I would like to start this review by saying that the decor that House of Golden Aire did for my wedding was ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! While I absolutely love their work, the process of getting there was quite daunting. The lady that owns the company has a lot of experience and knows how to decorate, however, she was very forgetful and this caused me a great deal of stress. I think I met up with her 3 or 4 times to choose centerpieces which she kept forgetting. I never ended up choosing my centerpieces, but I was very happy with what they used. She never cashed my deposit cheque (November), which I had to change the date on just before the wedding (August) and she called me the night before my wedding to tell me she lost my full payment cheque and wanted me to bring a new one to the wedding. I didnt have my cheque book on me, but when I reached out after the wedding, I found out she had found the original cheque. A couple weeks before the wedding I was put in touch with one of her workers and I had a much better experience after that. Her worker was a lot more organized and answered all of my questions. If you are laid back and can trust that they will do a great job on the decor - which they do - then I definitely recommend this vendor, but you may want to reconsider if you dont think you can handle the extra stress. With all this being said, I have no regrets choosing this decorator despite the stress and headaches. Their work is THAT good.
