang true from our initial conversation with her was that we actually felt like guests at our own wedding. I can honestly say that my wife and I did not have a single care in the world on our wedding day as we knew that everything had been taken care of ahead of time, so there were no unexpected surprises. If anything had arisen, Heidi and her associates were ready to deal with it, and she also had us pre-assign key people either from our wedding party or other friends/family to take care of various tasks so we didn't have to worry about anything other than enjoying ourselves on our special day. There was no crazy bride running around making sure that everything and everyone was okay like I've seen at many other weddings - we knew everything was under control. Heidi made sure that every detail had been taken care of, including all the things we would have never thought of otherwise. Her calm demeanor throughout the entire planning stages certainly kept us calm as well, both prior to, and on our actual wedding day. As far as we know everything went flawlessly that day - maybe that's because we didn't have to deal with anything that may have come up - but either way, we remember the day as being absolutely perfect. From setting us up with multiple vendors for each aspect of the wedding, so we could choose both who we felt comfortable with as well as who fit into our budget the best, to keeping us on schedule for when certain things needed to be booked or decisions made, Heidi's many years of experience and numerous contacts in the industry, made our wedding day perfect. We are obviously a little biased in saying that we think we had the best wedding of anyone we know, especially compared to any other we've ever attended, but we truly believe that. We would definitely recommend Heidi to any couple getting married.

I cannot say enough about Heidi and her amazing team!!!! We had many meetings in planning our son and daughter in law's wedding. Each meeting was very well organized. Heidi had many professionals that she was able to recommend. She replied quickly to all questions. Heidi took all my concerns away as we all knew we were in very capable hands. The wedding rehearsal and wedding date ran very smoothly. Even when the best man's pants split open, a quick repair fixed the problem.

A bit expensive considering services were purchased for the day of, and not for planning the entire wedding. Heidi was not present for the day of,but her assistant ,Sam, was present. Sam was excellent. Also received a little help before/ had a couple meetings with Heidi. Provided good recommendations for vendors, and was organized

Heidi and her team are wonderful. After meeting with several wedding planner, we chose Heidi for her deep experience (which can’t be beat), wide network and confidence to tell us what will work vs what won’t. We wanted a wedding planner who would make us feel comfortable and assured that everything was covered - that was Heidi from Day 1. On our wedding day we had a few minor issues that came up unexpectedly, and Heidi and her team were on very on top of it. Everything was handled seamlessly, so that my wife and I could focus on the fun! Thanks again Heidi :)

With all of her years of experience, Heidi truly knows what works. We had a very unique wedding- ceremony in the middle of the dance floor, cocktail style with food stations- many things that we didn’t know whether they’d work or not. Heidi was able to guide us with her calm confidence and it was more perfect that we could’ve imagined!!

Heidi and her team were phenomenal to work with. She made the planning seamless and stress free through and through. She was always quick to respond and was an essential piece to our wedding planning. She referred top vendors who were in our budget and who understood our wedding vision. Heidi is warm, bubbly, professional and would work with her again in a heart beat!

Zach and I had our wedding last night at EWG. Heidi and Sam were absolutely amazing. There was not one thing that went wrong the entire night, and I can confidently say that can be attributed to Heidi’s attention to detail and experience in event planning and coordination.
